Activated my phone really nice works so good devon helped me really nice positive attitude

What a nice group of folks at this store. Was greeted by at least 3 as soon as I walked in. That alone sets it apart from many businesses. My first time ever needing a repair to a phone and they made it quick and very reasonable. Clean and comfortable store. They even have a couch and TV. Nice selection of products as well.

Setting up an appointment online was easy. My shattered screen was repaired within the hour and my phone was looks and works like brand new. Staff was friendly and easygoing, and pricing was the best I could find in the area. I'll definitely be going back for future repairs.

Great place to go to get a phone. Got my husbands phone there and it was cheap and a good quality phone. They also helped us with other things as well. They are very friendly and have great customer service. I would recommend Devon Huston to help you out there if you ever need anything because she's super friendly and very helpful. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend Ace Communications.

Idk felt like the Costumer service rep was not paying attention

Completely dissatisfied with product purchased from here numerous times for my galaxy 3. After looking it up online I was also charged two and a half times for the product I purchased. In addition the latest battery purchased quit working after two weeks and my phone continuously turned off.

Ace Communications in Fremont Michigan are life savors!!! They had exactly what I needed and more. The customer service was also amazing, they were fast and very friendly.

Ace communications had my playstation for a week and a half I never got a single update but did get helpful information when i called, then finally i get a text message say that my repair has been completed and is ready for pickup, but when i got there they told me they couldnt fix it and gave it back to me....

This place is just bad. It's been at least 5 days that my Xbox was put in the shop and it hasn't returned back to me. It's almost New Years, Jesus Christ.

they have really bad customer service dropped galaxy s6 off they had it for 7 days never called n told me it was fixed I got there it was finished 3 days after i dropped it off also waited till i got there to tell me my charge port was going bad it never had a problem with charging i am actually worried they messed up my port for more business i may would have paid them to fix it but with customer service this bad i didnt want to wait 2 weeks for my galaxy s6 to be fixed n then mabey anther issue i would call that bad customer service.

They replaced my 5th generation iPad screen fast. It works great. Just broke a different screen and they are ready to help again.

I walked into the Muskegon location needing help with a simple problem that the young lady at the counter took care of for me in just a couple of minutes at no cost to me when the Verizon store where I recently spent a lot of money wanted to charge me $20 for a couple minutes of their time. Thank you so much from here on you will always get my business.

Ace communications where do I start lol okay first I bought a phone paid for 6 months of service because I could not find the phone they could not find the purchase I made. So I was SOL out of that money then I take 2 computers to get fixed one of them needed the screen repaired to come find out 2 months down the road it goes again cause it was not properly put back together and then the other computer I wanted music off my hard drive put into a USB port which you can buy anywhere to tells me it's gonna take 7-10 days to wait for it in the mail.LMAO never got the USB port but they gave my mom back the hard drive so I still lost my music off that computer I do not recommend them to anyone in fact they are like a second hand store for electronics basically and buy something for 50 and turn around and sell it for 300 never will do business with them again I wish I never would have

Walked into the store and was not greeted what so ever. Waiting in the repair line for 20 minutes without any employee saying that there isn t anyone working back there. So I walk in and they already waste 20 minutes of my day. They do the screen repair on my iPhone and they did a horrible install on the screen. Have to take it back because of blurring in the screen that was not there before. My phone was in better condition before I brought it into the store. First time customer and last time. Would not recommend for anyone. Horrible customer service from the young workers that have no customers service skills whatsoever ever.

My husband Ken & I wanted to thank Saleh for helping us with our companies computer problem. We have an animal rescue WaterWood Farms & have to utilize our computer for many projects for the animals.

Little male that worked on Thursday between noon and one o'clock pm with the female clearly dine something wrong with my payment. My money came off the card from them for the phone in advance but here I'm without service . Its often a cheaper payment with them so I thought nothing of the $49.95 total.I now notice there wasn't a text from my carrier!! Smh
Well I woke up Sunday morning to a text from a Mr. Cameron with Ace Communications. He corrected the issue. I'm glad the company values their reputation. Now that's "Splendid Customer Service and Great Management"!!

Ace communications is one of the best places to go if you need to get a phone, case, screen protector or other technology devices! They also do amazing repairs so if your phone if broken or needs a new screen or anything else this is the place to go! The repairs are amazing and reasonably priced! I m so happy with my experience. It got done right when they said it would. The cost was perfect in my opinion. And they replaced something without me asking, and without charging me. I don t think I would ve been this happy going anywhere else

Saleh and his team are just top notch. Got my mom's apple apple watched battery and LCD repaired after the battery puffed up and destroyed itself..apple wanted twice what the Apple watch was worth I 2as like no. So glad we brought it to ace!

After my phone screen shattered this morning I brought it to ace communications. They were a big help and fixed my phone in less then an hour. Great customer service!!

Stopped in for an iPhone battery replacement. Cost less than expected and was done sooner than estimated. They even fixed the home button that had spotty performance at no additional charge. 10/10 would recommend.
