After visited with other Lexus dealership, had a great experience at this dealership from the moment I stepped foot inside. I Felt very warm and welcomed. Special shoutout to Amy Wu at Regency Lexus. She has impressed my family and I with her professionalism and knowledge since our first visit, and she has done above and beyond ever since to make me feel like a valued customer. Every time when I have questions regarding my 2018 IS300 AWD, she's the first person I would go to, and she never disappoints. Talking to her doesn't feel like talking to customer service, but to a friend who genuinely cares.

Of course, other staff I encountered at Regency Lexus are also great. I've never understood brand loyalty, but after coming back for a few times, the excellent services I've received here quickly changed my mind.
