Mark came to our house to do some work on 5/25/16 and I just wanted to say we were very pleased!! He was running a few minutes behind schedule and called us to let me know and make sure that was ok and apologized for even being a little behind. It was only 10 minutes, but he still called to be courteous. It was no big deal at all that he was running behind, but we sure appreciated the head's up.
Once he arrived, he was very nice, worked quickly and quietly so as not to wake our sleeping baby, and was extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing and why.
We were VERY pleased with our service with Mark and are thankful for such a pleasant experience.

The service is great - never have to worry about anything. They come every three months like clockwork and we have never had any problems!

Excellent. Punctual, polite and very, very thorough. I had previous experience with a competitor and was not happy with the sloppy work but Bugs855 were far superior - just the time that they spent "combing" my property in itself was impressive. Their expert knowledge was great too as was their customer service in office.

The service manager and staff here are very prompt and thorough. I had many concerns with rodents and they have helped eliminate all my concerns and have taken all the steps in getting rid of them. We have been a customer of this company for 4 years for quarterly pest control and have had only 3 techs. We recently had a problem with fleas along with most of Central Texas. We called them and they came and treated the yard per request. They used something that was rain activated which worked and then the eggs hatched. We called them again and told them we wanted the spray and we wanted inside treated. The tech they sent was a new one and he was very nice and listen to what we had to say asked where the more troublesome areas were in the yard and treated yesterday. Last night we noticed dead fleas in the floor too many to count. We would like to thank you for the great service and when we weren't happy with the outcome from the first spray you came out and did it again. We will recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much!

On time, called before arrival. Every bug I've seen in my home since has been dead. I just bought my house and was starting to see water bugs and about three roaches. I was scared out of my mind. I have seen about five more bugs all dead or died within minutes of me seeing them (no I didn't kill them). I'm very pleased and look forward to quarterly visits to maintain NO Bugs in my home!!

2016 - Very quick and efficient service on the Inspection of a home we are purchasing. Very friendly and professional. They identified active termites outside the home and we will use them additionally for treatment of the colony. Highly recommend them!
