Bill Stille was our Tech that came to fix our heating unit. Bill was very professional & knowledgeable about our unit. He found our problem quickly. Explained it to my husband & I. The part had to be ordered. He returned as soon as the part came in and had our unit up and running. We r ready for any cold weather that we may come to South Louisiana!!
