Very poor service. We booked a non smoking room and no one in the team smokes but we got a call saying there were cigarettes everywhere in the room. Ridiculous.
The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not assist us properly and we had to call the agent to make the changes.

Very good location but worst hotel service ived ever experienced.
Reception - though he upgraded me to suite coz I arrived almost midnight from a 2 hr travel going to abudhabi and from work, they need to know what customer service is. Doesnt check if customer requested something prior to arriving at the hotel.
Hotel rooms were great BUT, no bath robes, nothing in fridge, no iron and ironing boards, no slippers. Wont recommend this hotel to my friends. I have expected too much from this hotel. A well known hotel with such bad service. I would commend the service guys, friendlier than the front desk officers.

Value for money hotel. Not very luxurious and grand from the appearance and facilities available but provides decent comfortable stay at a very economical rate. Khalidiya mall is nearby to cover all shopping needs. KM trading and Al safa supermarket are at walking distances as well.

1st Day, its very welcoming place and everyone is so kind and nice personalities and polite. Nice place to stay for positive people. Thats right its small building but it gonna make you smile wide.

Needs rennovation. Furniture is old , towels are old . Moket carpet on floor needs immidiate replacement.
Forget about swimming pool if you are guest in the hotel since it is full of kids( FULL OF KIDS) , plus , the timing of swimming pool access is restricted from 10 am to 7 pm .
Gym equipments are outdated , broken AC in the gym during my stay.
Business center is next to the reception desk, open area with no privacy , noisy and crowded space. Stool type chairs for the high desk as if you are sitting on a bar , not doing work .
Food is medium level , accepted .
Location is good in the city .
Room size is good and spacious.
Bathroom size is good , normal shower hand , not ceiling modern type .
Toilettairs are good .
Nice bar in 5th floor with live band.

Was ok. There are other more modern, friendlier places to visit in AD.

I love Sheraton khalideyah.. This is the best ever for me. It's my second home. Staff are friendly.

VERY slow service.They refuse to borrow a microwave or phone charger to guests who only stay for a day or two.Dissappointing to say the least.But cheap.

Hotel is 4 only because of building..
The food,staff and service is above 5 . Did not expect... I am pleased

When we enter the room no toiletries provided, cabinets having bad smell, washroom has unpleasant odor. and the customer service is very poor. The disappointing part is when we are about to sleep they ask us to move to other room as there is balidiya checking. Really annoying. I will not recommend this place to my friends.

Very nice hotel. Location is superb with nearby shopping malls, restaurants etc. Very cordial staffs. Would like to specially mention about Ms. Maria @ the front office. She is simply superb in dealing with the guests.

Nice place to stay near to Corniche Abudhabi. 3rd avenue Quiet and nice place to have some drinks

They have a friendly staff, a bit spacious room but the toilet seats and bathtub is a bit old and has yellow stains. They try their best to accommodate guest requests.

Enjoyed my stay at a suite room. Excellent location in Abudhabi and friendly service. However no usual grandeaur of Sheraton

Place is fine price was also okey .... But a lot of mismanagement needs to improve a lot of things as per Sheraton name

The service is very bad starting with the reception which is practicing his personal life at the expense of work and people standing booked in addition to that I canceled my reservation with I got the reservation number and deducted from the card was not cooperation at all and I arrived after midnight of my travel and sold the room and sat all night until dawn Book another hotel for their irresponsible crew

Worse place to stay in, worst guest service, worst staff attitude. Broken amenities

Nothing special. Entrance to hotel and elevator placement is odd. Some rooms appear to have had kitchenettes -- they removed the sinks and stoves, but left the refrigerator. Nice sitting room. Cleaning staff is very good and friendly. The view on the seaside is fabulous. Breakfast is good when the restaurant is not crowded. When crowded, the hotel does not have enough silverware, serviettes or staff to keep up. A free upgrade made the stay better, but we were told we would be moved if another room became available.

Hotel dilapidated !! Not even worthy of a three star.
With several low-end nightclubs and poorly attended, we had the honor of attending a fight during our check-in.
Large room but from another time with a small window, bathroom dating from the 70s. Good bedding and silent air conditioning system.
Breakfast very average, the food is not of a good quality.
We ended up in this sad hotel because of a travel agency that scammed us !!!

very nice view, convenient location, large room for 2, free velet parking, quiet for sleep, flexible check out time and helpful and friendly staff. but the pool is not big, water too cold.

The fine dining restaurants were excellent & no more expensive than you would expect from a hotel of this standard. There is a varied wine list with a wide range of prices.

There is a dress code which is imposed even for breakfast but it is not too onerous - mainly it is swimwear that is unacceptable. In the evenings smart casual is required. There did not appear to be a surplus of Designer wear as I had read in one report! Try it!

It's really noticable in the rooms and pool area that the maintenance and cleaning is not 100%

Great hotel, friendly service, great location. There are also two pubs, a swimming pool and many other amenities. I would recommend.

Nice hotel at city downtown, near Cornish , this good . And down is main road have much taxi .

Bad experience Hotel sound is too bad The fifth floor of the ballroom is still late at night. Noisy people can't sleep at all. Communication with the front desk is also invalid.

Reception was very hot as the air conditioning was not working

There is no Refregirator in the room ,
Valet parking stole 500 AED from my car ,
House keepking toke my clothes to laundry and never send it back

The price is fair good for budget people! Reception good! Hk good fast service!! But the restaurant down in the ground floor. Must to be attentive to other guest..i think 2 arabic lady service lady..i didnt even hear thank you when i left the restaurant! :( apart from that everythinh is good!

Hotel badly aged. It shows that he lived better times. The only good thing about its location and the bar.

It's nice and in the centre of Abu Dhabi but the valet always full in weekends that's why I give it 4 stars.

We stayed for almost week, actually while waiting for our new apartment in the city.

Our first room was dusty with moldy grout tiles in the bathroom. We then, complain to the manager and move to a presidential suite. I think cleaners are loaded enough to focus on really cleaning. Some management issue, it is.

If you stayed for one day just to sleep I think, you wont bother but we stayed for few days with my baby so it is quite frustrating. It was affordable but I hope they can focus on cleanliness.

Had a iftar at La Veranda Restaurant and it was awesome and we enjoyed

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a delicious breakfast, attentive staff, and great location. Got a complimentary suite upgrade and I look forwards to returning.

Under expectations for a Sheraton branded hotel. Room was old and not well cleaned. Room service did not leave any towel in my bathroom so I could not shower. There was no soap. Air Conditioning could not be turned off. Matress was old and deformed. Breakfast was not good (don't try the scrambled eggs). Waste of money.

Frankly, there are two-star and three-star hotels that are more beautiful, better and superior. I do not see four stars suitable for him.
The first entry into the hotel there is no reception. Only a restaurant and reception are on the first floor. The rooms are quite small. And the brushes are very clear that it is old. Even the bathroom and its accessories are old. And the water drainage is bad. The water pressure in the shore is weak. The bathroom contains only shampoo and soap, and there are no other accessories. The refrigerator is very small and badly cooled
I didn't try Wi-Fi, and I didn't try TV or air conditioning
The problem is the multitude of nightclubs. There is an open buffet but the price compared to the kitchen and food is very high
