I have had nothing but excellent service from this company since day one! Another contractor working at my home damaged one of the doors so I had to have a panel replaced. Aaron ordered it, installed it, and helped with tough up of other panels. They are a GREAT company to do business with. Taylor Hall-Griffin was my service tech and he was so helpful and did a great job.

When my garage door spring broke, I went on google to search for a company that repairs these doors. I made a couple of calls to companies that were no more than 25 miles from my house. As soon as I gave them my zip code I was told they didn t service my area. 25 miles. Ok. Guess times are good in the garage door repair business. When I called Aaron s Overhead Doors they were super nice and friendly. They worked and communicated with me very well. I set up an appointment, the technician called me and he arrived on time. He was friendly and did a great job repairing my door. Very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am old school. Your word is your bond. These guy s really impressed me. From start to finish, our experience with Ryan Lucia and Aaron Overhead Doors was excellent! From pricing, customer service, friendliness of the installers, and quality of our doors, the entire process exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company.

Service person was about 30 minutes late from estimated arrival time.
It was suggested a strut be put on the doors. I was quoted $70 for each and said we would wait,but later was told they were now $50 each. Tht kind of misquoting then lowering price makes one less trusting.
However, service man was nice and did a good job, detailing our needs in our account.

Arrived less than 24 hours after I made the appointment. Technician was very personable and did a complete inspection of all three of my garage doors and did not charge anything extra. Pricing was very reasonable.

Making an appointment over the web was very convenient! Website provided all the answers I needed for booking and no calls were needed. Technician Taylor arrived before his appointment time. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything in details before proceeding to repairs. I have never experienced a such a smooth process from booking to repairs! My husband and I just purchased a home and unfortunately just 3 weeks after the purchase, the garage door bit the dust and became bent to the extent that it had to be replaced. I called Aaron Overhead Doors on May 31st asking if it was possible to have someone come out the following Wednesday, June 5th (this was my request because of my work schedule). They had someone available, set up the window of time he would arrive and prior to his arrival, sent us a picture of who would be arriving to our home; a fantastic safety feature! Matt came out, looked at our garage, the door, the opener, etc and advised us of our options with regards to the door style, the actual parts that needed to be replaced versus trying to sell us the whole kit and caboodle and the final dollar amount was less than we expected! A few hours later, Heather from the office and I spoke about scheduling the actual replacement for 2 days after, that Friday. We scheduled it and then the morning of the the very next day, Heather called saying they had someone that could do it a day sooner! What a pleasant surprise!! The 2 gentlemen arrived (Bill and Travis) and immediately got to work. I could not speak more highly of everyone's professionalism, honesty, quick and high quality of service! Will recommend this company over and over!! Thanks all!

The spring on our garage door broke so we called Aaron Overhead Doors and they came out the same day. Our technician, Matt was great. He was professional and nice. He evaluated the garage door, motor, wheels, etc. and told us what he saw both good and bad. He explained all costs starting with the spring and then a few things that were showing there age and wearing, but not needing to be fixed, thus giving us the option to replace-repair or not. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any extra service other than what we called them out to do. It is hard to find a company who claims "no pressure", but it is really true. Matt did a great job and we were very happy with the service from the initial phone call to the end result. Would recommend Aaron Overhead Doors!

I love our new garage door. Aarons Overhead got everything set up as fast as they could. Taylor installed everything beautifully. It is much sturdier than what we had before - and it is so much quieter. We don't have a single regret!

Excellent Job! Started with a call to Courtney and Tisha in December 2019 to the office of Aaron Overhead Doors Buford. They fixed up an appointment with Matt and the next day he came to my home with an estimate for a high quality garage door with a wall mounted jack shaft opener. The price was good and I signed the contract. The very next day I was informed that the door would be installed on 1/21/2020. On that day Ryan and Chase came to my house around 10 in the morning and the job was completed by 3 PM. The install was extremely professional and I am proud to have had the experience of using Aaron Overhead Doors Buford.

Both repair tech and the installer were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were here at the time that they wer supposed to. Setup most appointments via text, which I loved. From start to finish the experience was top notch.

Work done by technician Taylor Hall-Griffin was very skilled while exhibiting high standards of customer service. I will definitely be calling this company again. 5 Stars!

Chuck was on time, courteous and very professional. He explained the problem as well as the solution . He asked if I had been given a price, which I had. I had noticed in the website that financing was available, however, Chuck said it was for $1000 or more. Being on a fixed income, this was disappointing to hear. Management needs to address this so it doesn't come as a complete surprise. For a moment I considered canceling the call but Chuck was your saving grace. Overall it was an OK experience except for the surprise. Chuck is a super star in your company!!

Had a broken garage door torsion spring. Kyle was out the next business day right on time. Super friendly and walked me through exactly what was needed to repair the door and made some recommendations for increasing the longevity of my almost 20 year old garage door. Repairs took less than an hour and a half and Im extremely pleased with the work done. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally professional. Completed inspection on two garage doors and noted additional issues and potential problems. Spent time explaining the new door system and demonstrated how to best maintain our garage doors. There were two minor issues. First was an error in scheduling which they fixed and had Kyle come out when expected. The other was the up -selling on additional services. While the suggested repairs seemed to be needed, the presentation was overly scripted. We would use them in the future.

The technician was knowledgeable and honest. He inspected our door and pinpointed the problems after inspecting thoroughly. I'd definitely use Aaron again.

I had a horrible experience with a garage door company that charged me for a new door spring, when I what I really needed was a new door! So, I called Aaron Overhead Doors and a few other companies for estimates. My fiancee and I really liked how honest AND professional Aaron's sales team were. They were not the lowest price, but they were by far the best quality in terms of products and installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and I will not use any other garage door company. Period.
