Chuck was on time, courteous and very professional. He explained the problem as well as the solution . He asked if I had been given a price, which I had. I had noticed in the website that financing was available, however, Chuck said it was for $1000 or more. Being on a fixed income, this was disappointing to hear. Management needs to address this so it doesn't come as a complete surprise. For a moment I considered canceling the call but Chuck was your saving grace. Overall it was an OK experience except for the surprise. Chuck is a super star in your company!!
