We couldn't be happier with this company. We decided to get a second opinion (ACE was our second opinion) when we were told that we needed an expensive repair. We decided to go with ACE for the repair and we are very glad that we did. They are great about explaining things and making suggestions, but, we have never felt like we were being pushed to purchase anything. We decided to join the maintenance program (an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure), and, it has worked exactly as was promised. When he came for one of our maintenance calls, Destin even took the time to clean the exterior unit covers (which were filthy), and, when he was finished they looked terrific! It is always a wonderful surprise when someone goes above and beyond what is expected! We believe that if you try ACE you will be glad that you did...we sure are!

Have several people to thank. Josh found us the best price for a replacement air handler (better than we expected). A two man crew installed the unit a couple days later. They worked from 9 to 7 pm to finish the job. Don t think they stopped more than 20 min for lunch...we were SO impressed. There were a couple of glitches after the installation. Turned out to be coincidental death of old equipment (main breaker and old thermostat) versus a problem with the new stuff. Both house calls we attended to within 6 hours after our distress calls were made. Bill was the service tech for both calls. He was courteous and patient with us. The entire staff we dealt with were competent and every single encounter was over the top customer service. Couldn t be happier.

I haven't had my HVAC checked out since it was installed in 2012. After 5 years I figured it was time. I received a postcard from Ace and called them for an appointment and I'm so glad I did. During the inspection of the unit the technician found several components that were about to fail so he replaced them. I was so pleased with my service that I signed up for the Silver Membership. Good job Bill and Ace.

It was a awesome experience dealing with Ace. Our installation team was great and did a very professional installation. Blane was great also, came out with team and got everything kicked. Complete replacement and done right on their schedule.

Josh has been my technician since I started with Ace Air. He does a great job and always answers any questions I have. When he came the last time my faucets were wrapped for the winter and I had unwrapped the one he need. After he left I went outside to wrap the faucet and he had already done so. Something he did not have to do but did anyway. That's what makes him an exceptional technician.

I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with each person at Ace. I don't know all the names, but in particular, I appreciate Destin, Andy, Chris, Michael, Kim, the dude that came to help Destin when we couldn't figure out which unit to purchase for my bizarre townhome, and each person who answered the phone when I called. The whole process was easy and professional. They truly eased the stinky experience of having to purchase a new AC system.

They were extremely professional and welcoming, they handled my issues without any issues and in perfect timing, I would reccomend this company and this branch especially with any problems you may have their staff is wonderful and the service is outstanding!!

Incredible service. A call on a Sunday, inspector was out on Monday morning and explained exactly what the problem was. Wednesday by 2pm, I had a brand new unit and it is working incredibly. I was highly impressed. Would definitely recommend and thanks to the friends that did recommend ACE to me!

I called them to get into the club they offer that a friend told me about. They came out to my house that following week they were very nice and explain everything in details to me. that following Tuesday they return to my house to install my new AC. They were so nice and polite and when i asked questions they stop and would explain to me everything. They told me they are going to return to my house and add a few more ducts to even out the air in my home. Yes i would recommend them to anyone they did a great job installing my new Unit. LOL... ITS VERY COLD IN HERE lol.. cant wait to see what difference its going to make on my bill. so if you need a new Unit check it them they are the experts and will explain it all to you and you know us woman we have 100s of questions. lol. thanks you guys,

All of the guys that came out and installed and removed the ac and heating unit were so awesome. They were polite, friendly and cleaned up after them selves. I would never try anyone else to help us with something like this.

Walked into their office on common at 4:30pm. They had a technician at my house before 5. Bill Still was courteous. He offered me several options for a new unit, he did not push it like a regular salesman would, but offered me several solutions to my problem. Which i appreciated. Overpriced. I got charged 500 for Freon and I called several other companies and they would have only charged 180. Will not be using again.

Bill Stille was our Tech that came to fix our heating unit. Bill was very professional & knowledgeable about our unit. He found our problem quickly. Explained it to my husband & I. Total lifesavers!!!! We were losing lots of money and patience attempting to maintain the temperatures we wanted in our large older house. We got tired of paying company after company to do upgrades or make changes they said would work, only to end business with each one as they told us it just wasn't possible to get it consistently cooler than what they had already achieved with our system and it being the hottest part of the year. I had given up and accepted we'd either have to move, get used to being sweaty in our beautiful but stuffy home/sauna, or sell body parts to completely replace our super pricey upstairs and downstairs units. On recommendation from a family friend, we gave it one last shot and called Ace. They worked pure magic and I never heard anything even remotely like," Welllll it's a big old house...." No excuses after promises made....just solutions that made it possible for us to love our home again. Thank you, Ace Air.

Feel scammed. Called for a diagnosis. Was emailed a set of options. Each option was them selling a new unit starting at 6000. Found out the coil could just be swapped for under a 1000. Gave the company a chance to give a qoute to replace coil and it was nearly 3x the amount making it so much more convient to push the sale of a new unit but good news if I purchase the new unit I don't have to pay the $85 which they want to charge to come give me qoutes on a new unit only.

Josh and John (J&J) were fantastic! We had a critical issue with my parent s furnace (carbon monoxide leak) that needed to be fixed ASAP. J&J responded immediately and corrected the issue. Not only were they fast, but also two really nice guys! I highly recommend Ace Air Conditioning and J&J.

Always get to me fast when I need them. No one likes being without AC when you live in south Louisiana.

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday after all the bad weather and several power surges. My husband called Ace air conditioning and they sent someone out the very next morning. We were so impressed that they did a through inspection of every aspect of the air conditioning system right down to the ducts. They were able to detect that we have been having hot spots in our house for years and informed us we needed larger ducts. They replaced everything and helped us with documentation we needed for our insurance company. The professionalism of Ace's technicians is amazing along with the amazing replacement a/c package. Just want to give a big thanks to Mr. Bill S. for all his hard work and the timely manner in which it was all achieved, I realize it was a big job. Thank you so much Ace air conditioning. These guys were great josh and Jeff were very good. Another company came out here and couldn t figure out what was wrong but these guys figured it out immediately and after changing out the bad part they stayed a while to make sure everything stayed working.
