You did delivered my things but there were a lot of scratches and damage to my bedroom set...the experience was not as I expected...coordination from the beginning was not clear...sorry but this is my honest review

We were robbed of almost our ENTIRE truck of belongings!!! They say All American Movers but the driver could barely speak English! We called for months trying to get this resolved but were put on hold repeatedly. Almost two years later we are starting to recover from this traumatic experience of losing almost everything AND paying for it! DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!

I have used this company for three moves now and would HIGHLY recommend them!! Everything gets moved in a timely manner and arrives in the same condition they picked it up in. Great company!

BUYER BEWARE. ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE IS A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PERFORM. I contacted them concerning a move. I was given an estimate of $1,450 by a sales representative named Chris based on detailed descriptions and photographs of my furniture. I allowed them to charge my credit card for a $550 deposit. The move was scheduled for December 1. Instead, they arrived in a discarded U-Haul truck with the lettering scratched out on December 7. I was not able to contact them during the interim period they did not respond to telephone calls, texts or e-mails and frequently did not have an active voice mail box. Without looking at my furniture, the van driver said that the price of the move would be $2,950. After a long negotiation with the driver using a dispatcher as a foil, we agreed on a price of $2,000. The driver then demanded another payment of $750 in cash. I was promised a delivery date of December 12. My furniture finally arrived on December 21. I was told by the delivery driver that my furniture had changed hands among five different movers. A couple of boxes containing personal items had been opened and items removed from them. One bed frame was badly dented and a table was scratched in several places. The company must have blocked my contact information as I am now unable to communicate with them. They claim that Chris is unknown to them. I have since learned that they are in default with DOT and numerous complaints have been filed against them with other regulators. The entire experience with All American Moving and Storage has been costly and emotionally draining. I urge others to avoid what has been an unbelievably terrible experience.

Honestly one of the smoothest experience I have had with this type of service, ive used a few others in the past, but they definitely just landed a loyal customer. They worked effectively and were very polite.

The WORST experience ever. They do everything possible to get your business and after they take your money they don t care what happens afterwards. They quote you for something smaller than you need this way they get you in the door. When the move day comes then they tell you that your move actually cost double what they quoted you for. Then they hold all your stuff hostage and take it to you whenever they feel like it.

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Was quoted $2,000 after the sales rep viewed our complete inventory of what was going to be included in the move. They came two days late, on a Saturday and demanded an additional $500 for the move to be paid in cash for packaging. I followed up with company regarding the charge and didn't get a response. I had to call 3 more times until I spoke with someone who is a manager. This manager called me "pal" and an "idiot" and wouldn't give back any portion of the additional $500.

We stressed the importance that our furniture be delivered on the date we needed it by. They said they would do their best. On the date of the delivery they said there would be an additional cost of $400 to have it delivered on the scheduled date. The company is a scam that sub contracts out all their work. They use bait and switch tactics to get customers and the management I dealt with is unprofessional. Don't use this horrific company. They quoted us $2,000 and we ended up paying $2,900 for almost getting what we wanted.

These guys did an amazing job! They helped me move the day after I called them without hesitation. They took their time making sure they didn t damage any of my furniture or valuables. These men are very hard workers and the price is great compared to most moving competitors in the area!

Gave us a great deal on moving my grandparents belongings. Very professional. Will use again in the future.

Most anyone reading this review might think we are members of the owner's family, assuredly we are not.

Two years ago, we endured a long distance move from hell. It took the State Police and Detectives to recover our goods.

Imagine how guarded, and apprehensive we were setting up another long distance move.

Our worries were all for not! On time, polite and charismatic, coupled with know how! From one end to the other, their performance flawless. Everything arrived unbroken and and unloaded in record time.

These guys are the new Gold Standard in moving. Throw your worries and concerns to the wind, don't hesitate a for moment. These guys delivered and then some! Value is all they know how to deliver. 5-Stars and then some!!!

Sometimes the words Thank You, fall far short of expressing how you feel, this is one of those times

I just want it to be known that all American moving and storage is the best moving company in South Florida with my experience with this company was a huge success it seem like ever other company I called over priced and treated me like a sale instead of the customer I am very happy starting with the first phone call with Jordan fallow up with a call from the own chad after the move down to the incredible job from the movers I didn't no what to expected after calling company after company I felt like I was going to give up on all moving company's all American came through and made my new home a happy New start thank you all American I will use and idvise any person who is looking for a great company to give all American a call

Shabby operation. I too had to call the police on them. My dad went into home hospice care so we hired them move out and store some of his furniture so we could move the hospice furniture in. Since it was going to be a small amount of lightweight furniture and a short storage period we were told we would get a $200 discount (not true, in fact they charged us $200 extra by keeping the supposedly refundable deposit). I had to be in the hospital with my dad and made an appointment to meet the mover at my dad s place. The mover came more than 4 hours late, claiming their truck had broken down so they d had to rent one (nonsense, they just don t own enough or maybe any trucks themselves). When it came time to retrieve the items from storage after my father died, we set a specific date and time window with the movers. They never showed up and no one answered the phone (it was a weekday); I must have tried to call them 15 times. None of my messages were returned. Finally, at 8 pm I called the police and reported the theft of our property. When my niece finally reached Chad the next day, he mendaciously claimed he had spoken to me the previous day and he again promised to give a discount (which he didn t). Then, when they finally delivered the furniture nearly month later, they were late yet again again breathlessly claiming that their truck had broken down and they d had to rent one (uh huh). It s not the driver s fault; they just work for this fly-by-night outfit. Their business motto should be We don t care and you can t make us. (This is the first negative review I have ever written; I hope it s my last.)

This company contracted out my move to some fly by night company that damaged and lost some of my furniture. Now they are refusing to take responsibility. Do not use this company.

I was quoted $6200 to move from York PA to Daytona Beach, Fl. My wife measured furniture shelving units bedroom furniture boxes and how many we figured on and gave it to Marty. He quoted us $6020 Then Cal calls us several days later and quotes $7900 even though we removed some items, he said that was the price. Then moving day comes, the movers load up the truck and tell us the price is $9400 for the move! At that point we had no choice They picked up our furniture on a Wednesday and delivered it the following Tuesday They were only capable of using one credit card (this was on a Sunday and the banks weren t opened) so we had to wait until Monday and even then they wouldn t deliver until the next day They will not unload the truck until they are paid in full, so you have no opportunity to check your belongings until they leave

When we first spoke to Marty he informed us that they were a moving company not a broker which was a lie, they are brokers, he said they have their own trucks, not true, he said the truck that picked up the would deliver it, not true, the truck that picked up our furniture left our house and went to NJ to a warehouse and then transferred to another truck.

This was the worst experience of my life and I would never use them or refer them to anybody. Don t let them take advantage of you like they did to us It was too late to get another mover as we had to be out of our house the next day.

Today I opened my jewelry box and found my father s ruby ring that my mother gave him in 1925 It was missing. I carried the box with me and the only strangers that were in our house before we left were the movers, just saying. My wife also found several things of hers missing too We now have two tables without glass tops! Don t trust this company!

PPS: They call you back when they are selling their services, but once you give your deposit if you have questions don t expect to have your calls returned This is a very unprofessional organization!!

I can t say anything bad about this company. They was great from the time I spoke with them until the day my furniture was delivered. The help was great and respectful. Thanks for a great job. I would use them again.

The gentlemen who came out to help me move were awesome! They showed up on time, were courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. The move was done quickly, efficiently and we ended sooner than quoted. Would recommend them to anyone needing movers!

Both guys were very professional, caring and detail oriented. They worked quickly with proficiently. I would recommend especially the pricing compared to renting your own truck and labor. The service was well worth it.

It was the worst experience I ever ever had. They lied and when you would called they would hang up on you. The people why the most obnoxious rude people ever. I have a speak disability and they were rude and disrespectful to me. I try to be nice but there were disrespectful. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They promise you everything but give you nothing.

We had to move a whole show room with thousands of fabric rolls, all American did an amazing job we also had a ton of trims ! Not only did they move everything in a timely manner but everything was in the same condition when we received it!!

Last Saturday I did my moving with this company. The moving was scheduled for 9am. I received a call on Friday that it needed to be moved to 12-2 but the movers showed up at 5:19.
Here are some of the things that happened:
a. The movers were upset because there were anlotnof things to move.
b. They complaint they were tired and that it was too late to move so much stuff.
c. They complaint furniture was too heavy to move from and to a second floor.
d. They did not take care of belongings.
e. They broke my dresser and my TV table.
I called today and I was told they are not taking any responsibility for the damage.

The Movers showed up 8 hours late! Called customer service numerous time along with the gentleman Luke who was so happy to take my money for booking the reservation but not so happy to help when there was a problem. I even called the "Director of Customer Service and was sent to voicemail. Movers were polite but was up charged $500 although I removed items and packed them in my car prior to the movers arriving. (Since I had an extra 8 hours on my hands...) Still waiting to see how delivery goes but not super impressed right now.....Just to add on...It started to rain while they were loading up the car but assured me nothing would be ruined....

I recently moved to the Miami area. I called 3 different moving companies but the only one that is was actually worth my time and money was All American Moving and Storage. I highly recommend them.

Showed up 30 min little late but did call in advance and say there was traffic. The guys came to work and got my move going. Will use again

everyone was very pleasant to work with but unfortunately the move itself was not quick= way over quoted cost. I was originally quoted for 3 workers. Called back to add an additional stop and did not expect much to change except price. I was wrong. I did not realize until moving day my second quotes price did increase but they decreased the workers to 2 and did not adjust the total move time. My total move time took double the time I was quoted. My move description and actual items moved were identical. Movers didn't notate why or what caused them many hours over. Additionally within 15 minutes of arriving to the 2nd pick up location they crashed in to a parked car. For 30 minutes there was only 1 of the 2 movers working as the at fault driver contact supervisor and handled situation. -Rachel Gonzalez-Rubio

Movers and team were great for my move from Weston to NY. Jordan worked with me to give me a great rate, was so accommodating and helped to alleviate the stress that comes along with a big move. Everything was handled great from beginning to end!

Stay clear of this company. They under estimate you by half. The sales department has not idea what they are quoting. I was quoted $2200 then when my furniture was loaded on the truck I was told the move was going to cost me $ 5200. Then when I tried to get someone on the phone they would hang up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL>

Where do I begin.... I decided to go with this company because we needed a move from CA to TX because my mother s home was in escrow I knew I needed to free storage but was assured multiple times her belongings would be stored in TX and they only required 2-3 notice to load them for delivery. This would help avoid their astronomical storage fees thereafter. As time went on and I checked in on where her belongings were being stored, I was told they did not even know where the items where or the driver. After some research and many unpleasant calls, I was finally told they were still on CA and since I was coming close to the end of my 30 days of free storage they would begin charging at approximately $400 per month. I was only prepared to give the stated 2-3 days notice, when in fact, they needed 7-21 days for loading and delivery. After much hassell, this storage fees was waived. It took many phone calls, most unreturned, and several attempts to send money on demand although their own contract stated otherwise; but I was told that if I did not pay them specific amounts to have the belongings sent they would put a lien on them and obviously not delivered, although I had already paid a substantial amount up front. FINALLY, weeks later I was told her items were en route and given the name of the driver. They broke down for several days in Austin. Upon arrival, they stacked her belongings to where we could not unpack them and were only able to reassemble a few items. Later that evening, my mother noticed a few personal items missing from the kitchen and pantry when there were only 2 of us there aside from them. The end result, I regret using them, and would NEVER recommend them. The information they provided was completely inaccurate, misleading and false.

I work for Public Storage where they were storing their clients home items. I observed Vincent and Kenny unloading the items and they were very careful with everything. Very professional in their mannerisms and would definitely refer this company to other people needing storage.

All American Moving and Storage did a great job in making my moving a lot less of a head ache. Very professional, punctual , and a joy to be around.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the multiple price increases of our move (3k-10k) because they didn t send someone to estimate our costs. To promising our stuff will arrive in seven days and it wasn t till 2 weeks after. Then telling us we can pay our remaining balance the day the drop off and calling a week in advance basically demanding we pay something in advanced to insure their money gets to them. Oh and the freight driver rescheduled with us 3 times and was five hours late because he over slept and not to mention I had to decipher the unprofessional texts that were sent to me. A very expensive lesson to never work with them again. Terrible experience when you are moving your family across country.

All American Moving and Storage did an excellent job for my needs.
They were prompt, courteous and efficient with their work.
The workers were also thorough and accommodating in helping to move all items and to be sure nothing was left behind.
I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.
