Slow service from a brand that is starting to feel a little tired.
One of the nicer stores from A&F but attitude dripping from the staff and inefficiency in equal supply.

Huge place with enough clothes and well refrigerated. The price is much lower for being in the United States and if it also favors you for the currency exchange it is well worth it. It is worth going for a walk and see if there is something to take.

No discount because it is a flagship store. Other store has promotion but much shorter operating hours. Now I understand why the company is not doing well. Not so much of the style but it's their attitude with their branding and operations.

Employees were extremely respectful. I went to pick up about 7 orders that I placed on their website and the employee was awesome! He was extremely helpful and overall a great guy to talk to.

Original clothes and good price, we have attended excellent.

We went there specially to see the hot shirtless door boys and they don't do that anymore. Very disappointing

This store was filled with nice clothing and all the lady s there were very attended good service we spent over two hours at this store.

Very nice place, atmosphere is very beautiful. Nice clothing, true to fit and stylish. Selections are limited thou. Lots of sweat suit clothing. Maybe because of the season, it's was winter time. Need to check back in the summer. This store has four floors of clothing. Top floor has kids clothing, pretty cool.

It's a flagship store. They have different products! Nice people.

When in New York, you've got to visit the flagship Abercrombie and Fitch store. Its actually great that the photo boys are no longer at the door, so the hyper teens are no longer clogging the from doors. The stores are typically dark and moody, but this is the signature feel of the brand. With travel restrictions in place, it's been great to be able to have the products delivered instead. Typically, they ship promptly and the only holdups are due to customs.

Rude staff more interested in chatting to each other and ignoring customers rather than serving them. Used to shop here in the early years but the brand has lost its cool.

Abercrombie & Fitch in comparison to H&M, Forever 21 or Uniqlo, strives for better styles that can't be found else where because of their originality and top notch quality

The colognes are a tad on the pricey side but they do work to attract the people you are interested in.

Trash place, but at least you can worship trump tower from this shop

Wide range of not expensive but good quality things

The staff was nice and overall got things done in a fair amount of time when I had to exchange an item for a different size. Unfortunately, the seaport location closed down so now this is the only one in the city which is pretty far from where I am.

Beautiful clothes and good attention, prices are a bit expensive

grand, beautiful store, with a lot of style. well organized, many employees, large fitting room. but you need to research the promotions, finding it pays off well. there are 4 floors. bathroom too.

The boutique store is a good place to visit in fifth Avenue even if you don't have plans for buying. And sometimes there's a ridiculous waiting line to go inside the store .... lines are not for me, but people loving this brand wait for long.

Excellent staff helpful and attentive. Stylish and subdued store and ah - it smells so Good!
