I've stayed at the Somerset 2 weeks ago, they're staff we're really good and very approachable. Too long wating time at the elevetor and not in good working condition. Unpleasant attitude one of the guard with K9, warning cone put in front of me after the inspection, he did not get it out on my way. I my self get it and put it on the side. Truly an unacceptible way to treat the client.
