Fantastic, the first time a long journey and immediately such a beautiful hotel. Near the beach! Unfortunately tomorrow back again :(

The hotel is a bit old, but price and performance are right. Everyone is friendly.

Worst experience ever!!! The employees are so rude. They gave my room key to some other people and stole all the linen from the room. Also the front of house have a problem with Indians

Bad hotel and not clean, if u have family stay far away from this hotel, also the swimming pool bad and small

Needs a complete overhaul. Breakfast menu needs to be changed desperately. Same Menu should not be repeated everyday. Some of the food provided looks very very old, no doubt cooked fresh but scary ! Menu cards should be kept in each room so we can order food. One should not have to wait for 45 mins after calling for it and finally having to go down to the restaurant to get it yourself. Carpets need to be overhauled. problematic for clients with dust allergy issues or atopy issues. Drinking Water bottle as per policy should be provided not have to be asked for... Ditto for toiletries. Concierge n bell boys should be taught to help in lifting luggage off n into taxis n up n down the steps of the ground floor... No accountability, so a very happy life for the staff!!! Can't say the same for the client.

Good hotel, rooms are clean and big, staff smile and helpful

The house keeping, Laundry service, Food and stay at the hotel was horrible.
They staff even didn't bother to ask about your stay at the hotel at the time of checkout.
Its a nightmare for me.
I would never opt this hotel, if it is on my own expense.

The hotel room interior is so old and the furnitures are dirty..room feels so gloomy

A clean place, but in a problem, there is no free parking

Enough for a business trip but not for leisure. Our stay was a bit underwhelming. However, I found the breakfast pretty decent, even if there was not much variety of cuisines, it still had the every breakfat must-haves.

Entrance is under construction and the view is not so good

Not very impressed. But the price was unbeatable and situation was very good with the amount of bars and restaurants in the surrounds.

The hotel from the outside and the hall it looks pretty chic and shiny but when we saw our suite room seems another hotel...old furniture and bathroom..carpet from the 70".
He had been in 3stars hotels better and new then this one.

Neat n clean rooms. Comfortable in many ways. Easy booking cooperative and welcoming staff. View was not very good but in this price it was acceptable.

It was very bad experience for us, security personnel are very rude. Dont know how to speak with people. Very bad!!

The staff is very well trained, all English speakers ... cleanliness everywhere! Room very well compartmentalized.

Amazing budget friendly rooms. Staffs are oke-ish, not that helpful. The food is also mediocre.
The rooms are huge with amazing washrooms

The staff idle especially valet parking that does not make you want to check in. The rooms are big that's the only benefit. No air conditioning in the assencer.

Excellent views, reachable places includes khalidiya mall and corniche

Rooms and furniture are old ...building has been 20yrs in existence along with furniture. Place requires a complete revamp. Food quality wasnt great. What makes it great is the location...close to the sea/beach and at city center surrounded by many shops especially khalidiya mall...6 min to other malls as well.like nation towers and marina mall

It has a sweet Egyptian discotheque for the brain. High is just not quiet

The hotel shown that it was luxury but it is old .. Net is very weak .. The room and the bathroom is very spacious .. Light is weak Shui. Their sweet treat is very comfortable.

Business needs renovations as it maintains its reputation as a Sheraton hotel.

Excellent condition and best service and all staff very courteous all the time and very cooperative best swimming pool with nice restaurants...

We booked this hotel for two nights via Danata. Having booked a sea view room we got one with a small window and no view. The corridors have a weird smell. The rooms also have a bad smell. The AC was not working, and the pool was closed for a week! One of the worst hotels in the UAE if not in the world. Please avoid at all costs!

Decent experience. Good facilities and rooms but a bit dated for UAE.

The worst place for bad services is the nasty cleanliness that is connected to the reception and they sit for an hour until they respond to air conditioning. They sit for more than 45 minutes until they send someone to fix it in the amount of rent to take 5 stars

Old and malodorous structure. It does not deserve to hold an important name as Sheraton.

Today we made a booking from agoda to sheraton khalidiyah abu dhabi. as soon as we got a confirmation.. we go to sheraton. reception ask us to wait as we just booked and they didnt received yet the confirmation from their system. after 1 hour we try to communicate to agoda and told us to wait in hour. after this they r telling the hotel is fully booked. and after that we told reception about this.. thats the only time they check the system.. she said no update from supplier. and the supervisor nabil just talk in rude way explaining its not about their system. so we have to cancel the booking.

we are one of the guest just experience a bad service from this hotel.. now we know why they are not getting good feedback anymore

night club very bad service i get , it was frist and last time visiting for this pls , i invited my team to your place was seating in 3 separate table and i almost spend 1k dhr for only one hour, but we leave because of Security African guy very very rude with us and taking with impolite , i complain to club manager but nothing happened we lift to aviod fighting with him ,
i advising all don't visit you will be Suffering same us

Rooms are clean and price was really good on agoda. A place to sleep comfortably dont expect many facilities out of this hotel. The receiption is really weird being on 1st floor rather than in the entrance and strangely the phone was not working in the room to call the receiption. For the price of just 160 including tax i wouldnt complain about anything :)

Very good hotel, the rooms clean and good, just one problem u will have in this hotel, the lift not good, and u can take sea view room or street view. And small swimming pool.
