Nice location, friendly staff, nice cloths, normal prices, ask for the way to the toilet, you cant find it with out.

Just returned from the af of Cristina mall in WILMINGTON and found that many styles here are 40% or 50% off. . . Luckily I bought it there

We visit the store this evening. Employees were unpleasant, looking at their smartphones, and a girl even singing and dancing through the store and even she frowned at me when I asked her for help! Bad experience.

I m a AF fan and bought a lot from this brand. The 5th Avenue is the flagship 4 floors. I usually check the size here and order online since they never have sale like on internet. I hope they could have more amazing design and soft materials

Passage required for every stay in New York. I love the bewitching smell of this shop that perfumes right down the street! The clothes are of good quality and there is something for everyone. Located a few meters from Central Park, I advise you to stop there.

Decent place, the head quarter of Abercrombie and Fitch. The staff here are always super helpful and the store is always full of crowds.
It is tax free when purchasing clothes under 110 dollars in New York states, so it is absolutely a great spot to get some new and fashion outfits.
The only thing I don t appreciate about in this store is that due to this is the biggest store in the entire world, it doesn t comply any of there discounts.

The Holy Grail of A&F stores. I wear this brand exclusively so when I visited NYC I had to go to the NYC flagship store and it was more than I expected. I was more than impressed with the selection, attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness of the store. Lots of exclusive clothing only available at that store. It was 4 floors of one of the best clothing brands ever. Even my 8 y/o daughter saw several pieces she wants for back to school.

Good store of clothes so challenged if you want to take advantage of the change of euro to dollar during your purchases. I bought this polo for my brother-in-law for 50 turkeys in exchange when Spain costs much more.

Excellent shop, with a good range of clothes, the prices were higher in the shop than on the website so they price matched it, a good place for casual and very comfortable long lasting clothes.

It's big, it's nice & it's in New York which means you will pay more. The tourists that go there get wacked especially if they pay in Euro's. They have different price structure depending on what currency is used. Your local malls are cheaper.

The store is big and you will find all that you want there. Around it, you may also go to Holister as well as Lacoste.

I visited the store again this summer 2017 and noted that there are items that you won't find anywhere else. This is an advantage to go to this store.

Great store in terms of it being a flagship store. Staff are helpful and willing and there is a great range on offer. The atmosphere here is also unique.

However, bargains and sale items were few and it is really really busy, making it difficult to browse properly and long queues for the fitting rooms.

Came here to pick up clothes. The process didn't take very long, just had to show email order confirmation and write my name and I was done. Everything looked very nice. The staff was kind. Had a nice scent I noticed right as I walked in.

Picked up items ordered online, no problem! Easy access for Pick Up, polite, & helpful young woman at desk. Would shop in store too, very clean, well organized, and friendly sales staff... All sale items fit & grndniece HAPPY!

Poor stuff high prices and bad service Where you have to wait a quarter of an hour just to get a measure and half an hour to be served at the cash desk even though there are only two people in front.
