My room was very big. Unfortunately it was already a bit worn off.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. (Parking and luggage service)

Worst experience ever. Don t stay at the 2nd or 3rd flooor because you can t sleep until 4 am. There s club underneath. Prefer to move to different hotel if there s no higher floor rooms.

A former Sheraton which remains very correct and well placed.

Location ... very good ... close to restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment places, and cafes ... Quick check-in and check-out service ... Easy access to anywhere ...

Some amenities were missing when I first got there, I didn't bother informing them since I'm always coming back late... The problem is that even the next day was the same thing.

The location is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent, parking is convenient. But the quality of cleaning surely can be and should be improved.

The location of the hotel is perfect, but it is not clean enough, especially the bathrooms.

Reception staff unhelpful and looks like the working for free.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever been through. Beautiful reception sets expectations high, but immediately after check-in it all goes down hill. Room reeked of fungus. Only one piece of sope/toothbrush/slippers etc was provided (for a family room). No additional blankets, towels, pillows. Nothing. Single teaspoon and two glasses was all that was available. However enough storage space to accommodate three people for a year. All empty. They charded me 56 AED per person for breakfast menu was: boiled egg, omlet, pancake, chicken liver toast with jam. Outrageous!

The room is clean but the standard is 4 star superior and the outside is mo khosh

In general the place is clean and tidy but the bathrooms need more modifications because they are old fashioned

Unfriendly receptionist. Room service guy is far more accomodating rather than the receptionist. Breakfast also is not good. The first time we went there we had a good service. That was 2yrs ago thats why we decided to stay there again but sad to say we will never stay here again.

I had a lavish lunch with my friend for a very competitive price. We used a buy-one-get-one-free voucher. Food was very delicious and the service was simply great. We enjoyed the free perks readily offered by the restaurant staff. I strongly recommend it to my friends.

I hate the stay here because of the services I got, it was the baddest ever in my life.

Its not the same as other sheratons.

Good size rooms and excellent staff . Near city center , Cornish and very near to khaladiyah mall. Room are Clean but stains on the carpets also bathroom have some stains.

A New Years Eve stay disaster. They gave us a room that is not ready. Firstly, a stinky towel. It took 40mins and 4 calls for them to give us two towels. One dirty mug, as the tea bag paper is stuck inside the mug. That makes the glasses suspiciosly dirty as well - it is musty and smells old. Pillows smaell stinky as well. One positive about is the location, near the corniche where the fireworks display can be seen. The pib is also unwelcoming and not hospitable. The vallet is slow. Overall, I did not like it, hence I will lower my standards about Sheraton.

I Star Star This is a good hotel with all the amenities and wifi free meals three times the order from the room.

Wasnt happy with the standard of this hotel. Food was good and plentiful, staff were a little aloof the front of house service was extremely poor. The clientele were inappropriate, and selling services that we were not remotely interested in. The rooms were dated unkept and dirty. We complained, and were changed to another floor where (15) which apparently were kept for their best clientele. The higher you go the better the rooms. According to one of the room cleaners. We checked out short of our paid vacation, leaving 3 days before the end of our week. It was grim. And the durex under the bed bought about pure disgust

The first time was great.There were constructions around the facade then.Will check in again today

We check in July 9,2018 This is the third time I visited your hotel but i was so disappointed of the staff (filipino) in spa. We are not just boys but we are a couple so we decided to roam around but the lady inform us that its not allowed to go there in rude and arrogant way. After that we decided to check out right away. We feel insulted the way she inform us as if were not a guest in the hotel. I visited a lot of hotels but this is the first time I experience this situation. She make us feel uncomfortable .I will not visit again and never recommend your hotel. Wifi also is very slow.

Room was huge had a separate living room, the room and hotel are showing there age though and there are nicer places to stay.

Nothing special. Located in city centre with accessible public transport and walkable distance from beach and malls.

Great hotel with a correct breakfast buffet, but very poorly managed, missing basic things like breakfast cups, napkins or teaspoons, and it was not just one day, it seems that a chain of this style should take care of the most basic things
