The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Not too many food options within walking distance of the hotel. But the on sight restaurants are excellent. There were elevator issues the entire which slowed things down. There was major event being hosted during my stay. I was a little disappointed that they didn't address that

Rooms need microwaves, and the basement smells like dead animals, but overall it's a great hotel. And the stairs don't make sense, if there is a fire a lot of people will die because they go nowhere.
We were staying at Eden Roc for my husband s birthday. As soon as we arrived and were checking in I wasn t given the suite I had reserved. The junior suite we were given s a/c did not work the whole stay. The whole 15th floor felt like it had no a/c. Had to go down to the front desk because no one answered the phone. They sent someone to fix the a/c and nothing was fixed. The room s walls had dark smudges all around. The shower didn t work right and made loud rubbing noises when turned on. The spa mini pools next to one of the main pools looked yellow and dirty. The service at Fresh Farm was slow considering we were the only people there. We basically could not wait to go home.
Excellent view if you are lucky to have the beach side. Simple access to the beach with a possibility to order something to drink or eat from his chair.
Stayed at the hotel on 7/7/11 $ 7/8/11 and lovedy experience. The service was great and the staff is very friendly. The beach view is fantastic and not crowded.
Favorite hotel by far on Collins Ave. Best brunch I have ever had. Beautiful facility, great pool and beach area. Highly recommend, a solid 5 star for sure!
Went to a beautiful birthday party at the Eden Roc. The hotel is gorgeous. The party was poolside very nice and elegant. The catered food and drinks was appetizing. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had an amazing time.
Excellent!! Ask for Sherien Gaviola, the Front Office Manager, whose excellent customer service and hospitality was above and beyond!! Shout out to Charlotte in Housekeeping, room was impeccably CLEAN.
I have stayed and worked at hotels before. I am giving it a 2 star due to being lied too. I was told the room was ready and that the will be calling me shortly to get into our room. Well a few hours later, no phone call. So I go up to the front desk to find out what happen. I was told it would be another few hours. What!! Did they give my room away? How do you go from the room being ready to it s not ready and will be a few more hours. I I ll never stay here again or recommend it. I understood that we would probably would not get check in early but we didn t even get checked in on time. We had reservations and now have to cancel then due to not having a place to get ready. What a start to what was to be a wonderful weekend celebration trip. We are going to try and not let this effect it but it s truly hard.
We come to Miami every other month and we choose to stay at the Eden Roc every time we come. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. We absolutely love the breakfast buffet at Nebu s. Clarissa makes the best omelettes and is literally the only reason my daughter gets out of bed to eat breakfast. It s an absolute must we eat there every morning to see Clarissa s beautiful face and eat her delicious omelettes. Victor is also wonderful, he takes very good care of us. And Mayelin makes us feel so special when she recognizes us and greets us by our name. And a special shout out to Nicolas, Director of Rooms. He always makes sure our stay is enjoyable, Comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back.
Amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. We just had the best check-in experience, thanks to Maria!
Had lunch at Malibu Farm, which is inside Eden Roc. Great service, incredible food, with stunning outdoor views of the turquoise ocean waters. The broccoli mashed potatoes should be taken intravenously (they're that good). The ice cream sandwich is beyond description. 100% recommendation.
Very nice! Pleasant employees, very accommodating. Just one thing I wasn't to happy with, housekeeping did not replace our shampoo, some towels & our bottle water.
The food was amazing, but unfortunately the service didn't live up to the hype, or the price. We were a party of 5 on Weds, June 27th. The food took forever with few, if any, updates from the server. As food came out, parts of the order were missed or late and we didn't truly eat 'together'. Again, the food was amazing. Don't want to lose sight of that.
They have for swimming pools and at least two of them were empty the whole day! Then you walk right out the back gate on to the beach and the beach was just fabulous the only thing I didn't like that they put up the beach chairs at 5 p.m. Beautiful Suite with an ocean front view!
I would have rated higher, but was concerned about cleanliness. Upon my check in there was trash in my closet. Which made me question the sanitation of the hotel during this pandemic. The room itself and the view was great.
Beautiful view and hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay, and the facilities such as our ocean view room and the fitness center were just what we were looking for.
I will never go back to this Hotel!!! The hotel refused to give me late check out and was very nasty!!! My WiFi didn't work in my room the WHOLE STAY and let them know about it and they did NOTHING ABOUT IT.. POOLS WERE CLOSED HALF THE TIME had my kid with me couldn't even enjoy that terrible experience
I was robbed at this hotel for two opportunities. In the first they carried a bag containing a small camera, between the unloading of the suitcases as soon as I arrived at the hotel. Secondly, to confirm the existence of ill-intentioned people, I purposely left a doleira with many coins, and in the last one, after giving me the car, I noticed that they also took it. I emailed the hotel and so far no response, which shows absolute disdain with their guests. What apparently is beautiful (location, facilities, beach, pools, etc) has become a real inconvenience because the fear made me not allow their employees to even come in to clean the room. (I was robbed at this hotel for two occassions.) The second one, to confirm the existence of ill-intentioned people, purposely left to I do not know what to say about this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel for Young singles, An amazing honeymoon, A romantic getaway, Girlfriend getaway, Older travelers, Tourists , pools, etc.) have become a true disorder because the fear made me not even allow their employees to go in to clean the room.)
Honestly 300 hundred bucks a night for this hotel is overpriced! One of the front desk ladies was not too friendly for a "nice" hotel at least put your act right for great customer service. We came into the room the rooms are clean but then we noticed a BROKEN CHAIR. Seriously? I would not pay 300 dollars for night here again. The pools are descent and the view on the beach side is great. The hotel rooms need more effort for the prices they are charging and please if you see broken furniture get rid of it that is not a nice look for a 4 star hotel.
I just want to say that Jeffrey has a very bad attitude and offended my friends when he was in the pool NEVER MAS IRE TO THIS HOTEL. The pool very well only JEFFREY always comes to ruin your day.
Hotel, views and facilities were good. However, we did not get our room till after 6pm. We kept hearing 15more minutes, 4-5 times and finallyhad to escalate to get some clarity. Caroline in guest services was nice and tried her best to make up for the inconvenience but all in all wasn't a good overall experience.
The view was beautiful the service .. no service.. my husband Had to bring in his own luggage up to the Room and we had to bring it down The showers had mildew on the floor The refrigerator was none working because of coronavirus makes no difference Everything was overpriced....
Definitely not what is use to be. Spent a couple days at the hotel and it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. After complaining to management about the adult pool being closed and not being previously notified, the second pool closed for a wedding several days and the only pool left filled with children all day had pool side service serving rotten coconut and taking 40 mins per drink order, rooms not having irons nor toiletries, and maintenance men standing in my balcony while I am nude (and I submitted pictures/proof) all I got was a empty apology. When I followed up I was completely ghosted by management. I have stayed here several times and each time the quality decreased and for me this is rock bottom. Definitely don't recommend and will be pursing legal action against them and forwarding all my expenses. Will take my talents back to Fountain Bleau or Soho Beach House.
UPDATE: The owner/manager reached out by replying to this review. I emailed him as suggested. Never received a response. Not surprised at all.
Despite being on South Beach, this hotel continues to have a classy and Chic feel to it. It does not feel like a spring break location. What I mean by this, is the crowd is well behaved; not heavy drinkers or lots of teenagers running around half-naked
Stunning views from beautiful balconies, or your beds, overlooking prime Miami Beach. The staff is on point with any problems that may occur big or small. You know where your at, so bring deep pockets full of cash. Looking for the corner store is a bit of a walk but not hard to find. All and all a fantastic getaway, and corporate friendly.
Day 3 of a horrid experience and unfortunately we still have 2 to go......
We were first put into a room (We splurged for a nice room) where the AC was broke. Staff was nice and moved us to the Nobu side...... what do you know. Once again very little AC/ broken. Maintenance man came and confirmed the room was at 77 degree air temperature. He stated since hotel is at partial capacity, the bosses don t have all the systems running.
Spoke with a total of 7 other couples at the pool about their rooms. They are all dealing with rooms they can t sleep in due to heat also..... every single on of them stated how miserable they were and front desk can t do anything for them. ........speaking of the pool, one frozen drink in a solo cup is 23$. That s right.... a drink with barely any liquor in it is 23$.......
We ve talked to the front desk multiple times about the heat and we were told, it will be fixed later. I have never complained about being on a vacation in my entire life..... with that said, I will NEVER be back to this hotel and will make sure nobody I know even considers it.
I hope the next 2 days of vacation go by quickly because I d rather be at my house than this sweat box.
I have been coming to the eden roc for over 20 years with family. Enjoyed my most recent stay. Check in was quick. Service at the pool the first day was off to a slow start but they ultimately took care of everything. Food was good. Drinks took a little longer than we all liked in all areas but ultimately it was a great stay. Will return again and again.
Very nice place, the only thing is that in the back that gives access to the beach there is no security that guarantees that people who are guests enter the place, that is worrisome
the biggest thieves of all time. be ready to see 10 different charges on your card upon checkout when you never used anything in their rooms nor in their facility . now i need to be verifying all the charges ???? insanity
