These guys fixed my hard drive when another place in town told me it couldn't be done. They also pulled old screws from old laptops for me at no charge. They were very busy yet extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Outstanding!!

I honestly can't say enough good about this store on Apple. They are so patient, kind, and understanding. I was in two days in a row with different problems and they took care of me in a very timely manner both times and are very affordable in my opinion.

Went in on 9/3/2019 and bought 2 phones Saleh A. helped us and was awesome. We had a great experienced and highly recommended them to several people that next week at work. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Took his time with us and made sure we were satisfied before we left the store. They also took care of an issue/concern that came up later asap . Great experience all around!!

The Apple Ave location has always been super helpful. We went in a few weeks ago and they helped us for over an hour and only accepted our thanks.

This is the best kept secret place in Muskegon. Everyone should know you can take any phone there for repair or buy a used phone there. There service has always been very professional and so helpful. They are very multi-tasking to make sure your wait is not long. I especially was impressed with James at the Muskegon office on Apple Avenue. This is my third visit to this store and I am always impressed.

Great prices, great employees and all smiles. Beat any place in town, or online on prices. Got me the product I wanted at a very low price! Before buying elsewhere I would highly recommend checking them out!

Panic set in as the battery of my iPhone dropped totally dead. I inquired at a big box store where I bought it and they wanted an arm a leg and a first born to fix it 3 days later. I stopped at Ace in Spring Lake and Skyler was AMAZING. He was professional, knowledgeable, educational and made me feel I had obviously come to the right place. He exceeded my expectations and had me back in business in less than an hour. No question where I will go whenever I have electronic needs and who I will recommend to everybody I know. Had an issue with my phone I purchased from them. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. Ended up being an issue with the service.

The staff was super helpful and very friendly! The service was fast and good...it only took about 30 minutes to fix my screen and LCD and it looked like a brand new phone!

Had a wonderful experience at Ace Communications. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I broke my iPhone screen and they fixed it for me faster than I would have ever expected. I got amazing service by morgan and i had a god experience

They do not follow through on their promises. I was sold a phone, PROMISED to be unlocked for any carrier. He lied. It was one of the guys with an accent. Then when I went to get it onto Sprint, they said no can do. They wanted to wipe the esn and the imei number. In other words, take a sprint locked phone which was considered stolen at that time (I did not know this at the start) and they wanted to fool sprint into thinking it was a brand new phone. I agree to let them try. Then another tech guy promised 100% it would be done and guaranteed it would work in 1-3 business days. I call on the third business day to be told they can t do anything and now need to do a firmware update that will cost me $85.00. Excuse me? I m not paying you to fix what you promised to have done for me. So I got them to buy back the phone for $400.00. So they not only made me loose money, they got an awesome phone out of it. They will probably firmware update and sell as new like they did to me. Also, I was told by the first guy that it was brand new never been used never been opened, even though there was a note in the Samsung notes meaning it was used. They fake their way into your pocket and do not help you out when they screwed you over! So happy the original owner sold because he would have NEVER done this to anyone. New owners are a ripe off and con artists!

Terrible service. I bought a phone a month ago took it back for the warranty and got the phone back worse then I gave them in. When try to get it fixed they say no one is able to fix it
