Terrible place. They treat there staff like slaves. They have no business sense at all, I have no idea how they are still open, overrated, old fashioned and expensive.

The call centre ques are huge as the staff either quit due to inexperienced team management who can't actually manage or get "worked" out of their jobs by total tools who habe favourites. If your face does not fit then your out..

This place is just a insurance call centre. They do not accept the public here.

I would never recommended them for home or car insurance. The only product they offer that they should stick to is break down.

Avoid at all cost for a job. One of the worst call centres in the Northeast. They even make their staff wear t shirts that have embroidered on them "I serve". How low is that. Making you mentally feel like you are their slave.

They will hook you on a fantastic thought of you been able to make plenty bonus and commission but they will do everything they can to stop you earning it. You may go above and beyond for 500 customers, be top of everything on department but mess up on one question die to there terrible old fashioned system then you loose half your money bonus even though the customer is not at detriment and it's a system fault. Dare bring it up amd you will find yourself managed out of a job.

They will also adjust your hours iligaly and make it look like owe them hours "due to router changes" but if you actually count them up, they owe you hours and they give you no notice of changed hours so book time off is almost impossible.

Just avoid at all costs..
