Horrendous services. They just want money in their pockets. Even though we paid whole amount through our Mediclaim still they charged us 10k . They were not even sure what is the exact problem with the patient even after doing all the required test. And at the time of discharge when we asked for the reports they said we cannot provide you. If anyone wants to waste their money without getting the solution go to this hospital.,

Aakash hospital is very nice, if you are living in west delhi area of new delhi. There are very less hospitals with such good atmosphere and facilities.

DR. VIDYA NAIR CHAUDHRY is the worst eye doctor ever. I have visited the hospital for regular eye checkup(I didn't have any eye problem) She used various tools to press my eyes so badly that they got red and swollen.( she even pressed the eye socket)I told her several times that she is hurting my eyes but it appeared that she was doing it intentionally. After that visit I had swollen eyes for 2 weeks with severe pain. If u don't have any disorders/diseases then they try to create one to earn money. Visit at your own risk.

I have visited akash healthcare hospital for my son who was suffering from cold and fever and cough and i got appointment for Dr sameer punia( Pediatrics departmant)
when i explained about cold and cough,he only used stethoscopes and told me that you have to admit your chaild for 3 days.

And they told me some obstructive substance found in right lunges of the child. That time we said to proscribe some medicines for now and that we would admit the child Later. The doctor only proscribed Maxtra dop (used as allergy and sleeping medicine)and crossin drop
But the Medicine could not affect the child .then we have to go for second opinion to New life hospital palam nad got appointment for dr ajay kumar (pedestrian specialist).the doctor ajay kumar said that all is clear and further he prescribed some medicine and the child is well now.and we are fully satisfied with dr ajay,s prescription.
I just want to say the doctors in aakash hospital loot people by saying life threatening diseases . I advise at least not to visit to the Dr sameer punya for saving life and money.

I visited to this hospital for my regular health check-up. I didn t expect that their wellness services will be so good but even the staff was so polite and generous

It's not a Hospital it's a MONEY MINTING MACHINE.....these people are heartless and don't spare their customers not even during these Lockdown 3.0 period. Unnecessary test, made us purchase several PPE kit @ Rs.2000/pc . Contradictions between doctors. No doctor visits.....Will upload the Bill's for your kind perusal afterwards. NO meals to the patients. Etc etc.... Their irregularities are many. They charge Rs. 45000....Rs. 60000 for covid19 test as I have experienced myself.

Totally west hospital in dwarka....they not allow to meet and not talking about tha positions....am admit before for 4 months. reason levar swelling they admit me and give only pain Clair 7 day behind me 13 year old girl saffrungi in degue ...she mom called doctor and they saying doctor timing evening 6pm........if u want your family members healthy....am telling u never go this place plz

Tried for the first time, called to get the blood sugar tested from home. He said 190. After collecting the blood he asked for 290 to which I disagreed and he left the sample at my place.

Great hospital i had a good experience and the staff is great.

Very sad n surprised to see d unavailability of any orthopaedic doctor in such a big hospital in emergency case...i came from rajouri garden n travel in so much pain specially fr this hospital n no response...

The staff are amazing and are always ready to help. Our visit was flawless and we appreciate all the hard work of staff and doctors.

Service is too good..the infrastructure, facilities, nursing everything is really satisfying..ambience is hearty..we are completely satisfied with the hospital and yes, i will definitely recommend people to come over for a quality and proper treatment here..

Worst hospital ever. Staff is so arrogant and doesn't speak softly with patients. They don't even provide good healthcare services. Don't waste your time and money here.

One of the best Hospital in the Area specially for Ortho / Spine

I had a good experience at Aakash, well-behaved nurses and they were really helpful during the stay. Other managers were also good.

Dr Shilpa Ghosh and Dr Pallavi Verma are truly dedicated towards their jobs. They understand patients concerns and make sure to deliver best possible solution. They also explain the medical terminologies in layman terms which is very helpful in recovery of the patient.
The hospital is average, as they misreported one of the critical reports. However the quality of doctors (Dr Shilpa Ghosh, Dr Pallavi Verma) is excellent.

This was my first but definitely not the last experience. Comprehensive care is given here with compassion and excellence. Will recommend to everybody.

Great Healthcare facilities under one roof. My mother underwent cataract surgery under Dr Vidhya. Surgery went well.

Akash Hospital is a very good hospital. My grandmother was also admitted in this hospital a few days ago and now she is completely healthy.

Very bad experience with Hospital.All top rating reviews are totally fake . They all are professional players who plays all times with Peoples emotion and Money.I lost my wife due to negligence of the doctors and staff. Also, robbed my all saving (As they charged Rs.145,000/day).
Even,not only my saving, you robbed everything of mine and my Family.

Bhagwan, in doctors ke sath bhi aisa hi ho jaisa inhone mere sath kiya tab shayad inko pta chale ke kisi ko khone ki keemat paiso se kahi jyada hoti hai.

Good Hospital. ! The doctors ,nursing and support staff were professional and good who were always ready whenever we required them. Twice visits of doctors in a day ensured that my treatment was done in the right way.

Also, not only for the patients, there are good facilities for their attendants as well. Attendants can order food to the room (24/7) at reasonable price.

Had an 8:10 pm appointment with Dr Ashish. When I reached on time I was told there are 11 more patients waiting!!! What s the point of taking an appointment!! Pathetic time management!!! Did not even care to call and inform patients that they are delayed!!! Please care for others time!!!

To begin with, I would wanted to give N number of stars for the magnificent services Aakash Hospital has been rendering to the Mankind.

Recently I had to admit my father in the hospital and because of our inability to take him to the hospital, the hospital itself arranged an ambulance service and had also arranged everything for speedy recovery and smooth experience of my dad right from the admission to discharge.

Earlier I was under wrong impression that this might be an expensive hospital but my impression was wrong. Rather it is highly affordable and this affordability doesn't come at the cost of lacking service.

Each and every staff of the hospital, I.e. right from the Guard to the Nursing staff to the Doctors and to the management everyone is so empathetic and highly inclined towards service of the mankind.

Aakash hospital - as your name says, may you reach the glory and heights of the Aakash (Sky is the limit which is itself Limitless).

Poor and pathetic experience, denied to admit patient for semi private room saying rooms are not available. Doctor is very rude, they are not for people's. Delhi government please look into such hospital management.
