This is the only place I take my phone for repairs. They service my phone and I use a carrier that they don't offer. Andrea and Saul are my go to people and they always solve any issue I give them. They do great work and they're fast too! Most times, the repair is done in about an hour. If you have any cell phone issues, go see them. They're GREAT!

Purchased phone that required unlocking through another carrier that they said would match my carrier. Had to go to other carrier to request unlocking which backfired because they too could not activate my device with my own sim nor a new one. Wasted time and energy highly upset. Please do not try activating own device let them do it when you purchase phone due to this error I had to wait through the weekend and busy schedule to retrieve my money back and still have no device.

Thank you, Morgan, you provided amazing service. I called ahead to see how busy they were, Morgan said no customer but that could change in a min. I drive 5 mins and they had 2 customers ahead of me, wait time was still less than 10 mins. I went in for a new screen protector but when I was offered an otter box for 15 dollars more I couldn t refuse. Morgan noticed the phone was dirty she took the time to clean the phone, even the speakers and power connector. I am so happy with the customer service, the value in what it cost me and quality of the product.

Yesterday I came in with my 2 year old iPhone 6 that I ve done so well with until yesterday... completely shattered and had an exact amount I could spend. The kind lady (I forgot her name ) got me a 7+, the phone plan, a double layered case AND screen protector for less than the price I had to spend. She took the time to show me cool features as well as saving all of my pictures from the old phone. I will always give the apple location 5 stars for the simple fact these people go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied!! Thank you so much!

Best phone repairs in west Michigan. One day, I dropped my phone down a flight of stairs at the zoo near the penguin enclosure and was very distraught. I was literally crying as I walked into the store and this nice girl, Devon, assured me that it would be fixed quickly. She wasn't lying. It was fixed within an hour and I was able to get back to snapchatting before my friends could even start to miss me. She was extremely helpful and so nice. Definitely will go back for any phone issues I have.

I have been dealing with Ace communications for five years now they have always been prompt and quick with their service fixed any issue I have ever had with their service I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used phone

My phone won't change now. I took my phone in to have the shattered screen replaced. It took 6 days for them to receive it. I dropped my phone off in the morning and I did receive it with a new screen that afternoon. When I got how and tried to charge it how ever it will not charge. I paid 85 dollars for this. I will be there Monday after work.

Brought in my girlfriend's laptop for repair and they broke the hinge didnt even mention it to me, and they took forever to get anything done. If you want to pay a lot of money for a subpar repair and have the employees go through your girlfriend's pictures then come to ace.

On several occasions they have gone above and beyond to help me out. A brand new phone was setup in house because my old phone had an led issue. They installed a new led on my old device just so I could perform a smart switch and access my contacts and everything else I needed off my old phone. After giving me a great deal on a new phone he even threw in a free hard case. Talk about great customer service. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and I will never have anyone else sell me service, devices, or extras.

I purchased a phone through these guys and the phone was having some issues (sometimes just part of buying a used phone). I brought it back in and explained to them what was going on. They did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and even ended up getting me a replacement phone (the same kind), but with 2x the memory for no extra cost at all to me. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs and new purchases!

I brought my shattered iPhone 7 35 minuets before closing on a Friday night and they had it fixed before closing. Very affordable and cheaper than an insurance claim. Great, friendly staff as well. Highly recommend.

What a rip off!!! They charged me for a new iPhone battery, and never change it, I went back several times and they assured me that they installed a new battery and told me that my phone needs a new processor and some other bs!!I ended up going to apple care and they told me my phone still had original battery and nothing else is wrong with it, Apple install a new battery and my works like new Thanks apple care

They had my phone for about a week I wish I could ve got some updates and more contact but if you call and ask they do a fine job letting you know what s going on. This place is amazing! Tried to backup my phone right before a trip and ended up losing everything I needed for the trip. I brought it in here the day before flying out, after being told by several other places (including the company that makes the phone) that there would be no way to get that information back, and Andrea was able to find all the lost files and get them back on the phone!

They solved a huge problem for me, in almost no time, no cost, and when everywhere else said it was impossible. Saved my trip and valuable memories that I thought were gone for good. I won't waste my time going anywhere else in the future, best experience I've had with any phone place.
