If I could leave no stars I so would! The Lady that answered the phone had attitude I called for a simple question. She couldnt answer my question so I asked if could leave my name and phone number and have someone that could answer my question to call me back her reply "NO ONE IS GONNA CALL YOU BACK WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT." She also told me to call around see if anyone else knows. I would not reccomend them to anyone and they will not receive any business from me!

I am quite pleased with my Trane. That was just what I needed, my electric bill has dropped to $85. a month. Josh did an awesome job. I have even gotten compliments even on the duct work in the attic. Very professional.

I ve always used Ace for all my AC work. They always show up on time and get the job done quickly. The technicians are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Today I had Michael Parent from Ace out to my house to fix my air conditioning and he was very friendly and gave me some tips on how to maintain my AC. He was in and out in a really short time and the price I was charged was great.

We had bought a home that required not only a new AC but an entirely new system from duct work to inside ac unit as well as out. It took about 8hrs to complete the work for this 3000 sq ft home. I have never seen anyone work so hard. The unit we bought we elsewhere and felt we were given a good deal for top quality. Everyone so far has exceeded our expectations. Thank you ACE..

My house was not cooling as it should so I began looking for an AC company. Frustrated in my search a friend recommended Ace so I gave them a call. The phone call alone put me a bit ease. They sent out a technician that was knowledgeable and quoted me a fair price. I (obviously) agreed to the work and now my house is as cold as I (or rather my husband) wants it to be! Ace has real heart! My elderly mother's heat went out in her home and my sister that lives local to her and would usually take care of the situation was traveling. I handled scheduling service, payment, and maintenance set up, all over the phone thanks to their super accommodating staff. Mom said they were so fast, kind and polite too. Nicest staff everyone needs to get with this company for air conditioning needs

Called on a Sunday afternoon because my A/C was not cooling properly. They were backed up by other work, but had someone out by 1:30 Monday afternoon. Found the problem quickly, which required new components to be installed, but charged the unit to keep the house comfortable until the new parts could be installed. Within 48 hours of finding the problem the new parts were installed and the house was nice and cool again. Knowledgeable and professional technicians, and excellent communication throughout the repair process, plus great warranty and fair pricing.

Bill came to my house for my a/c and he repaired it and was very nice and able to answer all my questions very professionally. I will recommend Ace to all my friends and family!
