This place is amazing! Tried to backup my phone right before a trip and ended up losing everything I needed for the trip. I brought it in here the day before flying out, after being told by several other places (including the company that makes the phone) that there would be no way to get that information back, and Andrea was able to find all the lost files and get them back on the phone!

They solved a huge problem for me, in almost no time, no cost, and when everywhere else said it was impossible. Saved my trip and valuable memories that I thought were gone for good. I won't waste my time going anywhere else in the future, best experience I've had with any phone place.
