Beautiful expirience they got me in and out very professional. Modwife Jessica was so kind to me. Shout out to the beautiful women drawing blood!!! I have some type of traveling veins and hate needles she was done before i could count to ten!!!! I love this place! Everyone in hear seems to be so kind

I came here today to the Dermatology clinic and received a wonderful service with a very respectful doctor and staff. They all greeted me and my family with smiles and they were very professional and they answered all our questions. Even the pharmacy staff were very friendly and their service was fast. I had an appointment and I didn t wait more five minutes to until I was called. The lab work went fast as well.

I got a parking voucher from the clinic that covered my five dollar parking fees.

Great facility. Great staff. My first time having a midwife was here and i loved it. They offer a lot of voluntary research programs that offer rewards. They keep you informed with electronic medical records where you can check your chart for test results, appointments and even send messages with medical personnel. On site pharmacy for your convenience.

I know someone who went for an pregnancy appt & was seen by a student only @ New Center One! This person has been to Henry Ford Main Labor & Delivery also for the same reason: Extreme dehydration, lower abdominal pain, nausea, weakness etc....
At NCO, no MD present during appt., no comphresion of the severity of what the patient was experiencing by the student, no cervix check performed to make sure she wasn't dialated...
HFH main mentioned a thyroid issue last month after going through the ER to Labor & Delivery. Also an RN was on her cell while escorting the patient to her rm., she also did a horrible job w/ an IV that caused the patient to bleed so much that even she, the RN said " oh no", & seemed agitated when the call light was pressed & she was asked questions about what was going on. HFH main L&D re: the thyroid issue said she'd be called for an appt., weeks later still waiting... Sounds like a lawsuit will follow.
They essentially ignored patient right's, & being treated with dignity and respect...we will pursue this further!

I love the Henry Ford Health System, it is truly amazing. I visit with them regularly as my husband and I are expecting our first child together, we decided to go with the Henry Ford Health System for Pre-natal care. My mid-wife Dr. Charly Snow is awesome. Everytime I call the office, I am able to speak with a nurse and if not I can expect a call back or an answer on Mychart. Unfortunately, the reason for my 1 start rating falls on that of the Ultrasound Department. The Henry Ford Health System hires and is often represented by individuals who demonstrate the utmost respect and professionalism. However, every visit to the Ultra sound Floor in the New Center One building is not reflective of such sentiment. Starting with All of the intake receptionist, they are often rude, short tempered and seem to be miserable. This does not represent the practice well. I work in the field of customer service, so I give a ton of slack to anyone who has to deal with people all day. I even schedule, my appointments early in the morning so that on the off chance I may catch them in a better mood before the stress of the day takes over. I have a stubborn little baby growing inside me so we've had to make several visits to get certain images and etc. And each time before and after I dread having to interact with the staff at the intake window. I just want to warn others, because what should be a joyous occasion of seeing how well my baby has progressed is often dampened by my interaction with these ladies. Aside from the lack of maturity and professionalism demonstrated by the receptionist team, on more than one occasion. This place is A great place to receive health care. Go Detroit !

Ever since my doctors office switched from Detroit...

Ever since my doctors office switched from Detroit medical center to Henry Ford medical system it has been horrendous. I can t even call the office and talk to somebody on site they will not patch you through. All they will do is tell you that they will leave a message at your doctors office. They can t even answer simple questions like should I arrive earlier than my appointment if I need something like an x-ray. I ve never had these problems before

I love staff. I go to many different providers here. Only issue is they seem difficult to reach in a timely manor in a a emergency situation when you should be able to reach them. For example. It will take about 30-60 mins to reach the womens health if your in labor...

Henry Ford is too big with too many doctors and employees who dont care about you. The recent loss of my pregnancy was made worse because of the lack of communication and information on the part of Womens Care Detroit staff. I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and didn't see a heartbeat. The ultrasound tech told me that she couldn't discuss it and my doctor would contact me. Nobody called me. I called to the office the next day and they told me it could take up to 2 business days after that for the doctor to call me. What!?? It took almost 72 hours before I could even speak to a nurse about it. Then she told me they want to do another ultrasound in 10 days.
?? Ok I guess there was a possibility that i was still carrying. I had to google everything to understand because they weren't explaining anything to me. I did the second ultrasound and sadly there was no fetus. I took the pills at home to end the pregnancy and 5 days have passed and no staff has called me to follow up to see if it was successful and schedule the last appointment to check hcg levels. Awful experience I will be using a different hospital next time.

Employees dont check to make sure their people sitting in their area are their patients and direct them to the right area ! I missed my appointment that took me 2 months to get bcuz no one cared to ask any questions. Very poor patient care !

I've never had a bad experience at Henry Ford NCO, everyone I've come in contact with have been courteous and friendly. I've been to many Dermatologist and the Dermatologist here are the only ones who have cleared my acne on my face and body. I'm so grateful for them, my self esteem is now through the roof... Kudos

If you love waiting come here. I ve been here 3 times and every time waited an hour. Patients make appointments to respect doctor s time. But patient s time isn t respected. I will never work with the Henry Ford system again!

Horrible place such bad customer service no one smiles or greets you. It smells so bad! The Doctor acted like I was bothering him. The valet was searching my mother's car trying to steal. Plus my LV wallet was stolen while I was there I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this place. I will never return!

Up until now, I would of said that this location has the best most caring Endocrinologists, especially when they had Dr. Whitehouse who genuinely cared about each and every patient he had. Now, not so sure, when I needed my Endocrinologist the most for backing against discrimination in my workplace, all she could do was send an impersonal form letter, and when I asked for a telephone call from her, she couldn't be bothered.

I waited over a month for this appt in lots of pain . Today, there was much construction going on and a mixup with the me thinking I needed to be at the main hospital location.MY FAULT. I called 2x to explain that i was down in the valet line-up which was backed up. I was told the 2nd time I was in the wrong place! I was stuck in line. I finally raced over to NCO. The desk clerk then told me no one communicated my calls. Ultimately, DR. Sabet said she couldn't see me. She couldn't stay late. Things happen. Every time I come here for anything at NCO, I wait at least 30 minutes before being called/seen. I would have waited for all other patients to go before me to just be helped. It's bad enough we have to pay for parking at either location. I think I give up on HenryFord at this point.
