On several occasions they have gone above and beyond to help me out. A brand new phone was setup in house because my old phone had an led issue. They installed a new led on my old device just so I could perform a smart switch and access my contacts and everything else I needed off my old phone. After giving me a great deal on a new phone he even threw in a free hard case. Talk about great customer service. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and I will never have anyone else sell me service, devices, or extras.
