Attended my friends wedding.

Need improvement in housekeeping,carpet looks dirty some area patches,bathroom tiles need cleaning,no health faucet or bidet shower near the toilet

Rooms are spacious. Clean but very loud at night (staying on 9th floor). Location is good with plenty of eating and grocery shopping options nearby.

There is a swimming pool and apparently night company on the 4th floor

Very happy with the hotel. Great service and great hotel. Had a relatively large double room. 3 minutes away is a supermarket and the beach is not far away. The WiFi is relatively slow but otherwise the hotel is nothing to complain about. The staff is very helpful and the pool (no German standards but still very nice) offers a great view.

Providing nice services.
We can't say its perfect. But comparatively they are doing well.
All the staff are behaving very well.
Need to improve small things like quality slippers inside the room.
Light settings inside the room (if we put all the lights also there is a sleepy mode. No bright lights).

I stayed one night on 4th november. Property is nice and well maintain. But i had bad experience in philipino restaurant inside hotel.one of the seniour philipino lady staff her behabhiour is so rude.and not hospitable. And around 12 at midnight i call reception for wifi password the reception guy voice is so aggressive not hospitable either.

I stayed in Cristal for over 10 months....
Available airport pickup and drop service... but not free though...
Good location.... spacious rooms.... good house keeping... spacious wet and dry bathrooms....
Sport bar on top has got very good ambience plus well size television for sport watch... we book the table for good view....
Warm pool...
Equipped clean gym...
Massage parlour should be definitely tried....
Clean Steam and sauna....
Penty of food choices in and around Cristal...
Worth for what you pay....

The hotel is old and the furniture is old. It needs a complete furniture change as well as the bathroom is bad and very old. Because I live there again until the furniture is renovated, the location is excellent

Idon,t like it there is no facilities ..small swimming pool .. not clean swimming pool it's bad for family .
They clean rooms and take towels we order towel they told us there is no towels

The hotel suite is awesome, spacious and warm! The staff at the hotel is helping and humble.

Hi Sheraton Khalidiya. I just want to inform you that we are very disappointed last two days ago. I went there with my two friends to visit our friend whos stayed there. When we arrived in the reception of the hotel theres one security filipina lady whos very annoying. She annoyed us. Shes not smiling and her face looks like very iritating. So talked to my friends to be calm and be professional. Actually thats my first time in sheraton and were expecting a excellent customer service. But no. Since they are rude and not smiling to the guests or visitors. Were all here as expats we are here to work so we have to give our best customer service experience to any people to any nationality. Please avoid discrimination. Thats all...
