What a rip off!!! They charged me for a new iPhone...

What a rip off!!! They charged me for a new iPhone battery, and never change it, I went back several times and they assured me that they installed a new battery and told me that my phone needs a new processor and some other bs!!I ended up going to apple care and they told me my phone still had original battery and nothing else is wrong with it, Apple install a new battery and my works like new Thanks apple care
