Very cool store. Great prices in NYC compared to Outlet.

Good quality clothing and something for everyone. The staff is so nice and helped me save money. If you are close, I advise to look in this shop. I like to shop here.

Overwhelming cologne smell, worse than the average shopping mall Abercrombie. Selection is decent, however specific items that are sold online are usually not in stock.

In New York too few bargains. Better in San Francisco and Toronto.

The store is as always so beautiful inside, such a wonderful fragrance all around it... it is inexplicable!!! Friendly customer service and cozy atmosphere

Expensive clothing, hollister is of the same quality and is much cheaper

I visited a Sunday afternoon, I did not have to wait before entering. I am a regular at the brand and I like the concept. During my visit, I noticed that there was no staff on the floor but I did not have to wait at the checkout for more than 5 minutes. Although this store has the mention "Flagship Store" I very much preferred my experience to that of Paris Champs Elysee which is, in my opinion, more impressive.

I would say shameful !!! I bought the pack of 4 men's perfumes .... and upon my arrival at the hotel the terrible discovery two vials out of 4 were empty !!! The packaging has been changed since at the exit it had sounded !! replacing the full one with the half empty one !!! carla

The flagship store, all on stock but if you are looking for sale or clearance items you will not find any here.

Good branded clothing.

Great themes for stores, with good layouts. Pricing structures aren't great though, and their sales are abysmal.

Their outlet branches, however, are a lot better. I ended up spending close to 45 mins in the store.

Best A&F shop I have ever seen. Service is great, and so is the assortment. Located in front of the Trump tower.

This place used to be much better when it first started off. The staff no longer appear to be keen or available to help out

I had to exchange some items I ordered online. I had a great costumer service and he did everything for me. I just had to wait whatever the times takes to do all this process but it was great. Now I just have to wait to the stuffs to get on my door. Thanks!

So many tourists! But honestly, the polo shirts are cool!

Clothing brand aimed primarily at young and athletic audiences. There are several floors always divided into male on one side and female on the other. There is also a children's clothing area. It is easy to find many tourists in the store, but Americans do not usually use this brand. The store is dimly lit and very dark.

Great store for men's clothing and there are also large sizes

Tolle Kleider. Aber relativ teuer. Der A&F downtown hat meistens Ausverkauf.

Exquisite rags, most well known to most people. On 5th Avenue, excellent prices, compared to Europe.

Classic shop typical of Fifth Avenue: beautiful, showy, large and expensive. Lots of interesting clothes, and for joining the Club I got nice additional discounts.
