Our experience with 710 Rentals was great. The home is perfect for a family looking to experience the best of Mission Beach and the surrounding areas. The home has everything a family would need for a long vacation stay and everything is high end. Kudos to the owners, property manager and cleaning crew. The home was immaculate, well-stocked and very organized. The master bedroom was just perfect for my husband and I. Just loved all of the furnishing - everything was set up just like I would have it at home. I especially love the master bathroom, as there was plenty of room for my husband and I to get ready at the same time, and I loved the big closet and the separate door for the toilet area. Water pressure was terrific as well. The second bedroom was equally as nice, and had plenty of room for our son and his wife, with still plenty of room for three more people - with their own separate bathroom. The kitchen is fabulous. High end cabinets, granite counter tops and all the amenities you need for cooking - even storage containers, baggies and foil to store leftovers. We just love the open floor plan, with the large dining room table, sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. And the big, wide sliding doors with screens are fabulous - just great to breathe in the fresh air and feel the ocean breeze. Additionally, I just love the outdoor patio right on Mission Beach. It is a great area to hang out. We played volleyball in some pick-up games, surfed at sunset and rode bikes all around the boardwalk. It is amazing how may cool bike trails are all around Mission Beach. We rode bikes to La Jolla and drove to downtown San Diego and Pebble Beach. You also have your own private parking space - which actually fit our Toyota Sienna mini-van and our Prius. And there is a front-load washer and dryer - which my husband just loved because he could wash and dry his clothes after a hard workout. What is great about this particular location is that it is located far enough away from the more public areas of Mission Beach, so there there were a lot less people. Just a great experience overall and a place we would recommend for anyone who has the opportunity.
