It was the worst hotel we have ever seen in Abu Dhabi.

Food variety was disappointing for such a place and money paid

Comfortable hotel but the reception staff treated was never good

Old property but fine looking place. Lots of convenient shopping options available nearby. Drop off area is not so convenient but hotel staff is extremely courteous. If possible get a room facing corniche for a fantastic sea view.

Decent location and budget friendly. Did not like the breakfast or staff behaviour.

A good hotel in normal range with normal facilities. The SPA and morrocan bath in 4th floor worth to visit. Walking distance to Abu Dhabi cornich and Khalediyah area where you can find all what you need. Close to Khalediyah Mall and you can walk for 5 minutes to reach the mall.
The amenities in the rooms are normal. Cleaness is average.
In my opinion this is a midd range hotel

ones you walk in thhe reception you will think its a bad hotel but ones you get to the room you will feel like you have made the right choice

Not worthy of the name of Sheraton .. Hotel is dismal .. It has nothing to do with the sea .. I booked a room in Sea View .. I was surprised that the sea is about a kilometer .. For old furniture charms .. Large kitchen without water. It has a catel for tea only .. A dark shower .. No reception on the phone .. Staff have nothing to do with tourism .. And they are still smiling ...

The worst Sheraton ever existed. All furniture is dirty, old and many cases broken at the room. But the service is really very good

Ambience and the room size. Rest of the services were average like restaurant, housekeeping, etc

Ok type hotel. On website it advertised a 4 star Hotel but in reality it is NOT a 4 star , It s a 3 Star Hotel. Need a renovation of this hotel, it s not an up to date hotel. Everything look old. Cigarette is permitted on the corridor which is very odd, also ash tray is provided on the corridor. I would not recommend family with children to go there due to smoking issue because when you walk through on the corridor just smell of smoke. Also they do not provide additional bed for children, although I booked for 5 persons I was given two bedrooms with two single beds on each room.

Excellent staff and service. Good location.

However the building is quite old now and the fixtures and fittings quite tired. More of a three star hotel to be honest if it wasn't for the staff. Not quite what you would expect for a Sheraton.

I have been a regular patron of this hotel previously over the last 3years. However as time goes by, the ambience, dimmed yellow lights, the rustic designs and service are the same.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Room service is excellent, food is sweet and clean, provides parking service

Worst hotel ever.I stayed for two days.

Very very Dim light.
Unclean and spider in shampoo and other things
Worst Room service.once you call they will come after 2 hours may be not come at all.
If you ever plan to stay dont go there

Old and dated rooms. Got upgraded to a suite which is nice.

Hotel on top of the top breakfast at the top of the gorgeous room I was there with my husband for 3 night we had a suite which was really pretty. the location is great just near the corniche.

Out of Sheraton chain from some years ago, this hotel has been downing step by step in quality, guest services, accomodation, clean, etc... Now, his only benefit is his location in AD business area.
Big rooms but oldies, need a urgent refresh in all his facilities.

The hotel is not very clean and the bathroom is not very clean. The room is very old. The reception is not acceptable (but the food was delicious). Collaborators

Its in the middle of the city mins to the cornich easy to find a parking but still a little bit small

Very spacious room to stay and near to corniche. They are providing free valet parking service is very good.

AC condition is good than other hotels which I experienced.

Very dirty, the plates in the corridors for 2 days stand. The rooms are damp and smell damp. Cleaned up badly.

Please read before you think about booking, i had a horrible experience.

I first took a room on the 2nd floor and then later the same night I asked to move becuz of the loud music. They moved me to the 9th floor and the music from the 5th floor club was still banging on my head.

I dont know where to start with the cleanliness, dirty pillow. Dirty carpet. Dirty utensils, dirt is everywhere. (check the picture i uploaded)

Very bad smell was coming from the toilet (i asked why and they said its the detergent) iam a house man and I know how a detergent smells like. IT WASNT!. And if you stay close to the floors Mezzanine and 5th floor you wont be able to sleep bcuz they have night clubs and the music is too loud and they are not sound proofed. I added some pictures for you to see how dirty the room is i think they will speak for themselves.

Other than that, the TV in my room wasnt working so someone had to come fix it. The second room they moved me to was 2 single beds yet there was one mug with one bottle of water. The windows are super dirty as you will see the picture.

I think enough is said, i highly recommend you change your mind and book a different hotel, it might be cheap but trust me i literally feel like vomiting from the smell, I'm writing this while I'm still in the hotel, booked for 2 nights. I will see if i can get a refund on the second night as there's no way I'm staying here tonight.

Worst management. Even they don't what to we should explain what to do for us.

Sheraton Khalidiya is a upscale hotel in the locality..

Nice rooms at an affordable price. Good kitchen. Pub ok. Rooftop pool small but recommendable, beach about 15 min walk. Free guarded parking during your stay.

Decent place to stay for short period. Rooms facility is mjnor and some needs repairmen. Land line didn't work. But breakfast was nice and tasty

The receptionist's attitude is too bad, completely affecting the mood of staying

The only good thing is the view of the sea, the rest is not worthy of a real 4 stars.
The check in was a real disaster I waited more than an hour my room, once the access cards give, I go up to take the room and I find the cleaners in full work inside ...
In short it's a real joke this sheraton 4 stars ...
