The hotel is a bit dated. The surrounding area doesn't offer much to travelers, aside from being close to the corniche, and the breakfast buffet is abysmal.

Rooms service very bad , bath towel are dirty and , bedsheets not suitable for sleeping due to bad washing and dirty ...
Receptionists are very bad behaviour , plus their manager , I am diabetic patient and I want to put the ice pad in the freezer to keep my medication for next day in a good condition , he refused ,and the room is not provided with a freezer , also I explained to him in details why I am using this but his tenacity was like a wall...
Really miserable hotel they spoiled my day because I couldn't take my medication and kept in the fridge ...

A very good hotel with good location, there staff is very good and always smiling. Swimming pool is okay. Gym is equipped with all the essential equipments which one needs to do a complete workout. Their breakfast is very very good with lot of choices and restaurant size is also big. Lobby area is also big and happening as compare to other place in the area. They also have ladies beauty parlour and SPA facility at the top floor.

Helpful reception staff and spacious room with a comfy bed. There are slow elevators which means waiting sometimes. The location is fine but most of Abu Dhabi's big attractions are 20-30min drive away. There is plenty of shopping, beach and eating to be done nonetheless.

You can stay beautiful. It is a relatively clean place and its staff is very relevant. Hausekeeper is great.

The English bar is very good, but it is frequented by smokers also.

Clean and sweet hotel, good service and reasonable prices

Very bad customer service, unwilling to help or do any adjustments. I booked and couldn t come due to COVID-19 prevention and they didn t agree to reschedule for the week after. They keep transferring you to different people with no results although they have plenty of rooms empty.

An average 4 star property. LA Veranda serves breakfast with average cuisine choices. Hotel has small entrance and rooms have old furniture, have a small rooftop pool with a very good view of Corniche. Overall if you are looking for a short stay you can go for it.

very bad staff, i stayed 5 days in hotel because my company book the hotel but the experience was very bad. very ordinary dining with broken plates. uncontrolled and old deaign AC, no cold water for bath and fridge is also not available in room. i asked for the ice on reception thwy told me to take it from the restaurant and restaurant told me to buy from the market

Nice hotel and good view of Corniche. Delicious food at La Veranda, and staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to malls, supermarket, fast food restaurants and public parks.

Neat cozy and it's in the middle of the downtown so its very nice place sea views and town view rooms reasonable prices the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is very nice and delicious with a variety menu of eastern dishes for me I really enjoying my stay in the hotel open swimming pool the kids is also enjoying spa and beauty salon I hope you enjoy your stay in here

Service does not pull on 4 stars. However, this is characteristic of all the Emirates. Slowly fulfill the requests. But the room is chic, spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast is ok. And taking into account the price of $ 40 / night for one, this is generally a fairy tale! And a very good location near the beach, the mall, on one of the main streets. Just a stone's throw: even to the bus station on foot only 45 minutes.

Three years ago my family and I stayed at this hotel and the stay was great. I have to say on this occasion the standards have dropped considerably. The carpets were very dirty, not vacuumed regularly. We were having to constantly ask for clean towels, bath mats , the chambermaid on our floor never left enough despite knowing there were 3 people in room, we also had to ask for toilet paper on a couple of occasions, the bath was not scrubbed for the duration of our stay{ 8 days}. Another problem was the constant booming of music at nights until the early hours of the morning coming from downstairs and we were on the 14th floor, for my friends on the 10th floor it was louder, The staff at the hotel I found to be very pleasant and helpful. I very much doubt I will be returning the Sheraton Khalidiya anytime soon.

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location. Beaches within walking distance, as well as several supermarkets. Would definitely recommend. Near a large children's park. Full of delight.
