Jacob came to our home, that we just purchased last week, to clean & service our unit. After inspecting the unit, it turns out we need a whole new system. He was very knowledgeable & spent time explaining everything to my husband & I of what needs to be done. We appreciated him communicating with his boss, on our behalf several times, to make sure that all of our needs are met & that everything would be to our satisfaction. He was very professional & sincere with his job and us.

My family has used Ace Air Conditioning since I was a child and then after I married, continued to use Ace. I work for Peterbilt of Lake Charles & recommended & now use Ace Air Conditioning for our business services. I will continue recommending Ace Air Conditioning & appreciate everything Jacob (& his boss) did for us.
