It was our third time to stay in Acacia hotel. The last stay we had was really disappointing. I specifically booked for a deluxe room - king bed, but we were given twin beds. We were three, and we didn't have good sleep at all due to insufficient space in the bed. When I asked the receptionist about the booking, she said all rooms were full, and when I showed her my booking, she said she'll take a look again. Then later on she suggested we stay in the room (twin bed) because birthday balloons were prepared already. She left us with no choice. Then she gave us late check out to compensate. We really love this hotel, but it seems like we'll think twice in staying there again. :(
