Excellent hotel location. Before the beach, with a view of the sea and the Sopot pier. Service impeccable, nice and smiling. Room - large enough, adequately equipped. Comfortable bed and very nice pillows. A rich breakfast, even during a few days stay, will not get bored.
It is worth choosing a room on the 3rd or 3rd floor, necessarily with a view of the sea.

I love this hotel :) the service makes you feel at home. Always smiling and friendly and these 5 * is above all for them :) The hotel is located in a very good location, right on the beach and further away from the main promenade of Sopot, where the summer is really loud. The rooms that have their climate, big comfortable beds make the sleepy ones do not want to leave;) Very good kitchen and wonderful bartender who mixes drinks on the western level! I recommend this hotel because it's really worth a moment to immerse yourself in a little luxury

Near to the beach. Only a few meters. Superb, friendly service. Breakfast from 6 to 12 which is important for those who sleep for a long time;) Standard. Hmmm ... I came across a room that I can rate for 4 good stars. And in total the whole hotel creates such an impression. But this is only my own assessment. Summarizing. I am satisfied with my stay.

We had a great weekend stay with my family. Our room was nicely personalised, including bespoke wine label :) Kids had their own animals made of towels! On top of that my wife had birthday which we didn't mention during reservation and she was totally surprised by concierge Adam who prepared flowers and mini birthday cake. Once again thank you for great service and memorable stay!

Was just here for casino. Only one blackjack table was working. Roulette was popular but not my game. Slots were the multi game style you find in these parts, payout fair as far as machines go

A first class hotel, amazingly nice room, although it was rather small to go under the designation Junior Suite. Fantastic sea view. Professional, courteous staff, really helpful and always ready. Wonderful breakfasts, nice pool and spa. We were super happy and will gladly return here!

I had the pleasure to use the services of the hotel and have fun at the New Year's Eve Ball 2019/2020. Champagne fun, professional service and music band that guaranteed unforgettable fun until the morning. I would highly recommend. I'm gonna return there for sure.

A great Hotel with a soul, nice rooms with a full bar, payable but nice, delicious breakfast rich in various products. Nice gym, swimming pool and sauna. Service at a high level, but the details that enjoyed the most, e.g. an apple in the corridor or a glass of lemonade. Four, unfortunately, rainy, but successful days in Sopot. Please greet Mrs. Stella from the Service :)

We were with my husband at the Grand Hotel restaurant for lunch. An interesting place because of history, it's worth coming here. The cuisine, however, is not thrilling. It was quite tasty and elegantly served, but at other places in Sopot we ate cheaper and better. Winter tea which was supposed to warm up was very weak.

A top-shelf hotel, both in terms of product and service. Great views of the sea and the pier, even if you do not have a room you can enjoy during breakfast or dinner. I recommend the very delicious breakfasts.

Restaurants, defeat, table not prepared despite the order, price of lemonade for one glass PLN 28, we ordered several meals with the meal, coffee price two times lower. Never again because the dishes are average too.

An old hotel with traditions right on the beach, the huge building makes a big impression. Probably not specifically renovated in a long time to keep the old vibe. A big minus for the fact that I got a room for the disabled, although there was no mention of it when booking. The room itself was spacious, the bed comfortable, high ceilings but not crazy, not my style. Additionally, the disabled bathroom has an outdoor shower, no partition, so water was pouring all over the bathroom, all things were wet. It is unacceptable for such room prices.

During my stay, covid restrictions were met; guests had to wear masks on the hotel premises, disinfection dispensers were available to the public. Rooms cleaned only on request. The breakfasts were a la carte and were very tasty.

The service was very nice and understood my comments about the room, but did not take its own initiative to solve the problem, and the standard of a 5-star hotel obliges to more than the standard service.

The lack of sufficient parking spaces due to the hotel's full occupancy in high season cannot be an excuse. For this reason the cars were parked right up to the hotel entrance and it didn't look good especially as I paid extra for a parking space.

Finally, the hotel has a separate beach area with sunbeds and towels included in the room rate. There is also a beach bar with drinks.

Summing up, the Grand Hotel is a good hotel, but the price of the room in relation to its standard and the lack of above-standard service did not meet the expectations.

A place with a soul ... very spacious rooms. Sea view from the window? Something fabulous. Service, well ... if it were not for the fact that I was forced to pay attention to the lack of a wounded and evening service, the staff would forget about my stay. Cosmetics and coffee service not completed. Fortunately, the service at breakfast much better

Amazing place with soul and history. Services and the entire hotel from the top shelf. Prices are also correspondingly high. Private beach, private terraces in the apartments. If you can afford it, this place is definitely worth visiting!

Max 3 * for such money we expected luxuries, and we collided with gray reality. Bathrooms to refresh and not washed. The carpeting in the hall was stained with leftovers left by hotel guests outside the door (this happened every day). How can you tolerate such behavior? I was walking in the hotel lobby and I felt like I was in the back of the kitchen. Only the hotel staff and the parking lord, whose headquarters was a kiosk reminiscent of Ruch's kiosk as for the Polish People's Republic, made a good impression. Mega expensive parking of 70 PLN / day goes to the fact that we paid 10% of the value of the stay for parking. At every step, children running and riding electric scooters. Who allows children to run around the corridors of a 5 * hotel? We went to the pool area to relax. After five minutes, we left the place, kicked in the pool by raging children jumping into the water. Does anyone control it? The pool size of the city fountain. Definitely too small for such a great hotel. Under the showers, empty dispensers, I walked around the cabins and looked for a shower gel.
Generally, unfortunately, I must say that next time our choice will certainly not fall on this hotel and I propose the same to other interested parties.

I will not come back here for sure. Recalling the excellent rest at the neighboring Sheraton, I found out with my wife that we also had to test Gran Hotel. After seeing the photos, I asked for a reservation in a room with a balcony facing the sea. Price around 1600 PLN per night - expensive, but maybe worth a try. On the spot it turned out that it was a misunderstanding and we got a small attic room with slants on both sides, without a balcony, with such a small, high set window, the daughter did not even get to him. We gave up, we got a good room instead, without slants but with a view of the parking lot. There would be nothing wrong with it, if every morning no terribly loud garbage truck arrived perfectly under the window of the room, and all kinds of food supplies to the hotel, the noise of pallet trucks carries as in Castorama on the construction department. We got into the room sparkling water, I tried to explain to you that we need gas without a child, unfortunately you did not speak Polish and I can not speak Russian (or Ukrainian, I do not know), we bought water in a nearby supermarket. Tasty breakfasts.
