Stayed in St Loius 1st weekend in May; at the Embassy Suites. They offer In and Out Parking with Valet Service for one price $27.00. In 3 days I was in and out at least a total of 20 times. The whole valet team here at the Embassy Suites did an exceptional job; with Nehat, Naim, Amin, Rick?, and others. I ould definitely stay at this hotel again because of these people.
Pulled into Marriott Grand Hotel off Washington ave downtown St.louis, parking attendant came out and told me to move my car when my client was getting in the car.
Screaming and being very unprofessional, pulled my handle on my car and broke it.
Tried calling and no one has returned my call!
Terrible service. Poor work ethic. They basically dont know what they doing, over the phone and in person.!

Ambassador Valet stole my keys, handled it very unprofessionally, and generally didn't seem to know what they were doing. I would not use their service ever again. Criminal.
