The truck arrived , loaded the truck, arranged to meet the next day. They worked all day. I thought they had finished. I paid them. I could not be certain at time until I finished unpacking. Only then did discover missing items. At least ten boxes were left on the truck. I lost $2,000.00. in missing items
Overall, do not recommend this company. This is a company that tries to save you money by hiring a driver and contracting work in local cities. It's basically a crap shoot on how good/bad these workers are. And the company charges you according to how long these people take, which is pretty variable. Also, there is no reason for the workers to care about quality as theyre hired per hour.
Pros: Our rate was competitive, and things were brought to the arriving city in a timely fashion and in good shape.
Cons; The workers were great in one location, terrible in the other. They would leave randomly, sit, talk on the phone, blast music, and the company representative had no control over them because technically they aren't employees. The job per hour was supposed to end at 9 pm, but they didn't get done until midnight of the same day.
Also, what they charge for and give you is different. But "its a fixed price" so they make you pay whatever they bill for instead of completing.
When talking to customer service of what was on the contract vs what you received as services, Chad, the person we talked to, tried to manipulate the conversation in a way he was constantly right, even though we just wanted to show him that we paid for two drivers hours, when they only had one the whole time. Also, the customer service people also charge you for workers time, but cannot guarantee quality of the work....kind of a huge disconnect. Yet they swear by the "hours these contracted workers are there.
I would avoid dealing with Chad, he is simply unprofessional, and is probably trained to defer monetary complaints. I would avoid the company altogether, as they have no control of the quality of their work, since it relies solely on outside contractors.
(This was wirtten in English I don't know why it's in Spaanish on my screen.) I was very surprised and disappointed with All American. First, they gave me the impression that they were going to move me. Instead they contracted with a horrible company "Houston Moving" (Beware Houston Moving also operates under other names.) All the actual moving was done by Huston Moving. Specific examples of my experience include: Telling me after they loaded my stuff into their truck that I had to pay them an additional $1000 plus dollars. I told them that I had an All American contract covering everything. The contract was clear that no other fees would be charged unless both parties agreed. Instead of paying I told the movers to unload the trucks and cancel the contract. The finally agreed to take my goods to Homestead Florida. Houston Moving tried to do the same scam about wanting more money at the destination. I did not pay and told them to take it all back to Houston and unload it at no cost to me. I did pay an additional $500 to Houston just to get my things into my home. There were other problems but you get the idea. The men who did the actual moving did a great job. All my goods arrived unbroken and in good shape. All American tried to intercede and after much effort they helped resolve my problems. My problem is, If All American is just a broker they have an obligation to tell that prior to me signing their contract
Charlie and Derek were great and very efficient and professional. Service I received was great and they took excellent care of all my goods. I would highly recommend them and All American Moving to anyone who may be moving in the future. They both went above and beyond what was required of them. Thank you!!!!
Let me start out by saying, I've moved a lot. When I say a lot, I mean 9 times in the past 5 years. I wish All American Moving was involved in all of my moves. I am very pleased with the service I received from All American Moving. The office staff insured me I would get a great service and they were 100% correct. The movers that were sent to my home were fabulous! Everybody treated me like family and most importantly, treated my personal belongings and furniture with ultimate care and respect; they treated my belongings like they were their own . My previous moving company was a disaster but the move with All American restored my faith. I am a very happy customer. I have another move coming up in October and I wouldn't think of calling anyone but All American Moving! Thanks for all of your help. You guys are the best!
Pete and Amber were great helping us with the logistics of our move from Hollywood to Vero Beach. Super friendly and excellent with communication!! The office staff and movers went above and beyond with my crazy move. The price was better than what I was expecting. I Really appreciate all of the help they had done. A real personal touch of class and service!!
This company is like a psycho Ex. They broke my table and would not return my continued phone calls. Bill who is the manager there is the absolute worst. He lied to me several times about sending my damaged property report to his claims department but no one ever followed up.
Worse experience. The moved and stored everything from our condo for a year. When they returned the furniture many items were missing. A few of them very expensive. I had to constantly call them and ask for help. The manager Charlie kept on saying I have areas I need to search and will get back to me. He would never get back to me. So I would have to call him. HE seemed upset that I bothered him with looking for the thousands of dollars of missing items. Four months have gone by and now I do not hear anything from them. Really disappointing and unprofessional. Stay away from All American unless you like losing prized possessions and lots of money.
All-American Moving and Storage was terrible. They took weeks to deliver my friend's belongings from Brooklyn to Upstate NY. During that time, daily phone calls to their customer service line produced nothing but promises of a return phone call. Not one phone call was returned. Not one. The staff acted like they were doing her a favor just by answering the phone, and the attitude was at times quite nasty. They took her money with impunity and gave lousy service in return. She will never use them again, nor will I. We cannot recommend All American Moving and Storage.
Very disappointed at the overall service, particularly with pick up (3 days late!) as well as delivery (missing and broken items). George and Eddie were very good for pickup, even working through the rain, and keeping me informed as to how things were progressing. That's about the only positive experience with this move. Every single box had exterior damage from being "transferred" from one truck to another. Was also told by the salesman that the estimated cost would go down if I had fewer boxes than estimated. I had 10 boxes less than estimates, but no reduction in cost.

This is the best moving experience I've ever had the movers came one day prior and packed my entire home they custom made crates for my chandeliers they were fast courteous and very very careful with all of my items when arrived at our new home after opening all my boxes I was amazed that not 1 thing was broke I am extremely satisfied I am extremely satisfied (had to say it twice) with all-American moving and storage services I highly recommend them to my friends and family!!!
Moving can be such a stressful process, but fortunately I was able to come across All American Moving and Storage. From getting an initial quote and everything all set up with Jordan, to the efficiency of the boxing, loading, unloading and delivering process... They called upon arrival, were punctual and I must say, the nicest group of men, which can be uncomfortable as a female when dealing with males, but NOT HERE! I felt very comfortable with them. You can tell just how qualified they all are by how smooth everything went. All American Moving and Storage made my transition from Miami Beach to Plantation so much easier and painless. It's been about a month since I've been settled in, and I must say I've referred over 8 clients to All American Moving and Storage. They're the only company I will work with and recommend from here on out! Excellent staff, excellent pricing, excellent service, excellent quality!!! Thank you guys again!!!
Our three men arrived late in the day on their way back from a delivery. One would never have known that, they were unbelievable. They were professional, courteous, upbeat and best of all they tackled our problem with skill and care. We had three full size armoires that had to be hoisted over an upstairs railing on the upper front porch and lifted gently down to the sidewalk. We did not want anything to happen to our armoires or to one of them. They didn't blink an eye. They wrapped them up and strapped them up over they went. There was no damage to our furniture and they were all fine. We could not have been happier with the outcome and wish these young men the best.
As many others, I too have had the misfortune of dealing with All American Moving and Storage. Towards the end of last year we made the mistake of utilizing them to handle our moving needs. After having inconvenienced us by arriving over 4 hours late to pick up our belongings which were to be kept secured in one of their trucks inside their warehouse, we learned 3 days later that a 90 percent of our personal belongings were damaged having spent the past 3 days soaked in rain water. Turns out the company was negligent and failed to secure their truck inside a warehouse as promised to us and turns out they obviously do not conduct preventative maintenance checks on their vehicles as they claimed they were unaware the roof of the truck was severely damaged thus allowing water to get inside of it. One can only imagine the level of disappointment to see all of ones belongings in that condition, immediately a call was made to their office to inform them of their incident and from that moment on we realized what type of company and individuals we were dealing with. Instead of being sympathetic and apologetic they were the opposite and at times even becoming argumentative. It s ironic that when they were notified of the damaged items they immediately instructed their team of drivers to stop unloading items from the truck. It should be noted that at no point in time did we threaten to not pay for the service or anything along those lines but instead they had their drivers essentially force us to pay the remaining balance immediately prior to unloading anything else from the truck. If it wasn t bad enough that they had just destroyed a lifetime of one s personal belongings, they were now threatening to keep the remaining ones unless we paid for them up front. From that moment on the lies and deception began and that s when we were able to see the company s true colors starting from the top with their owner/president Chad Anthony Bottiglieri. Mr. Bottiglieri notified us on the day of the move that he would be showing up to our house the next morning with a representative from a water restoration company. After waiting all day for them to arrive and Mr. Bottiglieri not answering or returning any of our messages we finally gave up but got a glimpse as to the lies and lack of customer support we would encounter over the next several months. In all my years I have never come across a more unprofessional and integrity lacking individual. From promises to help us dispose of and/or store are damaged goods to prevent the mold smell from permeating into our home to promises of issuing a refund or assisting in getting the insurance company to honor our claim in the full amount, all turned out to be lies. Mr. Bottiglieri went as far as showing up to our home the day the insurance adjuster came on site to survey the damaged goods, while at our home he spoke of how he would never want to be responsible for one losing all of their belongings and how he had spoken to his family and gotten reassurance from them that he was to do what was right. These were simply just a series of other manipulative lies from Mr. Bottiglieri. After over three months of being misled we received a partial settlement from the insurance company. When confronted and asked if he would be willing to simply help out and refund us the cost of the move, to offset the partial refund, Mr. Bottiglieri immediately agreed stating it was the right thing to do and the least he could do to help out. Unbeknownst to us this was just another lie. I hope in reading this review that others look in another direction when looking for a company to handle their moving needs.
After the move I had items missing. They offered me $40.00 on over $900.00 missing. Some of the items were in a large milk crate and box marked kitchen. 3 sets of dumb bells plus a vita mix and expensive French knives. They never sent the $40.00 and their voice mail has been full for 3 months. Their contract gives them the right to pick and choose what to take and pay pennies on the dollar.
I would highly recommend All American Moving and Storage for anyone who is in the market for a great moving company! My sales representative, Jordan, was extremely helpful and 100% professional throughout the entire moving process. From the day that I booked the move until the last piece of furniture was unloaded off of the truck, he was there to follow up every step of the way. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know many objections may arise that are uncontrollable. However, Jordan and the other employees at All American Moving were able to make moving as easy as possible with a minimum amount of stress. I will definitely be recommending this company!
Horrible experience with this company. They ended up being over 5 hours late and lied to me about why. As a result I had to move in the pouring rain and in the dark. The guy who I spoke to each time they missed their expected arrival time couldn't have been less sympathetic and most of the time nobody would answer the phone when I called. The movers themselves were nice guys and they hustled. They were the only ones who represented the company well. One of my big planters was broken in the move. I submitted a claim with photos to be reimbursed and was continuously ignored by Chad the owner. I got tired of hearing that "Chad would get back to me" so I stopped pursuing it. I guess he prefers to lose business rather than pay for my broken item. No appreciation for customers or their reputation.
Great company super professional. Hustled and worked efficiently, while not damaging anything. I love their system and I will be using them in the future when ever I move again.

The most unprofessional moving company. So far my mother has been cussed at by the driver, fluctuating prices. Clearly there is a miscommunication between the delivering driver and dispatch as they both claim differing things. Every single point of contact for this company has been rude. Complaints have been made, repeated phone calls not returned. Delivery driver is demanding he can only deliver on one day and is not able to accommodate any other delivery date without storage fees even though we are given only 2 day notice. I used North American Van Lines for my across country move and they were nothing short of superb, clearly All American has a lot to learn. Now we are told by All American that if we aren't able to accept the items on the day they choose, they will charge an EXTRA $1500! The AG will be hearing from me soon if this is not resolved and I will get my attorney involved. Will update review if this gets resolved or becomes worse.
In February, 2016, my wife and I relocated from the east coast of Florida to the Bradenton, FL, on the west coast. This was a very stressful time in our lives and working with All American Movers was an absolute wonderful experience. They were competitively priced, and courteous. They helped up do some packing and not even 1 item arrived at our new home broken or damaged! That's pretty impressive! We truly enjoyed working with their team! I would not hesitate to recommend All American Movers to anyone!
I reserved a service moving a one bedroom apartment from Winter Springs to Tallahassee on May, 31st, 2016 at 8-9 AM. Reference No: X7895603
First, the Moving Binding Estimate that sent showed that the original price is $2955, which was only a thousand six hundred and something while the real price was $1280. and I could not get an address for the dispatch center near Winter Springs.
Second, the person, Mr. Jordan, who I was communicating was nice and cooperative and he said that no need for a list of my stuff the most important thing is the furniture while when I received a call from the dispatch center they said I must update the list or I am going to be charged more. I sent it to Mr. Jordan, and kept checking with the dispatch center. They never confirmed receiving it.
Third, the dispatch center women, Mrs. Connie, was not nice.
Finally, what happened is I received a call the day before saying that there is a route delay, so the guys will arrive at night. Then in the same day I received a call saying that they wont make it, and they will do it on the next day. So, I asked for cancellation, and the other lady in the dispatch center was nice. She said it is OK and somebody will call for the refund. Nobody called. I followed up, and again Mrs. Connie saying that I should call and try to do it myself with sales department.
I tried many times until receiving the email confirmation for the refund.
There was no connection between the sales and the dispatch center at all.

Top notch 5 stars! We had to move and were on a strict schedule. They came over late because of some issues beyond their control but got a truck to my house in no time at all with 5 movers instead of 3. They moved us out in two hours so the buyers of my house could move in at noon. We paid extra for the movers to dispose the unwanted furniture and they gave us a special rate to store my stuff overnight. The next day they dropped off my stuff and It was so flawless! Great job and would recommend them to anyone.
Started off with answering all my questions and assuring me they were not brokers and did everything themselves from beginning to end. Promised to keep me updated all the way through. Everything changed when another company showed up, and I couldnt even get American on the phone. Big Boy who came for the pick up, left things behind, even put a few things behind the door and when I said something they said they just shut the door if the truck and to load it in my car (???), charged me $30 for a tv box when I had a brand new one already they said they couldn't use, had to be reminded to load my kitchen table...I could go on. That's just where the nightmare began. Suddenly, no-one was answering phone calls or if they ever did, put me on hold and never picked up, or if I rarely got someone by blocking my number, said they would resolve issues and never called back. Two weeks later, and a 3rd moving company later, no-one knew where my stuff was, then my stuff was in storage. I tracked down the storage place and they said they didn't have my things. 3 weeks later I finally got hold of some nice lady from the 3rd company who tracked down my stuff, the drivers, and on the 29th day my things were delivered to a storage unit I rented because my family was skeptical and leary of who was coming to their house with my things. From the storage unit I drove a uhaul myself to my destination. Next time, I will rent a Penske, as I had originally planned. Be forewarned. I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. I have never had to write a review like this. Oh, and when I did on Yelp, they replied a month later saying sorry, please call and we will resolve this. But when I called and they asked who was calling, put me in hold, came back and said Chad was busy and he'd call back. Never did.
All American Moving and Storage is by far the best moving company I've had the pleasure of working with. Not only were they on time, but the entire staff was fast and efficient. I didn't have to worry about any of my belongings being mishandled or broken. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Thanks guys!

Before you sign a document or make a deposit to do bussines with this moving company think it several times. They are very unprofessional and they hide fees that will be reflected at the end. We are very unhappy with their service.
DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I called an was quoted for 1900, i expect to pay maybe 2500 because i added a few pieces . I had to give 630 for the reservation. Then when they got here they jumped up to $6000 , They started talking about square feet and all this mess that was NEVER Explained before they got my money , Then the driver told me to cancel it was gonna be 400 which was a lie i didnt have to pay him anything. They were lying to get more money .
THEY LOST MY MATTRESS. That's the big cherry on top of a horrible experience with All American. Also, how do you lose a full size mattress?
The Laundry List of Things that Went Wrong: 1. The movers were supposed to show up On November 24th but did not show up until December 2nd and then charged me $400 more than the agreed upon price. 2. They contract everything out so they are not liable when something goes wrong and will just move you from contractor to contractor getting nothing done. 3. Their customer service is terrible and when they told me that they will have to charge me $350 more due to the streets in New York being small they told me to "calm down" when I started to cry since I did not have that money to spend. 4. While I did not know this at the time they had contracted out to Prime Relocation Services (also terrible) and Prime put my stuff in a warehouse in Colorado which is where they may have lost my mattress. 5. When my stuff was dropped off they tried to bring in things that weren't mine so who knows where my mattress is now. 6. I have not gotten anything in return for them losing my $2000 mattress and they told me they are not liable because they didn't do my move, Prime did even through I never signed a contract with Prime. 7. their window of delivery for a move across the country is 7 to 21 business days, they delivered on the 23rd business day. 8. The boxes my stuff was in were ripped to shreds and things were falling out of them. When the mover put the boxes down they would literally fall apart and spread my stuff on the ground. Plates were broken and cherished art is destroyed forever. 8. So much more but I am tired of thinking about this and have to go buy a mattress now.
I honestly think they try to make this process so onerous and exhausting so that you are just so happy anything made it back to you. I cannot express how devastating this experience has been.

If I have to write something about All American then I would obviously say that they have a very well managed crew. On the day of our moving my things were totally not in place as at the earlier night me and my wife tried to pack some things. The next morning they came and actually surprised us by packing all the things perfectly. I should mention the rep was the one who mostly took care of all the things. Well done people.
I hired this company last week, and they surpassed my standards. The office from Jordan and Cary to the movers Anthony, tyler, neil, Gus, Mike, and Emmanuel were super! Everything went smooth and efficient. I will recommend to anyone and will use again in the future! Thanks
This is the second time i use All American Moving and Storage to help me with my move and i am so happy with my decision. Everyone i worked with was very professional and showed me great customer service. All of my requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and none of my possessions were damaged. A++
I used All American Moving and Storage for the second time. What a mistake. They brought a truck too small so 2 trips had to be made to complete the move. Also they only sent 2 men to move my entire house with a woman to help pack delicate items. They sliced the bottom of my couch with a box cutter, scratched a tv, lost the brackets for a shelf for my tv stand, broke a jewelry armoire, broke my desk and leaned it up against the wall so you couldn't tell.. I filed a claim for insurance recovery under the basic coverage I had with my move (which was for less than $300-- a small fraction of what it costs to replace all these items). I was told my claim was approved and was promised for months and months that a check was coming. No check ever came. This business has gone downhill and I would never use or recommend them again. Don't make the same mistake I did-- they will take forever to move you, break your stuff, and not stand behind their basic insurance coverage. Really poor service all the way around.
UPDATE: In response to the reply from the "owner", I e-mailed the company representative I was dealing with back when I moved (Bill Charles) and received no response. Called the "direct number" below for the owner/Director of Customer Experience and received a general greeting for the company, which nobody answered, and the voicemail greeting was also just a general voicemail for the company, nobody specific. The job number was X7919501 and my wife, Alexandra, was the primary name listed on the invoice. You should be able to find us if you really want to make this right and send our long overdue check...

All American Moving did a GREAT job! They were swift, yet careful and got all of my stuff where it needed to be on time. What more could I ask for? Well, as a bonus I got an exceptional crew. Besides moving my condo contents, All American had to pack and box everything. They did a great job. We didn't even remove what was in our bureau drawers, kitchen drawers, etc. They came in and did it all. We had to keep our stuff in storage for 2 months which All American was able to accommodate in their the storage facility. Move in was quick and movers assembled all bedding and any necessary furniture. Would definitely use All American again.

My wife and I were absolutely frightened at the thought of a cross country move. And then we met Charlie from All American Moving and Storage. Charlie immediately put our concerns to rest, assured us everything would go smoothly, and promised no screw ups. He and the entire All American team delivered on all accounts. Moving an entire household of items from South Florida to Iowa is a major project. Add to that the fact that we had many fragile items that meant a great deal to us and you can understand our concerns. Let me just say that everyone from All American treated our possessions as if they were their own. Chad, Charlie, Bill, and Cary were in touch with us every step of the way. Charlie supervised the packing and loading in Florida, then met us in Iowa to make sure everything was unloaded and put away with the same care as we experienced in Florida. We were torn between using a national brand name mover or a locally owned mover. After meeting the All American team, there was no longer a choice. No national company will care for your valuables like the family owned and operated team at All American. Plus, being able to pick up the phone and speak to the company's owner is a great benefit. Here is the executive summary: Excellent Value, Excellent Service, Excellent Communication. Excellent Care. You can't ask for anything more on moving day. Chad - your team is the best!
I had requested a quote online, but decided to go with another moving company. I received a call from Dustin about my request and thanked him for his call, but explained that I was no longer interested and asked if he could please remove my information from their list of inquiries.
Dustin s tone immediately changed and he started yelling over me repeatedly, THERE IS NO LIST!! YOUR NAME IS NOT ON A LIST!!! . I am the least confrontational person. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to so disrespectfully by a place of business. I hope that his calls are recorded so that the company can hear that I am in no way exaggerating.
I understand that times are tough for everyone right now, but my suggestion for All American would be to reconsider hiring an 18 year old, arrogant salesman to serve the forefront of their company.

This is my second time using All American Moving and Storage, and they were just as great this time as they were the first- They were reasonably priced, communicative, puntual, professional, and efficient. I got a text the day before confirming the arrival time, and they did in fact arrive on time. They were careful with all the furniture and everything was in tact. I would definelty recommend to family and friends.
Not All American at all! The company gives you a price, you sign a contract, then lie and charge additional costs for no reason that are not on the contract, and won't give you your belongings until you pay! Really sad story on a 83 yr old senior citizen. I have to tell you this moving coming is no different from the others. We agreed on a price, signed a written detailed contract,and paid it in full, for a move from one apartment, and hold our stuff for just 24 hrs and then move it back to the same building 24 hrs later. When it was time for our furniture to be moved back, Cary, the businesses secretary informs us that we now owe an additional $330. We had clarified this move and amount several times prior to signing the contract. My wife explained to Cary we had a signed contract that included everything listed above. While we are the phone with her, she's emails a "new contract", adding $330 to the bill. Now we have a "new contract", that wasn't agreed or even signed by us, as a big surprise! Cary lied to us.. She didn't realize that my husband was listening on blue tooth when she told us that everything was included with the move from one place, back to storage, and returned to the new location 24 hrs later. This was all included in our signed contract. Cary's boss gets on the phone and tells us they will not bring our belongs back unless we pay the $330. This is such a scam, especially on a 83 yr old senior citizen. There is going to be a follow up complaint to the BBB regarding this scam they pulled and lied about it. I don't recommend them to anyone, as a signed contract is useless in their eyes.
The crew that returned the furniture had a really bad attitude. Very unprofessional! I do not recommend them at all.
These guys did an excellent job moving me and my family. They were very cautious and made not to scratch the floors or break anything. Will be using these guys again for my next move.
The packers we're polite . I paid a bit more than expected ,when the driver arrived at our new location the first thing he mentioned was about a tip. I didn't appreciate that and let him know. When the rest of the crew unloaded our goods they put mostly everything back together without putting in screws, a few things we're damaged ,and a box or two missing overall I regret that I used them and would warn against anyone else using them.
I recently used All American Moving to help myparents move from Weston to a storage unit. They were great and worked very hard to accommodate all my needs. They were on time very professional and charged me the amount they originally quoted me. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family
Customer Service is absolutely non existent. I was told by Chad, the owner, that he would repair my furniture that was damaged during my move. In good faith, I hired this company again to move me in to my new home. I made the mistake of paying prior to receiving confirmation from Chad that the furniture would be repaired. Since then, I have attempted to contact Chad and Cary (customer service) multiple times and have been flat out ignored. I have since found other items including my flat screen TV that was also damaged. I am completely appalled that I am not even being given the courtesy of a call back. I am a paying customer who has the ability to refer services and you treat me like garbage. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Con artists.They wouldn't honor the price that was agreed upon after failing to bring the stuff on the arrival date. Upon actually arriving, 3 days later, they threatened to leave if we didn't pay them the up-charged amount. 'I'll tell the driver to leave if you don't pay us'. We had to do some of their job for them too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I would give them 0 stars if I could! My mother in law hired this company to help her and her father move to port orange on May 15. The moving truck was late getting there and when they arrived they were told that they could not take all of their belongings and needed to leave some things behind. Also upon arrival they were told that they wanted to charge $500 more upon the agreed on price. Then to top it all off the movers told my in laws that they would be three hours behind them. They never showed up... May 16 rolls around and their stuff has still not shown up, the main office won t answer their phone and neither will the movers, another day without their beds, couches, etc. Today is May 17 and they still DO NOT have their stuff and still no one will answer us. Finally we got the police involved and the main office answered, shocker. Now they are telling us that they will not give us our stuff unless we pay $2,000 CASH on top of the money we have already paid. My mother in law and her father are very sick and in no condition to be sleeping on the floor. They have MEDICAL THINGS that they need in this moving truck!! This company has done nothing but beat around the bush and cause them a ton of stress. You people are crooks!
I would not recommend this company. They Only got 1 star because you can't give 0. They were misleading, rude and unresponsive. I was given a guaranteed delivery date at the time of booking. That date was not honored and no one claimed responsibility for it. I went 3 days without my things. After stalking them a guy finally calls me back to say that thry will compensate me in the form of a discount off my balance. Yea well that didn't happen. The delivery guy shows up and when I tried explaining the situation he became angry. I waited over an hour for a response from All American to verify the "discount" only to be told it wasn't communicated to the drivers. Oh yea, the drivers were from a 3rd party outsourced company. Who felt the need to tell me I didn't deserve a discount. If that wasn't enough nerve, he tried to aggressively threaten to leave with my stuff. Unbeknownst to him, I don't scare easily and that tactic was met by a promise to have the police there and him locked up for theft before he even got out of the complex. Our relationship was at that point an understanding that he was going to do his job and keep his attitude to himself. Fast forward to the next day All American half heartedly apologized and said they would compensate me. There definition of compensation clearly means avoid until they go away. I would have had no problem stalking them and being such a pain in the ass that they would've begged me to take a credit...but I decided they weren't worth my energy. Karma will be served to them eventually one way or another. Sidebar: one lamp was damaged and they forgot to pack a bed (yes a whole bed) that was listed on the manifest so I took a $200 lose from the start. Sidebar 2: they tried to say I owed them an extra $800 when they finally decided to schedule my delivery...as if. Do yourself a favor and eliminate their bullshit from your already stressful move by going with another company. The quoted price may be less but as I learned, it's not worth your peace of mind.
ZERO STARS, if possible. The other negative reviews you'll read here are accurate and mine is just another one to add to them - including the naming of specific employees. Please, do not hire this company. It is moving day and I am currently waiting on a truck. I have had no communication from the company after scheduling two weeks ago. I have had to call the company three times this morning to figure out what is going on. My husband took a day off work for this, and so far, no results. I've got a baby at home, the entire house packed up - by myself since my husband is working in the city we are moving to - and another child I'll need to leave to go pick up from school. The day is almost halfway gone already. I do not appreciate the complete lack of communication from All American Moving and Storage (to be transparent, they apparently have it logged on their computer systems that they called me twice yesterday, but I have no missed calls - and no on left a voicemail, if they did call, trying to confirm the move I scheduled with their company for the next day...), I haven't received any follow-up emails, calls, voicemails, or text messages. And I am starting to panic. I simply find this lack of organization and the feeling that I am completely left in the wind about this big event in our life to be totally disconcerting (that means it all makes me feel really, really uncomfortable), and I have lost any potential trust and faith in the abilities of this company to be professional. If I were a part of the All American Moving and Storage team, I would like to think I would understand how disruptive moving is to the families and try to make sure the whole process was as considerate as possible on our end, because, you know: customer service, and money, and livelihood, and all that. UPDATE: I just called to cancel the move, because this is just ridiculous - especially after reading other reviews specifically mentioning Jordan, who happened to be the one I was speaking with the most, and how truly rude and uncaring he was to other customers. I told him I had no faith in the company's ability to handle our move with care, that their lack of communication was appaling, and their customer service showed how little they valued the people who paid them money. Jordan said "But you gotta think about the rain, Ma'am - I got people waiting three hours on trucks to be unloaded because of rain, think about that. I can't control the weather. It backs everything up. You gotta think about that." I let him know that my issue had nothing to do with the weather. I take umbrage with the way the company has handled everything - and no one mentioned rain or weather or a reason for things being "back up" before this...that's the poor communication piece I'm talking about. So, once I said that, Jordan decided it was appropriate to try to turn this into an argument, "Who didn't communicate with you? Oh, let me shoot you an email showing you that we called you and that YOU didn't answer and YOU didn't communicate with US." So, NOW I receive communication. NOW they are able to send emails. When I told him earlier that I had not been contacted at all, he said their computer log showed they had called me twice yesterday afternoon, and that I should have received a text after that. I have no missed calls, no voicemail, and received no texts. But now that I am a dissatisfied customer, this has turned into some classless, Judge Judy situation, complete with "let me prove YOU wrong" emails. Ridiculous. I let them know they could keep the $200 I had to pay as a deposit to secure my moving day, since I was positve I wouldn't get it back anyway, and Jordan said, "Yeah, I'm gonna keep your $200 - thanks for that." Please, have nothing to do with this company.
This was a great company for moving they were on time they don t waste time they are very careful with your furniture everything was great people should really use this company there great
I was very pleased with my move. Due to a truck issue (no fault to anyone) we were several hours late getting started, but once we did get started everything was right on target. Loading and delivery was very efficient and timely. Would use again.
My move was a last-minute move. This company send me three men on the same day that I called. I have to be honest they were amazing!!!!!! The crew was very professional and courteous.

I absolutely loved All American Moving And Storage! They were incredibly affordable and professional. To top it off, they gave me free boxes that I needed. I am extremely picky when it comes to people moving my things because of a horrible experience I had with another company-rest assured they will give you your money's worth.
I couldn t believe that you can have such a terrible company, they were suppose to come to our house to pack on Monday but they never showed up instead they kept saying there are running late and until Wednesday they still haven t come. We had to leave the house on Tuesday for new tenant to come, this is not something flexible moving a house. They left us with so service lots of extra expenses and so much aggravation. Oh, and they took $200 deposit from us, thieves. If I could I would give zero stars and I sure that all the five stars here are their own people and not actual clients

Moved from Hialeah to Broward all in one day. The service was excellent, excellent, excellent! The movers were very professional and quick. Great price and excellent service!! Jordan was very detailed about providing a quote for me and everything that I was paying for.
