5 start service would be an understatement. And can we say "Il Mulino"? If you appreciate fine dining you owe it to yourself to visit.

Horrible customer service! I left my bag at valet and have spent the last month and a half trying to get an answer as to what happened to it. When I initially called, I was transferred to various departments. Security dept. said they would investigate and I'm still waiting for an answer. Every time I call to followup, they take a message and tell me they are still investigating. I've left messages for managment and all they do is refer my message back to security. I'm not one to write a bad review but this has really upset me. How can a 5 star resort loose my bag and do nothing to make it right? I've given them over a month and a half to make it right before I would consider writing a bad review. Also, don't be fooled with the spa deals. If you are not a guess at the resort, they do not allow beach access and you can only use the small secluded pool at the spa. Food and appetizers that we ordered took over 45 minutes to get. There was no time left to eat lunch before getting our massages. I spent a lot of money for a very frustrating day!

Excellent customer service, with incredible beauty. I recommend this beautiful place.

Only by walking can you really know how the sea breeze hits the exquisite sand. A beautiful combination of a variety of blue colors combined with the joy of heaven. It is very pleasant to have the opportunity to sit, sunbathe, do some beach sport. Really words are few when you appreciate so many elements united to enrich the unique and great experience.

No pics this time, stay there A few times before but lately we visit the restaurants instead, they are some of the nicest and exclusives in the sunny isles area. A must if you want to impress, celebrate o simple enjoy your self in style. Dressing up is a must.

Enjoyed Il Mulino for Miami Spice lunch last week. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, beautiful view & attentive service. I had the Ricotta Meatball for an appetizer. Excellent flavor. Skip the parmesan cheese for this as the ricotta is a delicate. Enjoyed the veal marsala as an entree. It did not disappoint. The ricotta cheesecake is wonderful. We took our time and enjoyed several complimentary appetizers prior to Miami Spice menu.

The worst Valet Park ever. Ot stress for nothing, every time I waited more than 25 min, even requesting my car before take the elevator. I ask for the manager and they gave the name Viviam, that not exist...Nightmare

It's a beautiful location. No need to go out because you will have everything within reach of your hand. The pool, the sea, the reception and the service, the sunday brunch. Here is the perfect luxury. If you want to have a good holiday like a true VIP ... look no further, here it is.

Customer service is above and beyond. They treat you like you're the only one staying at the resort.

I loved it, very good service and it is also amazing how nice the hotel is.

Attention to detail is what this Resort prides itself on. The staff is outstanding and they "absolutely " take care of your every need. The rooms, pools and beach area are fantastic. They also have plenty to do for the kids.
