I recently stayed at the Eden Roc on Miami Beach. Everyday when I went to the bar at the pool, Felipe and Jesse were amazing bartenders and honestly made my stay worth it. They were always friendly, and recommended the best drinks. The rooms where super clean the food was amazing. Definitely worth it.

One of my favorite spas in town. They have renovated a time or two (par for the course here at the beach) over the years and there is always some kind of work being done. They do a good job of keeping it out of your way though and the spa is really what draws me. They always have great staff and they stick around for a long time.

The hotel is decent, but it could use help in the service department, which is a very important thing in the hospitality industry. They seem to lack the professionalism and care that is required to make their clients happy. The rooms are clean, which is good, but the food service and selection could be greater.

One of the most overrated and overpriced place. Their AC went out for the whole place and the staff wasn t helpful at all and on top, on site manager hide from the customer..no one came to help. One by one their front desk staff run away. Only drunk guests dancing were left in the lobby. Unbelievable and pathetic customer service.

All the girls that work in the pool and beach service were super unprofessional. They had the worst attitude all the time. The room I got for $240 something was the same room you can get at a Double tree hotel for $90. The phone wasn't working and until 3rd the time I asked for a phone they finally brought a new one. The pools were always super full. In every pool you would find a screaming baby. Valet parking was good, pricey but great service. This hotel is a family resort not for couples. Don't bother coming here for your honeymoon.

I just returned from this Hotel. Let me start by saying the food in their restaurant is fantastic. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing.
The problem was the room and the staff and the amenities. The room looked aesthetically pleasing but it was not functional. The balcony seating had no cushions. The bedroom is adjacent to the open concept bathroom and the sliding glass doors do not fully close so when the shower is on the bed closest to the bathroom gets wet. The handle for the shower came off in my hands. The Jacuzzi tub had cracks in it and the hotel staff could not fix it. There was no other room available according to the hotel.

The ergonomic chairs and iPhone docking alarm station were not provided. Well to be honest they did provide the radio on the day we were leaving.
The commode room and shower room have beautiful glass doors but they swing and there is no lock. The room with the toilet has no fan.
On the night we arrived we asked for a good place to eat the bellman hailed a cab that took us for a drive but never was able to locate the restaurant with the instructions he was given and we returned to the hotel and tried to order room service nd were told that it ends at 11pm In the morning we found out room service actually ends at 1am.
All the activities, tours, shopping, dancing and other restaurants are located a taxi ride away.
Our activities had us out during the day so when we return to use the hot tub we were told the 4 pools and the hot tub close at 7pm.
It seems too overpriced for the lack of service we received and you don t have to stay in this hotel to eat in their restaurant.
I would never return or suggest this as a place to stay to anyone in our agency and luckily I can send this review to corporate so that they know never to use this hotel.
There are so many much nicer and more pleasant places to stay in Miami.

I just visited for the day but I believe it needs more up keep. The pools restaurants food was great and the service was also pretty good. But my daughter's that was staying there was very disappointed with the service everywhere else in the hotel. Visually it looks good but after you look closely it's old and worn. The best thing is the cuban band they have at night in lobby. Don't forget Nobu Restaurant it is pricey but the best!

Ended up paying $338 for the "Miami Bay View" room to find the only view was of the rooftop of the hotel. Coffee maker was missing parts which the staff brought to us, no complaints on the quality of service from the staff. TLDR, don't spend extra on a room expecting the description reflects the actual room.

A few issues that bothered us and could make our stay better without them... We came with a baby and our room was not ready, we had to wait about 25 minutes There are a lot of hidden fees, at the level of this hotel I wouldn't excpect to pay for an umbrella at their private beach. The service charge is added everywhere for everything. Our overall experience was good, the room and the views are amazing

We came to celebrate our 30th anniversary for a long weekend. When we arrived there was no one to take our luggage from the car. This was not a great beginning. Once checking in we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The views were magnificent and the suite was immaculate. The man who took our luggage up to our room was extremely enthusiastic and he set the tone for our stay. The staff were all incredibly trained in customer service. Everything including housekeeping, food service at the pool, ocean service were all 5 stars. The only remotely unfortunate incident was the women seating guests at Nubu. I asked to see the menu and she said that if I want hamburgers or fries then this was not the restaurant to go to. My immediate response to her that I am a vegetarian and had been to Nubu before. This was not the type of greeting I expected. I gave the hotel 5 stars because of the level of the staff, the beautiful suite and how accommodating everyone was. I look forward to the opening of Malibu Farm since there was no other restaurant on site to eat. All and all, keep up the excellent work. House keeping should be especially acknowledged.

The pool is great, otherwise this place is only a name where the occasional celebrity visits. From a service perspective this place is horrendous. I can count several times during our time here where the employees simply didn't care to perform their job. A couple examples, it took a couple calls and 45 minutes to get an extra blanket. At the pool area my shirt was dropped in the laundry inadvertently, and it wasn't until I rifled through all the dirty laundry myself was it found (the employees insisted there was nothing they could do). If you are a normal person on a vacation go elsewhere; this place doesn't deserve your money.

We photographed the wedding of Ricki & Brandon this past weekend at Eden Roc and we were just amazed with all the beautiful places around the hotel to take pictures of the lovely couple. The ceremony was by the Pool and overlooking the ocean. The staff was super friendly and professional. Eden Roc is definitely a Venue to take in consideration when planing an event!

Room service was terrible tried ordering twice and order never came. Would call front desk after about an hour to see why it hadnt arrived and would get no answer then to walk down and see that they re wernt even busy to not answer. Then had no reason why it hadnt been Parking is a pretty hefty also $49 a night and dont be surprised if they lose your car and you have to go out and find it yourself as we had to. Pretty crazy how we have to pay $49 to for them to park it but i still have to go find it myself because they dont remember where it was parked.

They require $200 per night deposit which seems quite absurd. When checking out they said it would all be refunded to card which it did but a day later we get $75 charge for which they have no idea/records of.

Not at all value for money. Visited during Miami harbour show. A lot of hidden fees that we had not been told about. Rooms very not ready before 8 pm!!! Too little staff in general. Long waiting time for a table for breakfast if not at the restaurant before 8.30. Too few chairs at the pool - the pools in shadow after noon - an umbrella at the beach costs 25 dollars!!! Sometimes waiting time for your car at valet parking was more than 1 hour. Waiting time for lunch at the pool; in general more than 1 hour. It's simply not good enough if you dont want to spend most of your vacation waiting in line. We will never go back. Rooms had a nice pool view. Spacious bathrooms. Nice gym.
