This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. We just checked in today and have a master 2 bedroom suite as well as a single suite and brought 3 babies under the age of 2.5 with us. The rooms we were given are essentially in a mosquito infested jungle and are so far from the pool you have to wait at least 15 minutes outside just to catch a shuttle (golf cart) to the pool. None of our strollers fit on the shuttles and therefor going to the pool and beach is useless because our children can't walk that far. While we wait outside after just 4 hours here our babies are COVERED in mosquito bites even all over their faces. The shuttles are NOT safe for babies and toddlers and we have already had close encounters of them almost falling out. This is not safe and completely unacceptable. On top of all of that, the milk we brought from the states as well as milk we got once we arrived, after putting it in the fridge our fridge stopped working and spoiled all of our milk at bedtime. Unless you love thousands of mosquitos bites DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS "RESORT". We are trying to check into a hotel somewhere else in playa right now because it is so bad.
