Walked into their office on common at 4:30pm. They had a technician at my house before 5. Bill Still was courteous. He offered me several options for a new unit, he did not push it like a regular salesman would, but offered me several solutions to my problem. Which i appreciated. Highly recommend ACE AIR and Bill Still.
