Wow what can I say other than my stay here was five star all the way.

We were treated very well here. The food was excellent and being right on the beach is great

Whatever you've read about the supreme welcome and elegant "spot on" service and over the top facilities at Aqualina, is true. If your trip is anywhere near Sunny Isles and your budget allows you'll be pleased with your stay here. I miss the ocean front balconies...

Unaccustomed to this kind of service, I found this short stay very pleasant!
Bright and pleasant room! Comfortable bed, bathroom and shower a little dark but clean! Very pleasant bubble bath and hygiene product!
The big plus: free access to the swimming pool and to the beach, deckchairs, parasol, towel, lemonade and sunscreen included!

Fabulous resort. Exceptional staff - the General Manager, Christoff makes a point of saying hello to every guest.

The rooms are well appointed with above grade kitchen appliances. The view from the expansive balcony is breathtaking and just what I needed for a quick getaway.

Easy uber ride to area restaurants or enjoy the on property cuisine. Delish!

Went to Ill Mullino restaurant. One of the best italian restaurants around.

The service of the spa is catastrophic.
The day of my first wedding anniversary they took care of me very badly. I ordered a tray of fruit and they bring it in a plastic tray! Any five stars hotel would do that! Really disappointed. I left the spa at 1pm we stay only 1 hour. The swimming pool is boiling, you can not put a feet inside. And nobody want to let you go somewhere else in the hotel. Horrible service

The hotel is amazing. The views from the rooms, the pool, the beach, the attention since you arrive until you leave, the food, everything, but everything is excellent.

My husband and I arrived at Acqualina Resort & Spa and the first thought that came to us was WOW. Truly this resort has the most beautiful grounds in Sunny Isles. From the moment we stepped on the property, the service and staff were unbelievable. From the concierge to the bartender, Jose, as well as Glinda the manager, it was truly an incredible experience. We came down for a mini family vacation/1 year anniversary celebration.

Also the staff went above and beyond for my husband who loves crafts beers. While we were on the beach one day, Alex, an employee by the pool/beach area, and my husband expressed mutual interest in trying new beers and loves attending a good brewery now and then. The NEXT DAY while we were lounging at the pool, the staff brought over all the beers my husband did not try on the menu in an inflatable cooler with glasses and everything. They even gave him a beautiful hand written note expressing how much they truly love what they do and are ecstatic that they found someone to share their passion of beer with.

Hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and it showed how much they truly enjoy their profession. Thank you so much Acqualina Resort & Spa, you made our weekend a memorable and we cannot wait till our next visit!

People been very arrogant. Security personnel have negative energy. I didn't like that place.

Worst Reservation Manager
I had the worst vacation ever they ruined all my vacation with whole my family they overcharged me $750 each night for the same room that i reserved because of their own mistake .they are rude no customer service RIP Off The Reservation Manager is rude she didn t call me back for two days to find out whats going on ,front desk Manager is rude it feels like your are not in America no comfort. Shame on the Boss or owner that allows these kind of non professional people work their.

The spa is the only part of the beautiful resort which is open to the public. The spa restaurant closed before we could order food and by 4:00 we were only half way through our spa day and starving. The treatments were great and the atmosphere is good. It s the little things like letting us know to order food before a certain time if we are hungry before or after our appointments.

Highly recommended hotel the
Luxury class, very family friendly, direct access to the beach. In the suites you will find everything your heart desires. The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill all requests. Cleanliness is a matter of course here. The hotel offers a turndown service in addition to the normal room service. Unfortunately, there is not enough space to list all the hotel's facilities. I would love to come back and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others,

So nice everything, very classy and clean, maybe cabana on beach have to be last 125$ . Room bed so comfortable and quiet. Kitchen in suite perfection

I came for an event in one of the ballrooms and it was amazing. The decor looked fantastic, so the employees are really nice and helpful. Overall, a great experience

Incredible Resort. This is a kid friendly resort with a great kids program. The beach and pools are outstanding with very personal service. Everyone at the resort are helpful and friendly. Outstanding service form the second you arrive to when you leave.

Great service! The Italian restaurant onsite was fantastic as well. Great location with two malls near by. We didn't go down to the beach, but the hotel had beach access and they had activities on the beach.

I went to thr Spa: This place was ahhh-mazing! From the moment you slide on your robe, to the Himalayan salt room, the awesome steam room & ice station, and oh the rain shower! They had plenty of hygiene products to use, it was a nice touch. My boyfriend and I came for Swedish massages and of course to enjoy the amenities. And if your wondering about the massages - EXCELLENT! I went with a soothing aroma and my masseuse was awesome! I'd highly recommend. Although very pricey, I'd come again.

It is very cozy, nice inside quiet. You can rest and relax.

Was there to visit family, who live in the residences. Not for the resort, but they share valet parking which was slow, disorganized and not very friendly.

I really enjoy coming to the spa because it's right on the beach you're very close walking distance to many restaurants and activities the facilities at the spa is very clean they offer several different massages facials you name it I recommend this place

Most horrible customer service I have ever received. I was there with some friends for a bachlorte party. I can say EVERYONE in the SPA was completly rude and not helpful.

First for lunch it took them almost an hour for the food to arrive when they said it was ready. The food was not brought correctly, salad dressing was asked for and it took 25 minutes to bring dressing (no one needed it by then)

I had ordered a coffee and it took them at least 25 minutes for them to bring it and it was cold.

I then paid for my coffee and ask if anything else was needed and said no. I get home and receive a phone call that I didn't pay a fee of $75 for sitting and accompanying my friends for lunch. I stated I was never aware of this charge and no one had every stated anything (this happened with two other friends) Maria N was the lady that called me and said I was going to get charged and she was yelling at me.

She then charged my friends credit card for over $100 without anyone accepting that charge, and wouldn't refund it.

Then they gave the phone to the spa director Catherine Davalle, who was NO HELP AT ALL, she was stating a complete different story and didn't even know what she was talking about. She barley knew any english as well. She then gave the phone to my friend and just stopped talking to me.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION PLEASE GO TO TURNBERRY IN AVENTURA WAY BETTER

This place has won 5 straight prizes from the leading hotels of the world... Amazing place, options and views... I would say that service while COVID hits was a bit delayed but hey can't complain ;)

Great hotel ,exelent service, outstanding ambiance, very professional personnel, however the two outside jacuzzis were kind of dirty, maybe they haven't realized....

Went here for Miami Spice. I thought this was something restaurants show off their cuisine to the locals at a good price. Very disappointed . There was nothing special about this place. I had a clam dish as an appetizer... barely could find the clams. The veal parmigiana was tough and no sides. Dessert was a cannoli... good but ordinary. Thanks guys this will be one place I won't be recommending.

Five star resort on the beach. Very friendly and professional staff, an excellent service. Amazing place for vacation and luxury living.

Went for Easter brunch, the resort is just as beautiful as I remembered. The brunch buffet was decent albeit a little overpriced for the selection. Service was great but would probably not return for the brunch buffet.
