I had lots of research on cars and compared the costs about financing/leasing and a used/new car, visited many different dealers like Toyota, Benz, Audi, BMW, Kia, pre-owned car stores and so on. I couldn't be convinced with the quality of their cars, and I couldn't trust what the dealers told me. Many dealers were pushing me so hard to buy unwanted options and didn't answer my questions properly. However, I have visited this store more than TWICE, and talked to the same dealer TWICE, because his trustful advice and kindness could not be compared to others dealers. I was impressed by his great passion in loving cars and extraordinary services. His response was very quick and he was very polite. I could trust him more than a Lexus advisor, as a friend. His name is Mr. Andrew Ngo. I bought a used ES350 from him. I'm very satisfied by not only having the right car for myself, but also knowing a reliable person. I'm sure that I will come back this store and meet him again in the future. For the last thing, if he says he promises, he WILL keep the promises. Thank you very much.
