What a fantastic experience yesterday at Regency Lexus! I'd been wanting another Mini Cooper but the thought of dealing with any dealership, especially any on Vancouver Island kept me away. My husband found our family the perfect used Mini at Regency Lexus in Vancouver but with our busy schedules and a young son we were confident we would have to miss work or spend hours waiting for the dealership to get organized and dot their "i's". Hesitant I reached out to George. George assured us that everything would be looked after remotely and when ready we could arrive and take our vehicle home within a few hours. That's exactly what happened. We arrived by float plane in the afternoon and returned to the island before dark with the new addition to our family. We are thrilled, the warm and welcoming customer care that we received was the best we'd ever experienced at a dealership. Thank you to George and to the amazing team for all their hard work and for making buying a car fun again. We would highly recommend Regency Lexus.
