Called Acu-Temp last week to get an estimate and they had the best overall estimate. So today Felipe and his partner came out for the install of our new 2.5 ton Payne system and they worked their butts off to get us cool again, and they had to put in overtime because of thunderstorms, to me that says a lot when others probably would have scheduled another day to finish the work. They answered all my questions and were able to work around our 100 plus pound dog. Overall Landon, Felipe, Julie, and Crystal went above and beyond and are true professionals. They have earned a customer for life because of their honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Acu-Temp ROCKS!
