710 Beach Rentals Review

The house is very nice, modern and essential furnishings, comfortable and spacious common areas, fully equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms, garage for two large SUVs type cars.
I know San Diego very well and have chosen the Pacific Beach area for a whole host of features. The house is located in a great location, two blocks from the beach and two from mission lake, close to Garnet's clubs and restaurants and one block from Ralph, a well-stocked supermarket.

In short, I would say that it is perfect, I absolutely recommend it.
Of course, you pay for comfortable and beautiful things, so be prepared to shell out a large sum. In any case it will be worth it.

My friends and I stayed at a property in Mission Beach - INCREDIBLE house and Blaine was great to work with. The whole rental, check-in/out, and communication process was seamless and the property amazing. Absolutely coming back.

I had a great stay! The check in process was simple and the home was in perfect condition. Any time I had a question 710 beach rentals were quick to reply. Would definitely use them again.

If I gave a bad review it would make it easier to rent this fantastic place but I'll be truthful & just say it was amazing for our family - 6 adults, 2 young adults & 2 crawler/toddlers. Perfect location away from the public crowd. Sorry about all the hand prints on the glass! Loved the stove & a grocery store is a mile away. Had fun BBQing & chatting with bypassing people.

loved the house. very clean great views from bedroom balcony and living room well equipped kitchen. did not have basic supplies so we had to go purchase salt and pepper, spray and etc. other places we have rented had these basic so caught us by surprise. except to see homeless people around. every morning we had a homeless person sleeping in front of the house and along the walk way during our walk. posted no overnight sleeping but no one policed it. working with 710 employees was great.

My wife and I used 710 to rent a house for our family for a staycation in September, and the company was great. This was our first vacation rental, and before we went through 710 we tried to book a house through two other companies, each of which fell through after initial reservations were made. Those experiences were very discouraging, but working with 710 was great - their communications were timely and clear, when we had questions they answered them right away, and the house we rented was super clean and well appointed. We called them once when we couldn't find extra trash bags, and they delivered some to the house within minutes. 710 helped make our staycation a stress-free and completely enjoyable experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Edited: In response to 710, I did contact the office and was told the lock needed to be replaced. They ordered one but it wasn't going to come in until the day we left. The one that was on there was really old so I couldn't even tell where I needed to line up the numbers when they gave me the combination.

Our vacation just came to an end today. We rented the El Carmel 1. I have to say this place was worth every penny paid. Being able to be steps away from the beach was amazing. People watching was fun lol. Although I wish it wasn't so cloudy being there lol, it was still great. Of course as we left it was bright and sunny. We are from AZ so just being able to get away from the heat was great. As for the staff, they were awesome and quick to help me with questions. I think my only minor complaint was the patio table and chairs all being padlocked. Wasn't able to move the chairs too far from the table. Other than that everything else was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be staying again! Thanks 710 Beach Rentals!

The experience with 710 Beach Rentals was smooth and easy, a very professional company. The house itself was very clean and the location was convenient to downtown San Diego. WE would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed in this beautiful residence in 4 adults and 2 boys. The location is great a stone's throw from the beaches and the bay and there are restaurants, bars and shops available. The house is beautifully furnished with taste and there is everything one could ask to spend more days in the beautiful San Diego. We're really thinking about when to come back. Straconsigliato !!!

We just got back from our California trip and part of that trip was a number of days in Mission Beach area. We rented the Mission Beach condo from 710BR. A coworker had recommended the area and strongly suggested we stay beach front. Last fall we found and reserved a beach front condo. Two weeks before our trip 710BR sent me an email indicating the condo we had rented was under construction and would not be ready for our dates (this was an oh my gosh moment). After I read the email again - they came back with three other options available for our dates or a refund. One of the alternatives was two blocks down the strip, slightly larger and had everything we needed. After a call with them everything was switched seamlessly and I was reassured we had a very nice spot to stay. This could have been a mess, but they stepped up and made it right! There response times were fast either via email, text or phone. When we come back to the area I will be using 710BR for my rental needs.

Perfect location and wonderfully equipped home for our family getaway. We had the best time and were very pleased with the quality of the home.

Management company was very good at returning questions and responding to requests. Place was as advertised, maybe a tad smaller but I would imagine that to be expected with this type of thing. Overall a great experience. Lots of bustle with the boardwalk right outside the patio.

This was our first trip to San Diego and the very first rental vacation home in San Diego. We could not be more please. The location was perfect. All we had to do was go out the door to the left and we were at the bay or we could cross the street and go to the ocean. The main street was very busy but the home itself was quiet. We stayed on the first floor and only heard the residents upstairs once and very briefly. The neighbor next door was very friendly. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, beach toys, washer and driers, bikes etc...The decor was very nice as well. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely recommend the Jamaica 814 vacation rental home on Mission Beach!

Condo was perfect for our family of 3 adults, 1 toddler, + baby. Location between beach and bay area was perfect. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and a convenient market right around the corner for food items or things that we forgot. Very clean. The customer service was excellent. We recently rented with 710 Beach rentals for a family spring break trip and all of us agreed it was one of our best vacations we've ever had! The condo fit all of us perfectly, the views were worth the trip (we could see dolphins and seals right from our window), and the location couldn't have been better. The Belmont park was only a block away, and it was safe for the teenagers to go on their own to ride the rides and play in the arcade, and our older daughter and friend loved all of the coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants nearby. We had a couple of questions about parking, beach toys, etc., and each time i contacted 710, someone responded almost immediately. Very well run, and I would definitely rent from 710 again! My family and I loved our vacation to San Diego! 710 Beach Rentals was great to work with! I called to see if we could check in early and their staff checked the status and immediately we had check in details. We had an additional question about parking that the staff replied to immediately as well. Turns out, there were directions, my family just chose not to read them! So our fault - not theirs. And the property was beautiful - upgraded, right on the beach, and close to everything. Walking down the boardwalk, we saw additional properties being hosted by 710 Beach Rentals and just might look into renting any of those for our next family vacation! The house has awesome views from every room and the patio is a wonderful place to sit and stare and listen to the Ocean. Everything you need is within walking distance, great coffee shop "Bird Rock Coffee", great bars and food. House was super clean with everything you need. 5 bikes that we used everyday.

Rented a place in Mission Beach for the family Thanksgiving vacation. Working with 710 was easy. From the rental process through check-in and check-out, their communication was great. They texted us the house code well before our arrival - we did not have to reach out to them. And when we needed non-emergency after hours support, they responded within minutes. Will use them again if the occasion arises.

My husband and I have used 710 Beach Rentals for many years and have always enjoyed great service and the properties are always as described. However, this time they become our heroes.
We had booked a rental with another company in Newport Beach. When we arrived the place was so filthy you couldn't even sit on the furniture. I called 710 Beach Rental the next morning and explained to them what was going on. I was able to book the Coronado home (which is absolutely fantastic) that morning and we were in it by 4:00 Our Newport Beach Rental nightmare had ended.

Very clear instructions for check in and check out. Also we had trouble with the gate but could go around to another entrance. I made them aware and they came to fix the problem within an hour. It was not even an emergency. Very receptive to questions.

We stayed on Reed Ave and loved our stay. So great to not have to pack linens for a cross country flight. House was stocked with all the things we needed to have a great beach vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. The 710 crew was quick to respond to the one small question we had. They communicated a lot of information to us ahead of time which eliminated almost all questions. Highly recommend renting from this group!

Recently stayed here and the weather was great and the family time was amazing. 710 responded quickly when we experienced an issue with the patio door and couch.
The reason four the reduced star is due to when we arrived the glass around the patio had smudges and was not very clean. The patio door was also not as clean as I would have expected. Also their was noticeable dust through different areas of the house. I get dust due to leaving in AZ, but even after cleaning my house it stays clean of dust for a couple days.
There is a vacuum there that can be used and I did use it one day due to all the sand coming in from the beach and bay, however, the vacuum more spread it around then pick it up unless I was using the hose only. I did go through the house and get most of it up but a better vacuum would be nice especially for the individuals who stay longer at the house.
It was great to have time to relax and the views are amazing, when he come back we would consider this location again.

Our condos were perfectly located at the end of the bay. They were both beautifully furnished and finished and the staff was professional and responsive before and during our stay. They proactively offered early check-in and late check-out and provided resources for baby product rentals. We will definitely use 710 Beach Rentals again.

We stayed at home managed by 710 Beach Rentals. They were extremely responsive prior to and after the rental process. Thankfully, we didn't need to contact them during our stay - all was good, but they did text with a number if we needed anything. We found them very professional and recommend them.

The management was very helpful and organized. Parking on the street was not an issue. Perfect size unit for two people. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be beneficial as the rooms can get quite warm even with the windows open. Overall great experience!

I stayed with my family at this location over 4th of July week. House was perfect! We were able to check in on time, house was spotless, location was great and 710 Beach Rentals was amazing!!! The beach was by tower 11 which was out of the crazy part of Mission over July 4th weekend but yet close enough to jump into the excitement. Walking distance to restaurants, pier and beach was only a block away! Looking forward to renting again!

Stayed at Seagirt730 and it did not disappoint. We had a blast staying at this AirBnb. The house was beautiful and the location to the beach was great. Custom service was excellent and we were able to check in before the check in time. Would rent again! Great place, enjoyable stay.

(Christmas 2019) We rented 1330 Thomas. The house was just as expected. 710 helped with us making sure we could have a wheel chair and air concentrator delivered to the house. My grandma can t move around a lot and this house worked perfectly. There was enough room for four families, 10 people. The shower heads had issues. We didn t have tools but knew they were stopped up. I sent a text to 710 and they had a maintenance guy put there same day. He was very friendly. The house in San Diego are very old so walls are very thin. You can hear everything upstairs and downstairs too. I m assuming they don t use heat out there a lot. It was cold while we were there so we had to use the heat. Thermostat is on the second floor. We would set it at 69 and it was probably high 70s on the third floor and mid 60s on the first floor. My grandparents were on the first floor and wore coats most of the time. Parking is tough. We had a car and a 10 passenger van. Don t plan on parking a 10 passenger van around the house. you can fit two cars in the garage though, we made it work. Don t expect to be able to park on the street. The home was close to everything. We expected more restaurants to be open on Christmas. Everything shuts down though which is unfortunate because the couple of places open stayed very busy. Parking around town cost every where you go so keep that in mind.

My wife and I just returned from Mission Beach. We have been to San Diego many times over the years and always stay in the Mission Beach area. This was one of the nicest condos, with the best view that we have had. We loved the sliding doors that basically open up onto the beach. The condo was clean and very well done. Awesome place, awesome service!

710 Beach Rentals lived up to the reviews! The views were stunning, the location ideal, and the apartment (entire top floor) was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The garage is suited to small cars, so don't rent a minivan or truck! Will be back--

710 Beach Rentals provided a very organized approach. Emails before, during and after stay were timely and informative. All information on the property very accurate. They minimized phone calls and were available by texting and email immediately. Would definitely use them again if in the area.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this condo! Our kids loved the downstairs bedroom and we loved the master bedroom. Being located just steps away from Mission Beach was absolutely fantastic as our family enjoyed our morning walks along the ocean!!! Do be aware that the carport is pretty tight so this space would not likely work for larger SUVs. We will definitely be back to this condo!

I could not recommend 710 Beach Rentals in higher praise! Our stay was excellent. We definitely loved our place, it was clean and had a surplus of amenities. I could go on, but I have to say the customer service that they provide is top-of-notch. They are so easy to communicate with and prompt with responding. We were not able to do early check-in due to guests checking out on our arrival day, but they notified us the instant the place was clean and we did get in early. There are SO many different places to stay, too! I am going to be staying with them during my future SoCal visits from now on and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent company.

The house was beautiful, the pictures really represented the house very well. I was nervous about the 2nd floor (where the bedrooms are) being totally blocked by the house in front; however when we got there my concerns were alleviated. There was a small view from the bedroom, in addition, you wanted to spend all your time upstairs anyway.

The house was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. The area around the house was great. Nice beach bars, lively crowds and close to other main attractions. The beach was beautiful and the sand was about 15 yards from the door of the house. If I wanted to search for something to complain about, my only comment would be that a few of the fridge drawers/shelves were cracked (still functioned) but could use some super glue.

The venue was absolutely terrific--very clean and comfortable. We have been super careful during this pandemic--I am in the higher risk category due to age, but the home was so pristine, we felt very comfortable. Also the response from 710 rentals was quick, efficient and very welcoming. They were extremely easy to reach and to communicate with. I cannot say enough good things about the service. We had a wonderful time and we definitely will want to rent through them in the future. We hope to return to the same venue for our next beach vacation..

We just completed a stay at Mission Beach at 716 Deal through 710 Beach Rentals. The house was amazing and had all of the amenities one would need for a relaxing stay. We were just off the Pacific side with a short 150' walk to the beach side and a 2 block walk to the Bay side. We were a short distance to the amusement park and dining. Worked out great for our family with 4 adults and 2-4 kids easily accommodated.

Our stay at the 710 Beach Rental house was pretty close to perfect. The house on Jamaica was exactly the way it was pictured and described on Homeaway. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of 4. The beach and Belmont Park were just steps away. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the firepit! 710 BR made frequent visits to the house while we were away for various reasons, which was okay with us but may not be for some. I said "pretty close" because parking our larger SUV was not easy.

This was our 5th stay using 710 as our rental agent. They showed us properties which were exactly in the area we wanted to stay ( Pacific /Mission Beach area in San Diego CA) and sized to accommodate our needs. The properties were beautiful, we had no complaints of any sort. Their staff was most helpful and readily available. We will continue our relationship with the folks at 710 Beach Rentals, and would encourage you to do the same.

We stayed in the ASPINBAY1 for a week with our 3 children and had the most amazing time. What a perfect location - we couldn't be happier with our choice to rent this house. We packed and brought our kids scooters with and it was great to have them- we were able to walk up and down the bay and ocean walks without them getting too tired. The bay was great - the kids had so much fun playing in the sand, it was a little warmer than the ocean side. Having the park right there was also very nice, and the views couldn't be beat. We have already given out the property information to several people who saw pictures and want to stay there! First time in San Diego and we loved it!!!

Unfortunately, I had something come up that wouldn't allow me to travel to California for the dates I had originally planned. 710 Beach Rentals stonewalled on any change in dates and kept my entire AirBnB fee (including a "cleaning fee") even though I did not stay a single night in the home.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in San Diego, and it all started with the house. Everything was set up perfect: location, interior, exterior, and our contact was so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back in San Diego and there is no way we will be using any other service!

I had a good experience renting a house from 710 Beach Rentals for a holiday with my family. The house was very nice, clean, in a good location and the check in procedure was easy. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I would use the company again.

We stayed at OSTENDA-3656BAY. The property was absolutely beautiful. Right on the Bay! We had everything we needed for our stay, to eat in, BBQ, make morning coffee, etc. Hung out under the umbrella on the patio and walked right out the gate onto the sand. Incredible!! 710 was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. They are definitely my new "go to" to book accommodations in So Cal.
