At first I was skeptical for using this company, after seeing so many bad reviews. But I m so glad that I did it anyway. The Rep. Cary was very nice she informed me of what I should do and what to expect. She also gave me $100 discount for first time move .

I am very pleased with my moving experience, Emmanuel and Shaun are awesome. They did a very good job, they are fast and professional. They took care of my stuffs with special care.

I highly recommend them and definitely hire them again in the future.

Horrible company, PLEASE stay away. They old us our move quote was $1385 for the total move, but once they loaded our stuff; the price became $1800+ dollars for one way! They are con artist!

NIGHTMARE. Right now we it is Tuesday Night 7:15pm and we are waiting on the drivers who were supposed to be packing Monday morning 8:00am. We were just told the driver and only one helper will be here tomorrow!! We fly out tomorrow morning! We are overstaying and causing the family that is renting our house trouble. THESE GUYS ARE A DISASTER!

We were very satisfied with All American Movers. Cary was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Of the 3 companies I had give me estimates, All American was the only one to assure me that our local move could be done in one day. Mike and his team worked quickly but carefully. They were all hard workers, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

My son used this company to move from Sunrise to Sebring, FL. They could not deliver their belongings for 7 days after the date agreed upon. Lie on top of lie about broken down trucks. The company finally had to rent 2 box trucks from another company. They had no crib for their 10 month old baby, no bed, no kitchen supplies, no tv, etc. They delivered some of their belongings to the wrong person and never showed up to deliver. Again, lie after lie about my guy will be coming tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow which never came. My son had to rent a U-Haul to finally get his stuff moved to his home. These people have no conscience and left my son & his family hanging for well over 10 days. I would suggest they find another profession as they clearly are inadequate, unreliable and complete liars! Stay away!!!!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that this company tried to provide us. I guess the first thing you gotta ask is why do they have a fake address listed online? We had already chosen another moving company, but American Moving and Storage called us because they saw our moving listing and wanted to offer us a better rate than the one we got from our current moving company. It says that the phone calls are recorded when you call their phone number, and the sales person Ingrid, quoted us for a 4 to 5 hour move binded in, so that it wouldn t be charged hourly after the five hours agreed-upon. All of the items that were to be moved or agreed-upon and written down and presented on the contract, but for some reason when the movers arrived the owner did not want them to do the job. They did not want to honor the deal we had agreed upon that was binded. They wanted to do an hourly rate of 140 instead of the binded deal for 4-5 hours that Ingrid had worked out with us. We didn t even know the term binded before this incident, so Ingrid actually explained to us over the phone that it meant a flat rate instead of hourly. This is why we decided to go with them, because we just couldn t believe the awesome rate they had promised us. So, we asked if they could review the recorded phone call so they could see that we are right, but they refused and said that we were being uncooperative. They also refused to give back our deposit of $200 that we paid with a credit card. Chad, Who is apparently the owner of the company, was extremely rude to my wife on the phone. Definitely not the kind of professional people you would want to be speaking to that represent a company. So, we wanted to go to their location since they stopped answering our phone calls, but it just took us to a pawnshop off of Stirling Road and 441. Buyers beware, I would be extremely careful with this company if you were hiring them make sure that you don t get burned like we did.

I was quoted a moving price by this company and by the time they were done, it was an additional $900. Yes I had additional items but not $900 worth. I called the company 3 days ago and then again today. I was told they would look into it and call me back. STILL WAITING. I also asked for an update on delivery to my new address. STILL WAITING. If you are out there looking for a moving company I would skip this one!!

The customer service representative was patient and most helpful throughout the complete process, though I was making multiple changes. The driver and his assistant were on time, clean, neat, efficient and hard working. Moving is hard to begin with and this was the first time we use a professional company, we have to say it was way easier then moving when we did it ourselves. I will recommend this company to my family and friends. They did an outstanding job.

The movers were scheduled for 11am and didn't arrive until 3:00pm on the day of the move. The movers were not made aware of my special requests and I had to call the office constantly to correct and remind them of my original special requests. I was assured when I hired them that my move would "work perfectly with their schedule" and then later told that the manager asked the salesperson NOT to conduct my move on that day. A one day moved turned into a three day move. I can go into great detail what occurred over the three days but what needs to be known is All American Moving & Storage is a disorganized moving company. I am ok with issues happening I am willing to work with fixing them. However, I had to ask All American Moving for an apology for their errors, I had to argue with the on what was originally agreed to be done (IE my special requests), I had to constantly remind them they have to make up for their mistakes when I was asked to pay more money, and in the end I did get moved but I had to lose two additional days from work to make up for their mistake. I would NOT recommend using them at all for moving services. They don't seem to be able to schedule their men and are more interested in moving on to the next move over finishing what they have promised. (I am sure they will response to my review with "on Tuesday we weren't allowed in the new unit and had to rebook for the next day" This was true, however if the move was fully conducted on first day there would not have been issues moving the next day.)

This is the second time I used this company in the last year. Customer service again was outstanding and the movers handle my items with so much care. They also moved my brother to FGCU Fort Myers this summer. The prices are reasonable. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to anybody moving!

This is the best moving company I ve ever used and I ve moved five times in the last 15 years. Everyone who works there is polite intelligent and hard-working. They made my move as easy as it could possibly be. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

This is the 4th time I have used All American Moving and Storage and they did not disappoint. They are professional, courteous and reliable. They contacted me when in route to my pickup location with an expected ETA which was on time as promised and complete the job in less time than quoted. Very positive experience and I highly recommend!

Do not use this company as they are true scam artist from time of pickup to "months" later delivery!!! then you can expect things to be busted, broken to pieces, damaged beyond repair plus missing items!!! the price I was originally quoted was raised on the day they showed up to load my items to $1000.00 more!!! Then they make getting any compensation for the stress, damages & items lost impossible to recover any thing from them!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I never moved before with a professional company and didn't know what experience to expect but I know that not lifting a finger to pay for a moving company at a fair rate is the best way to go I will never move my items again the men had all the right equipment and tools to complete the job the right way.

Moved from a house to a condo. Coordinated the move with Cara. She was awesome. The movers, Roosevelt and his team, arrived as planned and worked quickly. Encounteted a few issues with the HOA but Cara handled it. Had a really great experience.

First I would like to say that moving is very stressful. I m the service industry myself and all have to say is this company provide more then just a servcie. From the office staff of Jordan and Bill these guys made me feel so comfortable. They were so detailed with my entire move. They sent an estimator to my home in Pembroke Pines to move me to my new home in plantation. The movers Anthony, Roosevelt, Andrew, Shaun, lael, and Vinny were so professional and efficient. They took so much care with moving my stuff. They work hard and packed everything and labeled every box. You pay for what you get. Spend money and have it handled by all American moving and storage. Thank you Jordan and bill! Great service!

I'm not the type to post a review but I have to give these people the credit they deserve. I hired the movers and these guys were extremely professional they showed up wrapped all my items packed my items into the truck and delivered everything undamaged. The men were very quick and not messing around at all they really took pride in what they do. I recommend this company to everybody looking for a good moving experience.

I just recently moved to an apartment from a townhouse and when I say that the movers were outstanding I cant reiterate that enough. My furniture that had to be moved was not the easiest thing to get up three flights of stairs and the trips that had to be made to bring everything up was definitely stressful but the movers didn't complain and they got all my furniture up with not one scratch. they were prompt on arrival and they did everything so fast it was amazing. customer service was impeccable, getting scheduled on such short notice I for sure thought was going to be a hassle but not with All American Moving and Storage. hands down wonderful move and recommend to anyone who needs a moving service.

We had a great experience with All American starting with the estimate and flowing though the entire process. Mike took great care detailing the estimate and took time to alleviate our concerns regarding the packing of 4 light fixtures. Mike built wood crates which had a hook to hang the chandeliers and packed them in a way to ensure no damage. The teams to pack and load the trucks arrived on time and worked hard to ensure we would be finished on time. The sales team was also very helpful in explaining the proces, start to finish, and it was appreciated that the owner can by on the day of the move to make sure all was well.

Beware!! You will be hit up for extra $$ on day of delivery or they won't unload. One of the helpers was recruited from the local Wal Mart parking lot. I'm guessing no background check. Could be a criminal for all I know.
Worst experience I have EVER had. I have relocated countless times but never had a nightmare like this. The process took several weeks and my stuff smelled when I finally got it, like it was in storage with no temperature control. Customer service non existent and I was spoken to rudely every time I called. I would move myself before I hired this company again. Google moving companies you will see that their practices are not ethical. Wish I would have.

This refers to a delivery of our personal belongings after moving and not being given full information when booking a move with this company. We signed a contract with 1st american and then without me knowing our actual moving of goods was done by a 2nd company, Insync Movers. When I booked with 1st American I was told that our goods would be delivered on Jan 13th - which was our move in date. I schd a pickup for Jan 7th in the evening - the company ended up coming at 10am and said they were not told to come in the evening. When I called 1st american after the pick up to check on delivery time ranges my representative told me that the movers would call me with a time range - no one ever told me it was a delivery window of 3 weeks. I am now moved across the country without my belongings and NO ONE from 1st american will take ownership. I think they should be responsible for my delivery fees - I have to pay Insync Movers because if not I will not get my things but I have to start work and try to make things do with nothing. I have called 1st american multiple times to talk to a supervisor and see why they did not explain to me the window of delivery but I have had yet to hear back. This has cause me so much stress and I am unable to move in and start work because of this.

All American Moving and Storage delivered from their storage a bedroom set today. I received excellent service. Thank you for your prompt attention to this delivery.

All American moved me from Ft. Lauderdale to Colorado. They made me feel comfortable and made the move stress free. The guys were very professional and punctual with their services. I would use All American again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable moving company.

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I highly recommend using another company. They were late on the pick up. We get to NJ. Have no furniture and are waiting for them to arrive. Our move in date was July 10th so on the 8th we call to see when they will be here. One of there representatives got extremely belligerent making sure we knew they have 21 days to move our things and basically there s nothing you can do about it . Called several times for an update as to where our stuff was over the course of the next couple weeks and no one had an answer or estimate as to when it would be here. So here we are 21 days later and our stuff finally arrives. Smashed bookshelves and TVs. Please stay away from this company they shouldn t be in business and should be ashamed of themselves.

They provided the service I asked for. Hired movers to unload my Penske truck. Paid for 2hours, there was a 3hr minimum(1hr for travel). The movers were slow, it took them every bit of 3.5hours to unload the truck. On the other end, I hired a couple of professional contract movers off of craigslist. They had the truck packed, correctly in 2hours. Now, in my opinion, unloading the truck is easier than packing and packing it correctly. I wasn't thrilled with American Moving and Storage, I wouldn't recommend them and wont use them again, but they did get the job done and I have no complaints otherwise.

Best moving company hands down! Moved my family of 4 in May and couldn't have been happier!! I thought it was going to be a disaster with a newborn and toddler but they made it as fast and smooth as possible. Everything made it perfectly without breaking or losing any item (which I'm always nervous about)! I would totally reccomend this company and use them again!

Overall a solid experience. I was quoted a certain price by Bill, the sales manager, guaranteeing a single load pick up and drop off from Boca to Tampa. He gave me a shared load discount but told me I would picked up and dropped off the same day. Thanksgiving evening the logistics manager called me stating I was on a shared load for Friday morning pick up and my stuff would be dropped the next day(Saturday). Long story short, then guys that showed up to move me were great, hard working people. However everyone kinda pointed fingers on each other regarding what I was told was going to happen and what actually transpired. Everyone works for the same same company would have liked to see better cross functional communication. They had the best price out of everyone I called. Will I use again? Maybe but I would demand everything in writing during the quote process.

Honestly this has been the worst moving nightmare ! This company isn t who actually delivers your items . They contract other trucking companies for the actual move . My move was from PA to NC. The day the movers came to pick up my load i had to pay $946 extra on top of the $1600 i was already misquoted by all American ! Theythen asked if a semi would fit on the block of my new street in NC - I told them no . They already had my items on a box truck so they said they would just deliver on a box truck . After 11 days of not being able to get a delivery date because the truck broke down they finally arrived in NC. They then told us they couldn t fit a semi onto my street ( without even trying ) and they would have to charge me $632 extra in order to deliver or not they would have to leave all my stuff in a storage facility! I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life ! They wouldn t even put me on the phone with a manager !

Never, ever use these people. My husband and I had the worst experience of our life with these people. These people have unscrupulous business practices, and they know they do, but could care less. BUYER BEWARE

This is the worst company that I have ever worked with, in any industry. They were late for every stop, broke countless items, including my baby grand piano. The piano was insured, but All American violated my insurance by packing it incorrectly. Their salesperson, Jordan, will say anything to make the sale, including "I'm a good Christian and would never lie." He lied about the training of their movers - when they delivered, one mover showed up to unload a 5 bedroom house. He called someone on Craigslist to randomly come help, after I spent hours on the truck unloading myself. They guaranteed 4 movers.

He promised that they would move all of my items on one of their trucks. They showed up in a Budget rental truck that was too small, and split my items up. He then promised that my items would be consolidated to one truck. Upon delivery, the second truck didn't show up. It came 2 days later. I still never received my mattress, or a number of other items, which mysteriously disappeared onto a third truck.

He lied about the price. We signed a guaranteed contract, which was even agreed upon when they picked up my items. Upon delivery, they asked me for more money and refused to unload without me paying.

They lost the parts to my two year old daughter's crib. She slept on her mattress (which they ripped) for three days. When the rest of the crib arrived, the screws were still missing, so my wife had to go to Home Depot to buy replacement parts.

When I called about my mattress, Jordan thought he put me on hold, but I could hear him. Multiple people were joking about me being upset, and Jordan then said "just leave him on hold."

The cost of damage to my items (three surfboards, art, lamps, piano, custom record shelf, dresser, crib and more) and replacing lost belongings far exceeds the price of the move. Their operation is dishonest and unprofessional - an utter disaster. I cannot stress strongly enough how aggressively you should avoid All American Moving.

First off, one of the best moving companies I've ever had. I have moved 11 times in 10 years. They are incredible and the staff is amazing. Charlie was the first person I met when he came to give an estimate and then he stayed in touch with me through the whole move and helped a majority of it.. I can definitely say he went up over and above.Same to Bill in the office, stayed in touch the whole time and wanted to make my move go smooth. Once you meet them you really become like family. I highly recommend them and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you for everything All American, I truly appreciate you!!!

Absolute crooks! Do not trust this company. All of my furniture was damaged. My movers agreed that I was missing several items including legs to my formal dining table. The movers also agreed that only one night stand arrived missing the rest of the entire bedroom set. The movers that delivered also agreed that most of my boxes had been opened and and half emptied. It has been over a year and I have gotten nothing but a run around. I know that the movers saw a single female and took total advantage!

My experience with All American Moving Company was definately horrible at best. They picked up and delivered late. Also their final cost of a move from Kansas was $3,350. Their quoted price was $2,150. I am presently fighting with them to meet me 1/2 way with the additional $1,200 but having no luck. They will not move me again ever.

I would like to thank All American Moving for the awesome job they did for me and my family. I have a 6 bedroom house and I recently moved from Miami Fl to Orlando Fl. All American was referred to me from a friend that recently used them in the past I was going to go with the company I have been using for several years but my friend would not stop ragging about this All American company. I called the sales representative at the office and they recommended to me that they have somebody come take a look at my items. The agent they sent to my home was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable, he explained the whole move to me step by step and when the crew showed up the day of the move that is exactly what happen. My home was very big and took up two full trucks just like they estimated. The price was very fair my total amount was the same price they quoted me at the beginning of the move which usually never happens when moving. My family and I are very happy with the decision we made. If anybody needs a reputable moving company these are the go to guys!!

Couple weeks ago we decided to use this company to move our office from Sawgrass area to Fort Lauderdale. They came and gave me an onsite estimate. All we can say is good things about the service received from this company. They were attentive, polite, and very efficient. Our office furniture was not damage, all crew members were hard workers and the supervisor keep the move on time without wasting any time. Highly recommended

This company is a complete scam! Customer service is out of question, the movers are the most unprofessional terrible people to deal with. They took our money and didn't finish the job, I've been calling to resolve the issue no one cares to even call back. We will make sure the whole world knows about the kind of service that this unbelievable company is doing, and we'll add our experience to the palm beach post so people can see. Worst moving company ever!!

They have to be the worst moving company in America. How dare they exploit the word American. There is nothing all American about them. They broke almost everything. Things were missing and then they lie. I wish I could give them a 0. They had to have family and friends write the good reviews. They are dishonest, professional thieves. Notice their response to bad ratings are almost always the same, we didn t do your move we don t have you in our system. As if you won t remember the worst experience in your life.

My sister recently used this company to move her. She told me they did a good job so I gave them a shot. They showed up on time took care of my stuff and everybody was very professional. Every time I move I will be sure to give them a call.

I just moved into my new house and Jordan and the guys were such an enormous help. They were great to be around and were all so polite. Any time I need help with a move I will be going back to them!

If you're reading this and are thinking of using this company, I would think twice. I was going to use this company but ended up not moving. My credit card was on file there with my deposit. I was credited my deposit back only two days later, someone within the company decided to use my credit card and was recharged my deposit. For whatever reason, the company can't give me an explanation so I turned them in for fraud and contacted the Better Business Bureau in Florida. I'm sharing this because it can be you too.

They were amazing very personable and they were mindful of my things and made sure everything was in order and were it should be before they left and Anthony was wonderful the other 2 guys were too but I can t remember there name. Event when my garbage man and my neighbors were a pain in the neck they still maintained a level of professionalism you don t see these days. Thank you guys I would give you 100 stars but on here the Mac is 5 god bless and yes the space here is great now lol

This is the most dishonest, unprofessional company ever. Despite having a confirmed move, the truck was five hours late and the driver lied all day, saying he was on the way every time I called. The salesperson, JORDAN, refused to take my calls all day, refused to send another truck after keeping my 95 year old mother waiting for hours and refused to adjust the bill. The driver wouldn't unload the truck unless we would go to ATM and give him cash, claiming the office was closed and only JORDAN can approve credit cards. After the lying thief driver took our cash, we heard him talking to JORDAN, the lying thieving salesman. NEVER use this company.

Our experience with All American Moving and Storage from initial contact with Bill for the estimate, follow-up with Riley to finalize the move schedule to be excellent. I also got a call the day after the move was finished to insure everything met or exceeded our expectations. Roe and his assistant packed and loaded the truck at our previous home in one day. They left late in the day to drive so they could be close to our new home that night. They were there early the following day. Both were very professional and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to insure our move went as planned. I highly recommend All American Moving and Storage for your next move.

Stay away from them if you want your calm, they are not worth it at all! Worst experience for me was dealing with them to get an understanding of where on earth my stuff was, it seemed impossible to get a straight answer. They are treating clients as a joke! You are moving and you want the peace of mind of a professional company that would have reliable customer service, stay away from them bc I guarantee they will cause you stress and worries.

Great guys, easy move, good price - very happy with their service

I called All American to move me from Miami Florida to Raliegh North Carolina. They came out to my house and did a walk thru. They have me a flat rate for a full pack of all my boxes and furniture. The price never changed. They were polite and professional also curteous. My move was a bit tricky due to some of the antique and heavy furniture I had. I definitely recommend them. Call American for all your moving needs!

Let me start off with a positive before I let the public know a list of reasons to never use this company and why they will be reported to BBB. Emmanuel, their best employee has been everything I expect in a mover, honest, timely, informative and respectful. Outside of that they are stealers, robbers, LIARS and thieves. They quote you one price and after they load up ALL of your FAMILY'S belongings they take your items to their personal warehouse were they change the contract and give you a new price you must agree to and if you don't they hold your items hostage. We live in JACKSONVILLE AND WERE MOVING TO NOLA AND THEY DECIDED TO TAKE OUR ITEMS ALLLLLLL THE WAY BACK SOUTH FOR WHAT?????? To tell us we will not recieve our items unless we agree to the new change in contract they put together AFTER TAKING ALL OF OUR ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 3 year old and we have been sleeping on the ground for almost a week as "CHAD (THE OWNER), CARY, JEFF, JESSE, YOYO" all of these liars said my items would be at the destination the next day. Until this very moment I have no idea when I will be receiving my stuff; they have EVERYTHING. They are CRIMINALS AND BREACHED A CONTRACT THEY CREATED!!!!!! I agreed to pay one price and PRIOR to them taking ALL OF MY BELONGINGS, there was no talk about a price increase or changing of contract after 3 days of not being able to reach ANYONE in the office!!!! ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE are CRIMINALS!!!!!! Ive moved numerous times and used moving company's and they ALL WERE HONEST AND TIMELY! Made a move from California to Texas and was horrible and over priced. They showed up on Sunday instead of the regular schedule Saturday... They used a rental truck, they never weighed the truck empty or loaded down with my JUNK but somehow gave an over priced estimate that he pulled out of their ass.
I didn't have time to argue because I would have missed my flight as they were still loading as I left..
I tried to call and leave messages when I reached my destination to complain but they never got back to me...
I learned my lesson and gonna chalk this one up as a total loss..
I would not recommend them at all....

These guys did an incredible job moving me and my family. They made sure to wrap everything very carefully and used caution when disassembling and then reassembling my furniture. In the past I have had items get damaged and even go missing with other moving companies. I know that when I hire All American Moving and Storage that I will not have to worry about any of that. They offer very competitive pricing and are very professional. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

I had my issues at first in getting a quote from AAMS but once that was settled, I couldn t be more satisfied with the service that was provided by the gentlemen that helped with my move. If you are in the Broward or Dade area in South Florida, be sure to ask for Anthony, E (Emanuelle) and Gio. These guys hustled to save me money. They were REAL PROS in making my move quick and were careful in making sure that the furniture and the home that we were leaving were unscathed . You won t regret it, these movers were patient, considerate and professional. It s was a great experience and I d do it all again, if all their movers are like these gentlemen, AAMS is in for good business. 5 Stars!

I can honestly say they made my moving experience so much more easier then I thought it was going to be from the pricing to them getting it all loaded and stored at there storage very great,fast & outgoing customer service. would most definitely recommend this company & use them again.

This has been the biggest nightmare of a move set up with these guys...we were quoted a price then upon pick up it was raised 1200 dollars because they failed to estimate the space by over half the amount they say they actually needed. Also we have been waiting a ridiculous amount of time for our stuff to arrive, and they said it hasn't even left yet! Never ever using this company again and don't recommend anyone to use them !

We had a move by All American the weekend of 7/4/16. These guys are the best. 100% on time and efficient. Everything was treated with respect. The move happened quickly ans smoothly.

I wish I could say it went better, but it didn't.
Apparently the guy who packed up my stuff was on his way to do his own moving company and didn't care anymore. Things that were broken dresser, desk, mirror, file cabinet, and bobble heads from what I've seen so far. Also, the other desk I had was damaged while it was being reassembled, not to mention they scuffed the wall of my new place. The quote I initially received was $1000 less then the final price. The truck broke down when it was going to be delivered causing a huge unconvience. The driver took my cross pen and left his drink in my room. One of the guys he hired to help him took a towel that I let him use because he was dripping sweat everywhere.

Where do I begin. Do NOT use this company!!!!! There were issues from the second they arrived. We were told on multiple occasions that goods would be loaded on truck that would be delivered to destination. Our goods were loaded on a rent-a-truck. Goods were delivered 10 days later than originally told. A number of boxes were literally damaged that goods were falling out of boxes as they were moved from the truck. Our piano was literally bounced up to flights of stairs. Customer Service does not exist in this company. Truck driver terrible in professionalism. Truck driver would not let us receive/see paperwork to check-off that all boxes received until it was signed that all goods received and un-damaged. Are you kidding? In the end Cost was doubled. A miserable experience. Do NOT use this company.

All American Moving and Storage are very dependable. The movers take great care of whatever they handle. They moved my expensive electronics with great care. all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them

The move couldn't have been any easier. From the people over the phone to the people that moved our furniture. Great prices too!!!

All American Moving and Storage is the single worst company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. Their salespeople will tell you anything necessary to get the job, their movers are untrained, their customer service is non-existent, and their guaranteed prices only last until move in day when they refuse to unload the truck without additional costs added on.

They day of my move, the crew arrived 2 hours late, in a rented Budget truck, which was clearly not big enough for my inventory. The crew immediately started packing and loading without taking an inventory of what was going onto the truck. Further, I have an expensive baby grand piano. The salesperson Jordan guaranteed in writing that the piano would be moved on a piano board, and would be kept in climate control for the 8 days until my move in. This was required for me to take out insurance on the piano. He actually told me that he was a good Christian and would never lie. With a number of belongings, including the piano still remaining, they ran completely out of space (after 7 hours of moving). We then waited 2 hours for another crew to show up they loaded the piano and some remaining items. I tipped all 8 workers, from both crews. I called the company, and they promised that my belongings would be consolidated in their air-conditioned warehouse to one truck the truck that was originally slated for my move.

8 days later was move in. Even though I had a contract, which stated a guaranteed price for moving and storage, when the truck arrived, they attempted to charge me an additional $300 for storage. They refused to move anything off of the truck unless I paid in full, which I did ($150 extra after negotiating ). They sent 1 mover (they guaranteed 4) to do the entire job a 5 bedroom house. I ended up on the truck with him for 9 hours unloading our belongings. This was supposed to take 4-6 hours. My wife unpacked the furniture from the blankets, most of which was packed loosely and ended up damaged. A second mover showed up 3 hours into the move, in street clothes, and told me that he had just been hired on Craigslist. Jordan, the salesperson had also guaranteed that all of their movers were professionally trained, which was clearly another lie.

All of my belongings did not arrive. They never consolidated my items onto a single truck. My belongings (including my piano) remained on the second truck, driving around the southeastern US, without AC. This truck did not arrive until 2 days later. On this truck were my mattress, half of my baby s crib, my piano, and a number of other essential items. The piano was no longer on the piano board, which was required for my insurance. When they set it up, it had a loud rattle in the keys it was completely broken. Then I asked where my mattress was it was not on the truck, and still has not arrived to this day.

It has been 11 days since I moved out, and I still do not have my mattress they are non-committal as to when it will arrive. In addition, they thought that I was on hold when I called to speak with them about it, but I heard 3 or 4 people joking and laughing about the situation then Jordan, the salesman, said just keep him on hold. He was telling the other employees that I was angry just because of a mattress.

I cannot express enough the level of dishonesty and borderline criminal activity being perpetrated by All American Moving and Storage. Their prices are low for a reason because they are unprofessional, untrained, dishonest and incompetent. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

This Company does not have any customer service skills at all. They keep throwing the contract terms: "Pickup dates and times are not guaranteed." So if you have all the time in the world to sit around and wait to move then this is the company for you. The contract also states: "We will keep customer informed verbally on the move date with a new/revised ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) depending on our schedule." This is not what happened and this violates the contract in my opinion. So if you want to throw contract clauses around, let's add this one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I didn't even have to rate them one star! In addition, I will be reporting this company to the BBB. My lawyer is eager to get started on this one.

I m not want to write reviews, but I am so pleased with the way my move went that I had to let everyone know All American moving and storage is the number one moving company. The man came one day prior to my move they pack my entire home. These guys are professionals! The best part of everything when I opened all my boxes at the new home not one item was broke. They have an amazing staff at the office Carrie was very helpful, she answered every call and emails. Thank you everyone at all American moving and storage you guys are the BEST!!

Had to move out of my ex's house in less then a week... these guys packed all my stuff and made the quickest move ever possible. not only was their customer service elite but I also had the pleasure to know all of my belongings and valuables were preserved in the original condition they before the move. Worst experience ever, before you use this company for your moving need think 100 times and never trust the reviews because the experience I had with this company was terrible, in the beginning they just try to get your business and after you pay the deposit money no one answer your calls, the salesman told me to tell him the inventory of my stuff and he will charge me regarding that list,but when the driver came to load the stuff he said no the salesman was wrong we charged by space and he charge me $800.00 extra also they charged me $137.00 when they delivered my stuff because they said it's long distance between the truck and building which no body told me anything about any of these in the beginning, I marked and told the driver that I have fragile items in these boxes and you guys need to be careful with, but after the delivery when I opened those boxes most of my items was broken, salesman told me in the beginning that the maximum time for the delivery will be 8 days but after pick up this time went to 12 days and later on to 21 days, I told them I need my stuff on Feb 7th but they delivered it on Feb 13th and Me, my wife and my three kids stay and wait for our stuff in the hotel and spent lots of money, in this company no bodies know when they will be able to do something, when I call the salesman no one answer the phone and after hours if someone answers, they said oh I don't know it's the headquarter, you need to call the dispatch when I called the dispatch they said oh we don't know we will call the driver and call you back or the driver will call you but no body call me and I was calling and calling different numbers and wasn't able to get any accurate answer about the pick up and delivery of my stuff, on the top of all these I didn't know with whom I am dealing because during this time I heard and saw on the papers different companies name like ( All American moving and storage, Swift moving company, Franklin moving company) and I didn't know who is responsible for my moving and who I have to call, since moving is so stressful and no one like and want more stress and no one likes surprises and willing to pay extra money than they expected, so it's better to find a professional and responsible company to help us for our moving need.

My experience with this company was a complete nightmare. I've never experienced such terrible customer service and lack of communication from a company as I did with All American.

I started a review and all I wrote was lost so I will try this again. This company will not call me back. We are seniors and they have our furniture. I want to setup a day to have our furniture delivered but they will not call me back. We still owe on some of our furniture. I don't know what we will do if they do not respond. We can't afford to replace what they have of ours. It includes family photos and our clothing. If we get a response I will revisit this review. If not I will go to elder affairs to see what we can do. For now I can only let the public now our experience thus far. The Gill Family

Very professional and courteous at first. Then when they brought my furniture they were horrible. They destroyed some of my stuff and after trying to file a claim for three months, they won t return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
