Very dissapointed. No notice anywhere that we would not be able to access our rented storage on Saturday ( not a public holiday) during the Easter weekend. No advice posted that the storage would be closed.

A lack of communication on the change of hours has been costly and highly stressful.

No contact person on hand not even a message service!
