The best place for morning coffee with a croissant and a view of the sea in all of Sopot. I recommend :-)

Service was great, everyone is friendly and really helpful. Private beach is really nice and has a restaurant, changing room and toilets. Drinks at the bar were great and food at the restaurant also tasty. The pool has a lot of cool features and the hotel has a sauna and spa. The hotel provides a mobile phone for guest use which was great. However, the phone did not always work and shower temperature did not remain constant when taking a shower. If you keep the key card next to your phone it won't work well

It may be but I expected something better for that money.

Most Grand there are prices. Pros at the beach in the center of Sopot. A medium-sized breakfast in a hotel of such a class should be a point with an omelette and scrambled eggs on demand in pancakes. The hopeless coffee lack of coffee maker is a 5 stars hotel !!! Rooms usually prices in a mini bar, super grand than in Germany, Oshe 18 zloty hiper grand bar. Hotel not worth the money. For this price are much better with a better standard and offer. Grand prices but not Grand Quality. Much ok, but not privately.

Perfect location, great sea view from superior room. Excellent breakfast. Wellness area relatively small, but recently renovated.

My wife's dream come true. Stay at the Sofitel Grand Hotel. Impressions? first of all, the delight of the service. Mrs. Karolina and Mr. Michael took us by the heart. Despite the short stay, we felt a family atmosphere and care for the comfort of stay. Aki will remind us of this wonderful stay at the Sofitel Grand Sopot house every day. We already know why there is no hotel in the name. It's a long house.

Fantastic spa hotel. Sopot is a wonderful city with proximity to everything! The Grand Hotel's breakfast is something beyond anything. Order an Egg Benidict and enjoy !!

It definitely deserves a 5-minute price adequate to the place. He still remains the king of Sopot. After renovation it is even better. Worth a visit.

A revelation in every respect. A very pleasant hotel with the highest level of service. The bar and restaurant is a class in itself. A great playroom for children smaller and larger. Clean rooms with a beautiful view of the sea. Nothing to use!

Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. There are prints for the noisy ventilation system and the low water pressure.

The hotel is definitely 5 *. First the pros and then the minus. Staff from the bellman through the reception and cleaning ladies after the waiters at a very high level. Helpful and always cultured. Fantastic food. Sirloin of deer or excellent sour soup. Coffee at breakfast is delicious as is the choice of food. I had a room for 5p. A view of the phenomenal cliffs in Gdynia. Equipment in fridge, tv, coffee set, bath, shower, safe, bathrobes, ironing board and iron. There are places in a hotel where it would be worth painting a few walls. A small minus for the lack of a 5p lift but from 4 to 5 boy delivers luggage.

Great location. Small pool but with a sea view. Breakfasts expensive, but it is enough to go out to the beach and there are tasty breakfasts in the restaurant on the left

A place full of history, comfort and always needed peace. Once again, the staff showed full professionalism, the kitchen very good taste, and the cleaning ladies due care of guests. Nothing more, nothing less, I will be back soon

The beautiful, private beach hotel is perfect for people who do not like pushing on a beach full of people. The view from the window like from a fairy tale, the best service I have experienced, but the price of 1700 PLN / day obliges me to a little bigger hotel room.

The neighboring hotel of high rank is a treat at the Grand Hotel! The whole thing is very impressive. I recommend.

Sofitel Grand Sopot is a benchmark from Sevres for 5 star hotels. His strength is not only the privileged location in Sopot and impressive architecture but also the delectable and competent team taking care of guests. If you fancy not a little but a lot of luxury - I recommend Sofitel in Sopot. Last but not least - during your stay it is worth visiting the hotel's Art Deco restaurant. We tried most of the dishes on the menu during the stay and each was a masterpiece.

Fantastic place on the beach a large entertainment base.

The stay was not a successful one. Sorting of rubbish and delivery to the hotel, noisy transhipments every day at 5:00 am! The resort needs supplies and service, but why at night ?! We left Sopot furious, disappointed and tired. This is not what you can expect from a hotel that aspires to be one of the best in Poland.

Very nice room - spacious, in the corridor you can feel history, decorations ... furniture ... the whole interior perfectly harmonizes with the history of the hotel. A great combination of the spirit of the present with an interesting history - the charming atmosphere of the past is present at every step.

Delicious breakfasts on the terrace in the sunshine, everything we ask for service is fulfilled, a wonderful view of the beaches and the sea, the hotel's green belt is well-kept. Culture and kindness at every turn. A private beach, towels, umbrellas, drinks and delicious food are the advantages of a beach service. Full attention to detail. We highly recommend it.

An atmospheric hotel with great rooms, especially from the sea

A place of luxury, the tradition of the best hotel with a casino since pre-war times. Here guests were crowned heads and heads of states visiting Pomerania, and the stars of the famous Sopot festivals. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated culinary art. An unforgettable view from the restaurant on the bay and pier. Park with a beach-side fountain only for hotel guests. A huge ballroom. Famous New Year's balls, balls of journalists, lawyers. There was a concert of Czes aw Niemen in the cellar basement.

Because it's cool, the atmosphere is open, nice service.

Just beautiful. Great location, very good breakfast, spacious rooms and very friendly staff and good spa area

A very enjoyable stay. Breakfast is excellent. Wi-Fi is very good. The rooms are spacious and luxurious.
Two remarks though. The curtains are not able to block daylight. I had to rebuild the room to make it sufficiently dark so I could sleep.
The second issue is with the overly helpful staff. Providing service also means that you should be able to judge if that extra service is needed. As a guest I feel that I sometimes get jumped upon by young staff who's very eager to carry my luggage our such. Service should add to the experience, not detract from it. I have spend quite a few days at this hotel in the past and I notice it every time.

A.D 1927. It s an architectural gem. Very posh. Very distinguish. Very luxury. Five-star Grand Hotel Sopot (current: Sofitel Grand Sopot) located on the seashore which is the charming part of Sopot town. Grand Hotel was, and still is the great witness to an interesting, and complicated history of the 20th century. He was waking up with the sunrise, and he was falling asleep with the sound of the sea waves. Acted as a supported character in several movies. He welcomed many distinguished guests like politicians, movie stars, singers, crowned heads and many, many ordinary holidaymakers. Unfortunately, I was not a hotel guest, but I admired his fabulous architecture in September 2020.

Good hotel, very nice service. Delicious food. Perfect location and beautiful view. The first small downside is the small pool. The hotel is very good happy to come again.
