We rented a vacation home on Mission Beach through 710BR. Everyone we dealt with was kind, quick to respond, and helpful. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. We would look to rent through this company in the future.

We loved our rental. Nicely decorated and well appointed throughout. Nice beach view from all balconies and a minute walk to the beach and another minute to the water. We were extremely pleased with the "extras" provided; towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and the kids especially loved the boogie boards! The outside shower for sand removal was great, and I liked the two car garage. As for the staff interactions, I was very pleased and appreciative of them. An adjustment to the check in times and check out times would be nice as 4 PM check in is a little late and checkout time is a little early. Oh yes, Belmont Park is walking distance away, right up the boardwalk.
We had an amazing time at our rental. We were 50 steps from the beach in a location that was not packed but super walkable. There was an amazing coffee shop and breakfast location 1 block away. The house was also great. It had 3 big rooms that were separated by floors. The staff was great to work with and very responsive to questions i had via text. They even let us in 2 hours before our check in, which was great.
The only small issues i had was that i wish the place came with two bikes, there was a place across the street that rented bikes so it was a small thing but it would have been nice. Besides that we had an amazing time and could not have asked for a better place to stay.

710 Beach Rentals is misleading and ONLY allows good reviews on their properties. They will not post an honest negative review! I am now editing this review (one week after posting) and changing it to from two stars to one star... I submitted the same review below (with the exception of the property address) on the 710 beach rental website for the property at 3704 Riviera and they never posted it! INSTEAD, they miraculously posted an additional five, 5- star" reviews: 3 reviews were written a day or so after I posted, and the other two, a couple of days later.... This was likely in response to my suspicion below that the property only had two reviews after being a rental property for a long time... BEWARE - obviously they do not allow negative reviews for a property to be posted on their site and only feature good reviews and based on the miracle reviews that I mentioned above, there now remains a question as to who is actually writing these positive reviews???
BEWARE! We paid over $2000 per night for the pool home at 3704 Riviera that was supposed to offer both comfort and luxury. This home is far from comfort and luxury; it is actually a beat up rental property of which the owner charges top dollar for, but has done nothing to make this a nice place to stay. In fact, it is advertised as something very different from what the reality is a dump. We spent over $10,000 for a five night stay, and had it not been for our family being with us, we would have walked out upon check in. At $2000 per night, you would expect a lot more than a locked off master bedroom, the lack of ability to open all windows for a cross breeze (with the exception of two tiny windows in the family room), lack of screens and screen slider to prevent the constant invasion of flies that linger in the kitchen and all over the food (I killed over 20 of them in one hour one day), cookware that flakes cancer causing Teflon into the food, a pull out sofa bed that was not at all serviceable (it was so beat up one could not even lie flat on the mattress), deferred maintenance throughout both inside and out, a make shift third bedroom on the beach level (this room does not have a door but this was disclosed in the advertising ) that also has no operational windows. In order to get a breeze down there, you have to pry the exterior door open with a flip flop and secure it by a small rusty chain they installed for security... The owner has locked off the actual master bedroom and advertises a small secondary bedroom with a 3X3 shower as the master bedroom. My six foot son could barely fit in the shower. To top it all off, the owner has removed all window handles and screens, and literally SCREWED THE WINDOWS SHUT in the main living area and kitchen and put stickers up saying do not open windows (this is VERY problematic on a hot week when we were there). The fact that you cannot open windows to allow for airflow is completely unacceptable given that this property has no AC we had to crush a cardboard Costco box and jam it in the front door to keep it open to allow for fresh air Add to all of this deferred maintenance throughout the property, both inside and out (unpainted areas, exposed wires, missing exterior closet doors, moisture damage, etc...) The kitchen is TINY, the pictures make it look much larger than it is (not a kitchen for a large group), the cabinets are all beat up and the refrigerator shelves are all drooping & cracked, making it difficult to put food in there. When you open the freezer door, the entire drawer just drops out on the floor. The microwave broke in the middle of our stay. The pool had orange slime in it and a cigarette butt at the bottom when we checked in. We brought all this to the owners and property manager's attention but they refused to do anything for us except offer us a future stay at a discounted rate. I would not stay at this place again if it were free! I now understand why this has been a vacation rental property for so long but only has two very short reviews. The advertising on this property is misleading.
Everthing was EXACTLY as pictured and described. We were given all the information we needed to get into the home in a timely manner. We loved being able to start and end the day sitting on our oceanfront patio and watch and listen to the ocean for 3 wonderful days. Also it is wonderful to have a parking place right at the property. We were close to everything we wanted to do while we were in San Diego.

Communication with 710 Beach Rentals for our VRBO rental in San Diego was excellent. The rental was exactly as advertised. There was a problem with the oven when we arrived and Mason kept us informed about the time the repair person was to arrive and then stayed until the repair was complete. Text reminders of check in and check out were very helpful and both were very easy. Our stay was wonderful and we plan to look for 710 Beach Rentals properties again in the future.

Our family had such a wonderful time recently at the property on Monterey Court! The condo was clean and spacious with a great view; everything was as described in the online information. Since we were coming together from all across the country it was so nice to be pleasantly surprised on the accommodations. After all that traveling, finding a comfortable and attractive place to gather with family and friends was such a blessing!

We thought the house was overpriced for the size. It stated that we had shared laundry facilities. There is one washer and one dryer in the parking garage across the alley. The location was convenient but parking is not, it is very tight and room for only one car.
We had a great experience renting with 710 Beach Rentals. Had a cozy one-bedroom condo in Pacific Beach (724 Emerald Ct.), less than a block from the beach. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, very well supplied with towels and kitchen equipment, and had good water pressure. Also, having a garage for the rental car was wonderful. Our experience with check-in and check-out could not have been any easier. The directions and other information supplied by 710 Beach Rentals was clear and helpful. And we really liked the door-pad keyless entry system, so people could come & go independently without worry about keys.
Great location, well appointed house with everything you may need on vacation, friendly and helpful staff. Only disadvantages I could see are tight parking space not able to accommodate bigger SUV and some spots on the carpet in common areas.

The amenities at the home were a very nice touch. We have stayed at other places with other management companies or managed by owners, but none is as thorough and detailed as 710. We will stick with them in the future!

We loved the condo, it was perfectly suited for our family vacation and well equipped with everything we needed. It is a nice place to stay and the team is professional. The only problem is the place is under taking off plan route during 7:00a - 11:30pm. Some times it annoys me if I want to sleep early. If you do not mind the noise then it is a perfect place.
This was my first time using 710 and was totally impressed. I was very nervous about renting a house 6 hours away with never seeing it first. The location was perfect and was a 5 min walk to the Beach. It was very clean and fully stocked with towels, pots/pans and cable TV.. It was only a mile walk to Belmont park and had a bunch of restaurants plus Ralphs grocery store was only a mile away also. The tandem garage was a little tight but we were able to fit my Chevy Traverse and a small car .We will rent this home again next year. thanks again, Albert of Glendale,AZ

We stayed at the Rockaway Th (3786 Strandway #2). The unit is very clean and has a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. It was extremely relaxing to stay so close to the beach with plenty good places to eat within walking distance. The unit was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves too! We would highly recommend this location.

The only "issue" I had with 710 rentals was the arrival process. Granted i've never used them before... I thought (and could be wrong) that I was supposed to get an email the day before with information to get in, which didn't happen. We arrived in town with no details. I contacted 710, text messages, they responded back promptly saying how the process works. Check in was at 4 and we were almost in the driveway to where we were going when they finally texted me the info to get in. Almost was in panic mode but turned out great! Check out was a breeze! We left something there, they looked and also sent me info about the bed we slept on. Channing, Amy and Chelsey, having never met you or talked on the phone, you made our trip run smooth and went above and beyond! Will definitely use 710 again!!!
Our experience with 710 Rentals was great. The home is perfect for a family looking to experience the best of Mission Beach and the surrounding areas. The home has everything a family would need for a long vacation stay and everything is high end. Kudos to the owners, property manager and cleaning crew. The home was immaculate, well-stocked and very organized. The master bedroom was just perfect for my husband and I. Just loved all of the furnishing - everything was set up just like I would have it at home. I especially love the master bathroom, as there was plenty of room for my husband and I to get ready at the same time, and I loved the big closet and the separate door for the toilet area. Water pressure was terrific as well. The second bedroom was equally as nice, and had plenty of room for our son and his wife, with still plenty of room for three more people - with their own separate bathroom. The kitchen is fabulous. High end cabinets, granite counter tops and all the amenities you need for cooking - even storage containers, baggies and foil to store leftovers. We just love the open floor plan, with the large dining room table, sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. And the big, wide sliding doors with screens are fabulous - just great to breathe in the fresh air and feel the ocean breeze. Additionally, I just love the outdoor patio right on Mission Beach. It is a great area to hang out. We played volleyball in some pick-up games, surfed at sunset and rode bikes all around the boardwalk. It is amazing how may cool bike trails are all around Mission Beach. We rode bikes to La Jolla and drove to downtown San Diego and Pebble Beach. You also have your own private parking space - which actually fit our Toyota Sienna mini-van and our Prius. And there is a front-load washer and dryer - which my husband just loved because he could wash and dry his clothes after a hard workout. What is great about this particular location is that it is located far enough away from the more public areas of Mission Beach, so there there were a lot less people. Just a great experience overall and a place we would recommend for anyone who has the opportunity. If you are looking for a great place to vacation on Mission Beach - 710 Beach Rentals is the place to rent.
Avoid 710 Rentals at all costs. This is the sloppiest, sleaziest rental company I've ever encountered. The rental company is terribly unprofessional and also does not bother to return calls. There are so many better rental options in the San Diego and I'd recommend avoiding 710.
Place was in great location and as described. Roomy enough for the 5 adults and close to the beach. House was within walking distance to places to eat and small neighborhood grocery store. The folks that live in the block are very nice and friendly. My only wish was that check in be a little bit earlier and checkout later, 10am for checkout is stressful . In all great place to stay.

We stayed on Tangiers Ct in Mission Beach. The condo was as advertised, recently renovated and very nice. 710 was very easy to work with and timely with their responses. As I've never stayed near San Diego before, I'm not sure what can be expected, but I would have appreciated crib (or pack n play) availability and a parking space. Parking was very difficult around this location.
After signing the contract they insisted on reiterating about the terms. If I sign the contract and in any way breach that contract then that's free money for them. Not really interested in being asked the same question over and over if I already signed and agreed to the terms. Regardless of age you should treat all customers the same as age does not determine maturity. I will take my $2200 elsewhere!!

Their services are incredibly easy with text messages, all their I formation and access to hone rental is super user friendly and convenient, and heir maintenance staff is top notch. We will definitely look to make sure our future rentals in San Diego are with them!
Had a great experience overall with 710. Loved that they text everything and prefer texting (my preference as well). House was beautiful, better than we even expected. Only thing I would think would be a negative would be the check out time being at 10am. An extra hour that is standard at most hotels, would have been nice. The day we left was a little more rushed than it needed to be, but due to leaving at 10, we actually got to the airport and were able to wait in the very long line that met us there without missing our flight. Everything happens for a reason! Will rent from 710 again in the future, without a doubt.
We rented Jersey 1 & 2 for a week and LOOVED it! The location is perfect and the house was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and the stove was great for cooking. We loved the deck and sit and relax and watch the ocean and people. The place was very clean and nice upgrades throughout. The parking spots were a very tight though so be sure to bring a small car to be able to fit. We will definitely be renting these units again!
Our family enjoyed our stay at island2. Our family consisted of 5 adults and 3 children (1 - 8years old).The house and kitchen were both well equipped and met all of our needs.
The proximity to Belmont park and shops were definitely a plus and the noise wasn't an issue. This rental is definitely on our list to revisit in the near future.

The property we rented was lovely, plenty of room for 7 sisters and even a elevator which helped with luggage. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was very well equipped. When we needed to cal the office or text, they were very quick to respond. Great location too!
Brighton Ave-Ocean Beach
The home is in excellent condition. Easy to access and within easy walking distance to Ocean Beach. The property does NOT have A/C and we either missed that or it was not in the listing. Without A/C , sleeping with the windows open was a must and outside noises and the feral parrots make for an early wake up. Other than the A/C, we loved everything about the stay. The owners have taken great care of the property and I would highly recommend this place for folks who like a quiet place to stay at Ocean Beach.
We spent 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The accommodations and service was amazing. We ran out of dishwasher detergent one morning and they rushed more right over. The rental was stocked with everything we needed. Our location was amazing with a 30 second walk to the beach . When we return we will for sure use 710 beach rentals again!

Our stay at 745 Dover was fantastic. The house had everything we needed for our large family reunion. We were close to the beach, stores, and restaurants, and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably fit everyone from great-grandma, grandparents, sons, grandsons, and tiny granddaughter--14 in all! The managers were attentive to small problems and needs, and everything went well.
We had a great time in this beautiful Beach Condo. It was very well maintained and updated. Loved how the bedrooms were on a separate level than the kitchen and entertainment area. Kids went to bed and adults had a separate area for down time. On our last day my mountain bike was stolen from the garage while I was packing the car on the other side of the garage. People are crazy. Just be safe and guard your property closely. Great location right in between the beach and the bay. Olive Cafe just a few feet away with awesome food. Great vacation overall.
I can't say enough about how much we loved this home! We stayed at Reed 854 in Pacific Beach. The location was absolutely perfect. We were 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and activities and when we were done and wanted a quiet place to sleep it was only minutes to get to the house! The house itself was pristine and so spacious everywhere. What we loved the most was the upper level deck fireplace and the views. The vibe was everything we were looking for! 710 Beach Rentals staff made everything a breeze. I would highly recommend this company. We will be back!!

The unit is very comfortable with great beach front location and private patio right next to boardwalk. Beds comfortable and baths very nice. Kitchen is well stocked and nice that a few spices are left for use. Beach chairs and plenty of beach toys for the kids in garage. Tandem garage parking a plus, but do not bring large SUV. Midsize is fine. We would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing home. Location was great and lots to do around there. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors. It looked like they did not mop at all and some spots were sticky. The garage door was broken so I was a bit nervous about our brand new car since there were always vagrants lingering about. I would definitely stay again as long as the garage gets fixed.

We were able to walk to the beach and the bay and the beach was not crowded like by the roller coaster. It was wonderful. Also, we were able to see fireworks off of the HUGE deck every night from sea world. We will deffinatly return and reccomend 710 to our friends.
