They had my phone for about a week I wish I could ve got some updates and more contact but if you call and ask they do a fine job letting you know what s going on. But my phone is back working just waiting on everything to load back up. And for the inconvenience (keeping my phone extra days) he covered my price! Really appreciated it. Thanks Ace Communication
