They were courteous on the phone and got me a guy out in minutes. I recieved a text message say who my technician would be and that he was on his way. He found the problem in minutes and since it was something simple I only had to pay the $29.99 fee for him coming out. Wonderful service!!!

Blaine gave out of the ordinary service. He found parts needed and had us running in less than 1.5 hours, including getting parts. It was normal to wait 3 days for parts, however he found a local source and had use up and running the same morning. He explained the service club membership, which I joined. This will save us money though the year. Great job Blaine.

Have used three different AC Firms and know why these Folks are called ACE. It's because they trump all others. 1) Don't try to sell you more than you need. 2) Staff is very professional and polite. 3) Pricing is very reasonable. 4) Keep you advised by email, message or phone calls on day of service (Can even track exactly where the service van is in real time). 5) Provide a picture and credentials of the Technician so you know who is coming to your Home.

Ace was highly recommended to us by friends who had also used them to replace their heating and ac unit. After receiving quotes from Ace and one other company they were by far the best value and warranty. I was also very impressed with the level of professionalism and always keeping me informed.

It's so nice to have the same tech come out. Jordan W. helped me identify a freon leak last summer, and I remembered him when he came out today to fix my blower. From the time I called until the time my repair was completed was less than three hours. There's a lot of extras that come too, like short waiting window, call before tech comes out, text tracking tech so you aren't home waiting for hours, and a picture of who is coming. Jordan left, got a part, came back, and installed it in less time than my whole two hour service window! Great service!

My family & I had some work done on my Grandmother's house and we were very pleased with their customer service & the technicians that came out to perform the work. It has been difficult since my Grandmother's passing and getting her house ready to sell has been tough on our family but we have been beyond blessed to work with great companies like Ace, making a difficult process a little less difficult.

My husband called Ace for our air because the hose froze up last night and the heat was very uncomfortable. He called about 5pm and a tech was to our place within 30 minutes if that long. I called Ace Air Conditioning today. They were at my house within 30 minutes of my call and my air conditioner, which was not blowing cold air, was one again blowing cold air. I have been a homeowner for over 14 years and I have needed air conditioning services 3 times. This is absolutely the best service I have used. I only wish I could give them 6 stars out of 5.

A/C unit quit cooling. Called they were onsite the next day, determined the unit needed replacement. Discussed and Explained different units. Chose Trane and they installed next day. Ace has been servicing our unit for several years routinely. Didn t shop anyone else as our experience and service has been exemplary.

I had a humidity problem on the 2nd floor of my home that nobody could fix until I contacted Ace A/C. Mark Gaspard came out and found the problem and an economical fix for the problem. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to Mark Gaspard and Ace A/C. They are knowledgeable and honest - 2 things that are not easy to find these days.

My daughter lives In lake Charles going to college . She called ace to check her ac unit . The service hand that went out told her that the Freon was low , then added her outside unit and inside unit need to be changed due to leaks in the coils. She then contacted me to tell me what they found. Their price was $7500.00 for inside and outside units for a single wide home. Well I do electrical work so I contacted a friend that has an ac business and he said the price should only be about $4500.00 to $5000.00 . But this is not the reason I m writing this bad review. The reason is that we had some go with a second opinion the results are Freon is good and the compactor that is on the squirrel cage which is the fan that blows the cold air is the problem. If anyone knows what I m talking about it s a $50.00 to $60.00 part her ac is fine. I m really ashamed that people
would try to take advantage of a young couple. Then the ac tech. also told them he could finance them for $160.00 a month for 48 months I guess this is the way to get them to hurry up and get it fixed . To all people not knowledgeable about ac. Work always get a second opinion. If y all company promotes commission on sales to the service employees that are doing this the BBB Beaurea should be involved. I hope anyone else never had this happen.
