My husband and I just purchased a home and unfortunately just 3 weeks after the purchase, the garage door bit the dust and became bent to the extent that it had to be replaced. I called Aaron Overhead Doors on May 31st asking if it was possible to have someone come out the following Wednesday, June 5th (this was my request because of my work schedule). They had someone available, set up the window of time he would arrive and prior to his arrival, sent us a picture of who would be arriving to our home; a fantastic safety feature! Matt came out, looked at our garage, the door, the opener, etc and advised us of our options with regards to the door style, the actual parts that needed to be replaced versus trying to sell us the whole kit and caboodle and the final dollar amount was less than we expected! A few hours later, Heather from the office and I spoke about scheduling the actual replacement for 2 days after, that Friday. We scheduled it and then the morning of the the very next day, Heather called saying they had someone that could do it a day sooner! What a pleasant surprise!! The 2 gentlemen arrived (Bill and Travis) and immediately got to work. I could not speak more highly of everyone's professionalism, honesty, quick and high quality of service! Will recommend this company over and over!! Thanks all!
